Since there was no response went back to the store and then finally got a response stating it's not their problem, it's ours. They claim since the package was sealed it's our issue to go through the manufacturer. We asked about either 1) refund or 2) replacement of the same item -- both options was a hard no because, again, it's not their fault we bought a defective product. So now we have to go through the manufacturer, wait for a response, and we have to go through a whole process (if it gets accepted). **be warned they have no return or exchange policy on their receipts and/or visible sign in their store. For comfort & ease of taking in the weed, Hubby bought her a bong. I'm sure it beats the heck out of smoking it lol. I trust it's better consumed in this manner. For a small shop, it does offer a pretty extensive selection of bongs. I didn't get to browse too long so I quickly just took the photos & Hubby bought the bong for auntie--we were done in a jiffy! The gentleman at the counter was pretty mild mannered & fairly helpful. Hubby found this shop on Google, it had the best reviews & he said if he were to purchase it in the greater LA area, it would've cost him $200, he bought it for $35--thats a great deal!!!
