Good...but not great. The atmosphere and scenery were excellent. Service was good, the pizza was okay, and the drinks were well, meh...unimpressive. At $13/drink, which was a happy hour discount, the Lilikoi Lemonade tasted better with a mouthful of pepperoni pizza. This was one of those places where I "might" try again...minus the Lilikoi Lemonade.

Honestly, this pizza isn't the greatest you'll find, but it's not terrible either. It's located in the heart of Wailea and when you're staying there with a family, kids especially, pizza is an easy option. We had really decent service the two times we went there, and the pizza came out in about 20-30 mins each time. It wasn't bad pizza, it was good, it just wasn't great. Plenty of parking, and a decent view of the golf course. Honestly, it'll do. Solid 3 stars and an easy meal when you can't figure anything else out. Cheers to convenience Yelpers! Xx

Food - good Service - great Ambiance- Fantastic, beautiful views *Dear Yelp, here are a few more sentences for the people who enjoy reading reviews rather than getting outside & experiencing what this world has to offer. Remember what life was like before yelp? We just went places 'cause they looked cool, tried restaurants 'cause they looked nice or someone recommended it... but now, most of us go on Yelp. Why? To read novel length reviews from wannabe journalists? Or are you like me: I just want to look at the menu before hand, check out the prices, & know if I'll get food poisoning or not. Either way, you read this long rant, thanks, I hope I made you laugh

We came in late at night hungry and decided to try Manoli's Pizza Company. The pizza itself was actually really good, and the place was clean and nice but unfortunately, the service was extremely disappointing. We waited about 10-15 minutes just to be acknowledged while staff stood around looking at us without saying anything. When someone finally came over, we asked about dining in and got a very unsure response with a lot of hesitation and no clear answer. It didn't get better from there. Our pizza sat ready for around 15 minutes while staff talked and avoided eye contact. We were honestly about to leave at that point. When we finally got our food, they forgot plates and our drinks, which took even more time to receive. Overall, the food was good, but the service needs to be improved on

We stopped into Manoli's Pizza Co on a local recommendation from a bartender at Kai Bar, who swore their Mai Tai was just as good as the foamed one at Monkeypod. I'm not usually a Mai Tai person, but this one was pretty good--definitely worth the stop if you're in the area. We sat at the bar next to a couple of girls who weren't impressed with their pizza... naturally, I had to try a slice. It was a decent Hawaiian slice--cold, since it was theirs and not fresh out the oven--so call it a spot rating: 6/10. Nothing mind-blowing, but totally fine if you're craving pizza. The real reason to come here is the drinks, the service, and the relaxed atmosphere. It's got a casual, open-air vibe that's perfect for a happy hour stop. That said, if you're on vacation and looking for standout food experiences, pizza probably wouldn't be my first choice on Maui.

We used to come here often but we had not been here for over a year. I saw that they have Happy Hour from 12:00 - 5:00 so we thought we would go there to check it out. We love the location and outdoor seating next to the golf course and always prefer to sit at the bar. The bartenders were friendly and gave great service. My husband's favorite beer is Bud Light and for the last year or two, few places carry it. He was very happy to see that Manoli's has Bud Light on tap! We loved our choices of Happy Hour food also. We had the Hummus, Meatballs and the Ceasar Salad. I think this is our new favorite Happy Hour place!

The garlic bread and sauce is soooo yummy! The sangria drink we had was good. The scampi dish was really salty, the gal I was eating with ordered the same thing and wasn't a fan. They were nice enough to take it off the tab. The coconut shrimp was really good

Manoli's is located above the clubhouse and next to the pro shop for the Wailea Blue golf course. It's a breezy, open air location with decent but not great views. We arrived at 5:30 pm with a large group (7) and were immediately seated. At first I wondered why there were so few diners and I was a bit concerned that they all knew something I didn't. But that concern dissipated quickly once the food and drink began arriving. Manoli's makes GREAT pizza - thin, crisp crusts with exceptional toppings and sauce. The chicken wings are also something you've got to try! Crisp, meaty, and a delicious breading. Our Mai Tai's were great as was the IPA. The kids menu was just OK and could use some improvement. In summary, Manoli's deserves a good rating and is worthy of a visit when you're in Wailea.

We drive by this area often and decided to give it a try and hear how it went. Ambiance: Casual setting with a great view. Service: Our hostess was friendly and sat us quickly. The waitress was attentive and friendly as well. Food: We ordered the appetizer meatballs which consisted of 3 small meatballs wrapped in what looked like a stretched out garlic knot. **The meatballs were very dry and warm not hot. That was disappointing because we were craving them. We also ordered the family size caesar salad. **It was good, nothing fancy...enough for 3 people to share. We shared the Tuesday pizza special which was Chicken Parmesan & Pesto drizzle. **It wasn't what we were expecting, it was ok. Drinks: Ordered 2 Modelo Especial's (bottled) and a Lychee Sangria. Overall our experience was ok. Sadly, I do not think that we will return.

Thank you Elizabeth! Food was great, service was good, friendly and prompt. Great way to end a day of golf or just to go here for some great pizza. I got the pesto shrimp.

Nice open air feel. Sits up the hill from Wailea shops. Gives a quaint feel looking over the area Walkable from lots of areas in Wailea The Plack Attack drink was surprisingly enjoyable. The Caesar salad was good The pizza for me was ok. A little dry and the sauce was a little bland. It did however hold up as leftovers.

Was visiting Wailea, staying in the condos above this spot. Called in order and staff were very nice. I ordered 2 pizzas. A Pepperoni with double pepperoni and A create your own pizza with Double Sausage When I picked up I opened the boxes and the pepperoni looked perfect. But the sausage was definitely not double. I asked the lady and she said indeed it was double sausage??? Oh well, just took them and enjoyed.

However, the owner took the time to respond and explain that the entire shopping center wing was experiencing cooling issues and that the restaurant was dealing with significant staffing shortages at the time. While that doesn't completely change the experience we had, I appreciate that the owner acknowledged the challenges and responded professionally rather than dismissing the feedback. One observation I would offer is that, as a customer, it was difficult to tell who was serving tables. I noticed several employees in Pint & Cork shirts moving around the restaurant, but only saw a couple of servers actively covering the dining area. It's possible some staff were assigned to bartending or other responsibilities, but from the guest perspective it gave the impression that table service was understaffed while other employees appeared unavailable. I still think there is room for improvement in the flow and logistics on the floor, but I appreciate the owner's willingness to engage with feedback and explain the circumstances. That being said, I would be willing to give the restaurant another chance. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATED REVIEW AFTER OWNER'S RESPONSE: 6.21.26 I appreciate the response. It's telling that you addressed the air conditioning, disputed the gender of an employee, and questioned whether I was even there, yet didn't meaningfully respond to the concerns about service, timing, attentiveness, or food quality. If a customer leaves with a poor experience, the question isn't whether they perfectly recalled every detail. The question is why they left with that impression in the first place. I suspect future readers can draw their own conclusions from both the review and the response. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Probably the most disappointing dining experience of our Hawaii trip. We specifically asked to sit indoors because we wanted a break from the Maui heat after spending the day outside. Unfortunately, we quickly realized there was no air conditioning, making the indoor seating barely any cooler than outside. The restaurant also felt severely understaffed. It took around 10 minutes just to get a Diet Coke, and every time I asked for assistance, the woman working at the register seemed to defer the request rather than help or find someone who could. Meanwhile, some employees appeared more interested in chatting than helping customers, while only one or two staff members seemed to be working the floor. I understand restaurants get busy, especially in a tourist area, but the issue wasn't just the wait--it was the feeling that customer service wasn't a priority. As for the food, it was nothing special. I ordered a steak that had a nice smoky flavor, but it arrived well done and overcooked. The rest of the meal was average at best and definitely not memorable enough to make up for the service issues. Between the lack of air conditioning, slow service, inattentive staff, and mediocre food, this was one of the few places in Hawaii where I genuinely regretted spending my money. Considering the location at The Shops at Wailea and the prices being charged, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and execution. There are far too many great dining options in Wailea to come back here.

The ginger pineapple fizz was a fun mocktail choice, and they had a happy hour special running on a Saturday evening which is a nice bonus for those who partake. Rez, our server, was great! It's satiating and convenient, but not a place I'd rush back to. Know what you're getting into and you won't be disappointed.

There was a lot of mahi on the menu! Their liquor selection was more limited than I'd think - so I skipped a cocktail. I got the Mac crusted mahi - sadly it was flavorless and the sauce was cold. BUT, seafood here is over the top, my wife had a white fish like ONO, but too long a name to spell. Over mashed potatoes and grilled veges Mine was Blackened and seared Ahi over sticky rice and asparagus spears. We both had a nice small Caesar. The sushi bar no longer is here. Completely removed and replaced with about a dozen or more tables for four. Really , if you want a treat at sunset , come here. Great service.
