The blue hose bibbs are what were replaced.

I was in a hurry to get a plumber to replace the washing machine hose bibbs that were slightly leaking after having had a washing machine replaced. I had seen PP trucks in the neighborhood. It was my mistake that I didn't thoroughly research before I accepted. Two brass bibb hose fittings and 30 minutes of work with no soldering cost me $525. Discovered later that at most, each fitting would normally cost $40 for the part. I was encouraged to call the office. When the plumbing manager called me back, he tried everything to convince me that I actually got a discount, and I should have been charged $700, No resolution and as I expressed my anger, he hung up on me. I was fleeced. Since then, I've seen hundreds of complaints on BBB and Yelp ranks them pretty low.

Unfortunately, I have needed a plumber several times. I have an old house and it seems to always have a problem. On the upside, I have worked with Michelle on numerous occasions and she is outstanding. I always specifically request her and trust the job will get done. Here are some photos of the jobs she fixed for me.

Taylor from Pink Plumber was knowledgeable and informative concerning my kitchen faucet. It allowed me to save money on my installation.

Lousy service. I spent over $5000 on my septic system and they broke a sprinkler pipe which they refused to fix.

Though our working relationship began with clear communication and quick turnaround, by the time the work was finished and issues began to arise, communication halted on their end. 8 months ago, I had them install a sewer pump and connect my house to the city's sewer line. There were some initial issues with the pump, but after a couple weeks of persistence on my end, they finally came out to fix the issues that they were able to (though, they didn't move the pump to where it was planned to be, but I had to let that go). A couple months later, the city's inspector told me that the sewer lines they used were not to code (2in sewer main instead of MINIMUM required 3in). I tried to get in contact with Hope for several days with no response, until my attorney sent her a letter. At that point, she was immediately able to bring the pipes up to code at no additional charge. Now, 8 months after the initial installation, my pump that they installed which services my whole house and is supposed to have a 7-10 year lifespan is not running at all. My calls are going to voicemail and my texts are going unanswered, much like they did when I tried to contact about previous issues. I'm dealing with a total plumbing failure that's impacting my entire house, and I'm being ghosted. In fact, I see that Hope responded to several google reviews 6 hours ago today despite not answering my texts or calls. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you expect timely communication and lasting workmanship.

Hope was so responsive and knowledgeable. She and her team came out the day after my call and in just a week had new floats installed, new pumps ordered and delivered, the tank cleaned out, the old pumps out and new pumps in, and advice dispensed on how to get the old control panel fixed or replaced, without paying the $7800 our first panel replacement bid had requested. She was always kind, calm, and competent and I recommend her without reservation. Her prices are very fair and we'll have her back for routine maintenance to ensure that these pumps hold up.

I genuinely enjoyed and appreciated his support throughout the entire process. I originally contacted another company with higher online ratings, but they couldn't get anyone out the same day. I decided to give Plumb Doc a shot despite their slightly lower rating--and I'm really glad I did. The service I received was absolutely 5-star level. Brian came out quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue: a pin-sized hole in one of the PVC pipes underground in our front yard that feeds the house. We had noticed water running down the driveway and weren't sure if it was just runoff from recent rain or a broken pipe, especially since temperatures had been below freezing. Brian confirmed it was a leak by shutting off the water to the house and checking the meter--we were still using water. From there, Brian walked me through multiple options, ranging from a full pipe replacement to a targeted repair. I was dealing with family health issues at the time and needed the fastest, least disruptive solution so I could focus on being at the hospital. Brian really stepped up. He suggested bringing in a leak-detection specialist using sonar equipment to pinpoint the exact location. It added a few hundred dollars upfront but would save time, money, and yard damage in the long run. We went with that option, and it worked exactly as promised. That evening, a gas technician came out to mark the gas lines, the leak-detection team arrived the next morning, and Brian dug a very small area and replaced the damaged pipe on day two. He even worked past dark to finish the job. Plumb Doc handled everything--all scheduling, coordination, and follow-through. Brian personally made sure every vendor piece was handled correctly. A few days later, after the clay had settled, Brian came back to fill in the hole--even though we had already paid. He even offered to buy a bag of mulch to cover the area, which we declined since we planned to re-mulch anyway. The leak is fully fixed, no more water loss, and the price was completely reasonable. Throughout the process, Brian kept me informed via text, sent photos, and made sure I always knew what was happening. Beyond the technical skill, he's just a genuinely good guy--someone you'd grab a beer with. Too often, you talk to a company owner and then get sent a low-quality crew. That did not happen here. I couldn't be happier with the service and would absolutely recommend Plumb Doc to friends and family. A lot of people give 5 stars for just expected service, so I want to make it clear that this job exceeded my expectations and truly earned their 5 stars.

TLDR: I would not hire this company. Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!
