He was professional, thorough, and resolved what had been an ongoing issue efficiently. I appreciate that he ensured the thermostat, heating, and cooling systems were all working correctly before finishing the job. This is the third time Ive used Mark, and I won't use anyone else. Today he helped with WiFi and network setup, computer diagnostics and repair, and software installs. The last two visits included adding a WiFi extender and connecting my moms Jubilee TV system, which has been a huge help. My mom has dementia, and Mark is incredibly patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The mobile app confirmed our appointment and then asked for a few photos of the piece of furniture to be assembled. We received a text that the appointment was assigned to a tech. The app notified us that he was on his way and this was great, so we prepared the assembly area for him to work. In fact the "discounted annual membership" rate is $69 for In-Home Services. A discount of only $10. By paying approximately $20 a month, you save $10 on In-Home Service. Pathetic experience. The TV is mounted incorrectly and is tilting to one side. I told the technician about it and he just said it's 1-2 mm tilted. And he didn't fix it. It is tilted. He acknowledged it and he still didn't fix it. I mean I could have don't this with 3-4 of my friends if I had to mount it tilted. I hired hello tech because of professional services.
