Came here initially for happy hour, its one of the more.. reasonably priced places to eat out at if you're staying in the area. They have good HH deals & their fries were loaded (see the pic). The short rib slider was really tender and flavorful - loved the combo with the kimchi - but the bun needed warming to match the rest of the bites. The deep-fried fish slider had a great crispy texture and stayed moist inside, but it could've used a little more zing or sauce to brighten it up. The parmesan garlic fries were crispy with good garlic bits (found most of them on the bottom). The mid-day margarita was solid: salt rim, crisp, refreshing, and just the right amount of acidity. We visited three times and it was hit or miss. We were seated quickly each time (without reservations), and part of their patio is under cover which was great since we were there on the heels of the Kona storm and there were still some light showers. The drinks were good, and I liked my blackened bleu steak salad. My 13yo son ordered the burger twice; the first time it was good but the second time it was over-cooked and dry. I wanted to love the soft pretzel bites as I heard another table raving about them, but ours must have been in there too long because they were dry and a bit tough by the time they got to us. They don't use heat lamps which is refreshing, just know that means the food comes out as it's ready. On one of our visits, my son only had 2 bites of his burger left by the time my salad arrived, so he just sat there while I ate. It was fine for us but may be tricky with younger kiddos. We ordered a side of the mac and cheese one of the evenings and that was our favorite of all the dishes we tried there. It was just a 10 minute walk from our hotel at Grand Wailea but there is a parking lot, and it's located in an outdoor mall which is perfect to explore while waiting for a table or for some after-dinner shopping. Got there right when they opened on a Thursday. Sat pretty quick but service was pretty bad. They had one person seating, one person to take orders and another to run food from what I could tell from sitting outside. They got busy pretty fast and didn't stagger seating at all. Food was ok. Outside seating was nice. They bring food as it comes out so everyone eats separately and they don't mention it until you are placing your order. Beers ran dry, water was not refilled. My husband and I decided to eat here during their happy hour. When we first got to the restaurant, we waited at the patio because there was a sign that said "please wait to be seated." We had two different people make eye contact with us but none of them approached us to let us in or tell us when we would be helped. After maybe 5 minutes, a gentleman waiting in line behind us walked into the restaurant and asked someone to help us. We were seated near the bar area and our server was straightforward. Not exactly warm or welcoming, but not rude either. He did make sure to check in on us frequently. The food was pretty subpar. We had the deviled eggs, Mac and cheese, sliders, and fries. The best thing were the fries. The Mac and cheese was pretty bland (we didn't finish it). The deviled eggs were really cold and tasted like they had been made earlier in the day and stored for hours in a fridge (forced myself to finish them to avoid wasting more food). We've been visiting Wailea annually for about ten years as a huge party (usually between 10-15 people). Pint and Cork has always been great but this year it was out of this world. Not only did they get in a party of 12 twice, they were super warm and friendly and eager to help us. Also, I swear the food has gotten EVEN BeTTER over the years. This year we had the mezze platter, jalapeño mac, black and blue salad and they were kind of mind blowing. We had six kids also and they were just so so nice to them. We got there early around 5:15-5:30p which was ideal because despite a big football game being played, there was seating outside.
