They showed us what can help with teething and were best for a small breed. (Red barn lambs ear) They gave us a few food samples to try. We received a text within a week and thanking us for coming in and asking about our puppy. We let them know she was not happy with her food and they told us we can come in to exchange it. We ended up exchanging it after she did well on the sample food and they saved it for us as there was only one 4 lb bag left! The prices are great and the staff sent us another message 2 weeks later asking how she was doing on the new food and If we had any questions to reach out to them. The customer service is outstanding and we will keep going back!

I just came to look and get stuff for my animals, I never go in there with anything specific in mind and while I was looking around the employees were talking to me and laughing with me the entire time. Overall just a really great experience and I will 100% be going here more often. They also have a really good selection of stuff for cats too! Most places are like 90% dogs stuff but there are brands of cat stuff here I've only ever been able to get online so knowing it's available here is great!

It was smelly belly! Also, it just seemed sad in there. "The animals get touched and groped all day…read moreby kids and screamed at" - a quote from my friend who went with me, it was sad. It just felt unethical all throughout. All of the animals had really small spaces. The birds in the store were shreeking and pulling out their feathers which is a sign of stress/boredom...very sad. I would not want to become a Pratt's Pet. The only reason why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that at least it was like a free petting zoo! I did not touch any animals though because I do not want rabies and/or covid. Anyway so look at this other photo that I posted, it's the owner's response to a negative review!! Guys, look at how WILD this behavior is from the owner!! Oh my god!! So aggressive...this is in response to a completely fair negative review! It's like North Korea how they punish your family for generations! So terrible and authoritarianism/totalitarianism.

They had drinks and chips on this special day in the year! Lots of cute animals: poultry, pot belly pigs, lion head rabbits, chinchilla and guinea pigs. They had dogs and cats and they also had kittens that needed rehoming for $50. They had a 25 percent off coupon and it used it for pine kitty litter. Wet cat food was bogo! One vendor had one cat treat sample left and gave it to me. Happy birthday, Pratt's!

I recently adopted a senior Cavalier named Cash. Over the past week or so, I noticed that Cash was…read morescooting his butt around the house. Work and life have been hectic, so I appreciated being able to take Cash in for an anal gland expression without needing an appointment. Since we were already there, I asked the groomer to opine on if he needed a nail trim as well. She agreed that he did, so we added on the "pawdicure" package, which included a nail trim and grind, and also a trim of his paws. Cash's whole grooming process took about 30 minutes while I wandered around the store. His groomer was Steph, who was actually an apprentice. She did a fantastic job with him and made sure to follow his lead to avoid stressing him out. This was very important to me as Cash has heart disease. When it came time to pick Cash up, it seemed like the whole grooming salon interacted with him in some way and everyone was so sweet to him and gave him all the attention and affection. Of note, we also adored Julie the cashier. She was so friendly when we entered the store and when she checked me out for Cash's grooming fees and for the toy I purchased him. Cash loved her too because she had a generous supply of beef liver treats at the ready--his favorite! This isn't my regular PetSmart, but I think it is now!

My fiancé had a ranch about 20 years ago and used to go to Pratt's all the time to buy animals for his ranch and sell his babies to Pratt's. There was a good old time family vibe then. They educated people about the animals they purchased and were very helpful. Now, my fiancé and I have a ranch together and we were starting from scratch. We went to Pratt's to get the same camaraderie and care that he had from Pratt's in the past. But we had found out the hard way that it is absolutely nothing like it used to be! Their animals are always sick and stressed and in bad living conditions. All of the chickens we have purchased from there were sick with a very contagious virus. They have respiratory distress and very lethargic and their eyes swell up and fill with puss. We gave them antibiotics but that did not help them. Every single chicken we bought from there had died. And the worst part is it spreads to the rest of our flock. Once the flock is infected you cannot get rid of it. U literally have to start fresh with healthy chickens. My fiancé had told Oscar the manager about this issue. At first he was understanding and willing to replace the chickens. Once we sent him pictures of the birds that perished he changed his tone and said "Why are you the only ones with birds dying?" We have stopped buying chickens from there but have continued to buy feed from there. We can't help but to go and look at all the animals and unfortunately they are always in poor living conditions and clearly very sick and even dead birds in the cages. The staff they have there at this point are very unhelpful and uneducated about the product they sell and uneducated about the animals they sell! We ask them a question about an animal and they look at us like we have a third eye growing out of our heads! They walk away without answering our questions or even getting our feed for us. We are out so much money from what we have bought from there and all the loss we have had from the sick chickens infecting the rest of our flock and they died. We had bought a female goat that was supposedly pregnant and they just wanted to get rid of her before she gave birth... well she wasn't pregnant. Then We had bought another female goat from them against our better judgment because she looked miserable and we wanted a companion for our first goat but She was "Not for sale" due to being sick... We said we want her to give her a fighting chance. She coughs and sneezes and has discharge from her lady parts. Pratt's just does not care about the health and well being of their animals! We will never purchase any animals from them again!! It's such a shame that these animals have to suffer!!
