Five Star Pizza is the best fast food chain in the area hands-down for hand tossed pizza. I am unsure if they make a thin crust the toppings are extremely fresh and you don't even have to get extra any toppings. They already appear to come extra toppings and extra cheese, as is which you cannot find in another fast food place. The first time I ever had. This pizza chain was in the state of Minnesota and I used to always get it when I was done with work. They do not make a Detroit style pizza or any of that I believe they only have one type of crust when it comes to fast food chains in the area. This is the best pizza chain then I would say Pizza Hut would be next and then it's Little Caesars. I wouldn't even rate Domino's or Papa John's because I feel like those two pizza chains are very very bad. I enjoy a pizza as much as the next guy and searching through a few different delivery services I saw Five Star Pizza, but I went with the pizza places I was familiar with, and skipped over Five Star Pizza. Today was our first time trying 5 Star Pizza. This is a carry-out and delivery only shop and I am reviewing it as such. Their online ordering was fast; you can customize your pizza very easily. We ordered a 12" deluxe with black olives added and 10 wings. Both were great and ready on time when I arrived to pick-up. The wings were large and perfectly seasoned. I really liked the pizza crust. It held its shape and the plentiful toppings. The toppings were obviously fresh and piled on. The 12" comes in 6 big slices. Next time I may request that it be cut into 8. Make sure you request parmesan and/or hot pepper packets while ordering online. We'll be back! read more

5 star pizza? More like 1 star pizza! My husband went in the other day and he said there was a funky smell, like mold or something that was rotten sitting in the restaurant. He went to the counter to pick up his pizza and the person working there kept saying it done, he waited for 45 minutes before the pizza FINALLY came out... It. Was. Cold. I'm not coming here for a while, the drive that my husband did for this was ridiculous and we didn't even get to try the food because it was cold, super greasy, and not what we expected from a place called Five Star Pizza. Tried this place on a whim visiting a family member in the area as they are open late and there was not much else open nearby. Totally expected less than stellar pizza by the chain like appearance, but was pleasantly surprised! Pizza was actually very good. I got a deluxe pizza which was surprisingly packed with toppings and they tasted of quality, not just cheap afterthought. The cheese was surprisingly generous considering all the toppings and I didn't order with extra cheese. The dough was nice and Crispy on the outside and soft and slightly chewy on the inside and cooked very well. I ordered garlic butter for dipping and expected to be handed a cup of mass produced prepacked suff like the Papa gives you, but was pleasantly surprised that it was made in house and was excellent! I order from here every week, Matthew the manager is awesome he makes sure your order is correct and if it isn't he will fix it right away. The other manager that's working today not so much. Order food today the order was wrong and not fresh. When I called to let him know he wants to go back and forth with me about my food that I was not satisfied with that I spent my money on. He has poor customer service he doesn't need to be a manager. I was going to order chicken wings and pizza for 50 of coworkers tomorrow. But the way his customer service was I will not be doing it. Our pizza for pick up was being delivered by mistake to another customer when my husband arrived this evening. The story goes...the driver noticed he picked up wrong pizza and returned with ours. Manager gave us pizza which is now cold and a replacement pizza. My husband said the manager never called the other customer to explain the delay in their delivery. We have had good luck with this business u til tonight. Who has room in their refrigerator for two leftover pizzas (1 full and 1/2 of another) the day after Thanksgiving?! Not us! I have eaten many of pizza pies and by far the best that has ever been put in my mouth. The star rating doesn't give it enough stars to actually give it a better rating. They went above and beyond the expectations of a pizza place. The time was about ten minutes or less from order to my hands. The by the time o got home the pizza was ready to eat. The freshness of the ingredients was off the charts. My first bite was an explosion of flavors that made my mouth water and and slide the pizza bite down the hatch the crust was the most amazing I've eaten it was crunchy and had soaked up all the flavors of the pizza. Let me say, I have never eaten at Five Star Pizza. Pizza puts weight on me and I am trying to lose weight. With that said, I have dashed a bunch of Pizzas from this place and this place is highly popular. The orders just keep rolling in! I have seen items made here and it is top notch. Top Notch! The pizzas look awesome (they actually put cheese on the pizza), smells awesome and they are quick and fast with the pizzas. We received a coupon for a free large pizza. We added 4 toppings @ $3 each. We also ordered cheese bread. The sauce is tomato sauce. It does not taste like they seasoned it.
