We absolutely love this indoor playground, it has easily become our favorite in San Diego. So clean, low walls so you can see all your kids in different areas if you have multiples. So many hands on activities, most included with entry, also some add ons. The staff is the most genuine and sweetest staff and they all are so helpful with any questions you have. The owner is also a doll. Her husband and herself take great pride in both of their locations both Santee and La mesa. We visit the Santee location most often. Lastly I love that it covers areas for most age ranges. I have a 1,3 and 6 year old and they all enjoy themselves.

There's lots to do but it's soooooo dirty . So many wires and exposed outlets . Everything was so sticky . You can tell very small toys like Lego's and building toys don't get cleaned .

Pros: 1) My 5 and 9 year-olds both had fun. 2) This is mostly a kindergarten and below place. But older kids can still entertain themselves. 3) The bean sand box, supermarket pretend area and flying feathers were a big hit with my 5-year-old. 4) My 9-year-old liked making the slime, the lego area and the big jumping green bounce area. 5) We stayed for over 4 hours and the kids were never bored. 6) The staff is always active cleaning up and making sure things look nice. Cons: 1) This is expensive especially if you come on the weekend when they Jack up the price more. 2) You have to buy their grippy socks. 3) Only one adult per child is free. 4) my 9-year-old liked it. But I could see a lot of older kids getting bored. Both my kids had a great time here and didn't want to go home. However at this price point I see this as a special occasion place to go.

Me and my family went in for a tour of the playground museum today and all I can say is WOW. 10/10! Will totally recommend! It's beautiful, Clean, Staff is friendly, and there is SOO much for the kids to do. I have a 4 year old and a 20 month old and they were absolutely stoked with all of the activities. My oldest played with slime and had so much fun in the kitchen/grocery store area. They even have a 3 and under area with sensory walls and age appropriate toys. So stinking cute. Only downfall is that it is a little pricey but if you get the membership after a few visits it pays for itself! Can't wait to go back

The world's most peaceful indoor playground. It was so relaxing being here.Everything is a tan calming color, the whole time they play super soothing music and everything is great low stimulation play for kids that keep them genuinely engaged without being overstimulated. So glad we came here today

We hosted my 3yr olds birthday party here, it was so amazing. All of the staff were so helpful, it was so relaxing all kids ages 5months up to 10yr had a blast, what I loved most was everyone was playing - not crazy screaming overwhelmed running wild, we added on the slime making for our party and it was a huge hit, each table had a host helping , it was even fun for parents, so many sections to play in, kept our kids entertained for 6hours!!

I loved the La Mesa location. This Santee location is a whole new level of fun!! We went for the grand opening Saturday. It was amazing. They thought of everything my children would love; a jumper, glow room, art area and slime! We stayed all day. Can't wait to come back!! Thank you

Definitely a new favorite place for me and my kids! This indoor playground is amazing for my 2 and 3 year old. They have a blast, it feels clean for now, there is so much to explore, and since it's so new it's hardly busy on the weekdays. I think it's perfect for Littles. My one recommendation is to install non-toxic sanitary wipe stations around each play area, please. I've been to other indoor playgrounds where you see the workers constantly wiping down the toys as the pick them up which is reassuring to see as a parent knowing that these places are definitely germfests. Having the wipe stations would allow parents to help clean or wipe incase something goes in the mouth or gets sneezed on. I've also seen other playgrounds have bins off to the side for parents to throw toys into in case something does get "contaminated." Just some advice. We love this place and truly want to see it thrive since it is sooo fun and much needed in the neighborhood.

I have some work in El Cajon that's going to take a few months and I live in North County so don't want to be driving down everyday. I stopped at the gate and was greeted by Debbie who gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind. If they have other people like her on staff everyone staying there I'm sure is happy and taken care of. When I drove around I was stunned at how clean and well kept eveything was. It was also beautiful. All the ponds for fishing and areas to relax. Looking forward to a stay here. Will update review later.

I visited their office in person last Tuesday to verify my 1991 Ford Econoline Jamboree RV would be accepted at this RV park, and they said absolutely yes. Then yesterday after speaking to Janice, apparently my RV is now no longer accepted at this RV park. I ran the website, policies, protocols and procedures through my ChatGPT and he verified that my RV is within the allowable ranges. After repeating myself twice to Janice MY RV IS NOT A RETROFITTED VAN and correcting her, she ignored me completely. Then doubled down and said "absolutely not, we do not accept Vans 14 years or older". Well that's funny JANICE because those words are NOWHERE to be found IN YOUR OWN RV PARK RULES dated 2026. And to think I was going to stay a month! Not a smart move at all Janice.
