This was embarrassing since I fully purchased this class & booked it through the correct time slot. After the class the instructor asked me to contact the owner so she in no longer put in this position. I contacted them and their response was completely apathetic to the situation and they did not recognize the need to fix their website or offer an apology. They had total disregard for the situation they created and their language in response to my experience was patronizing. It would not have inconvenienced them to handle their website glitch and customer concern with care.

On a late Sunday morning in April, the place was probably busier than usual but I still had plenty of space to hit the machines I wanted to. Only one other person was in the 30 minute workout area and we managed to share the machines pretty well as the lights flipped red and yellow and green. After, a pretty good shower. The hot water started off very hot and continued long enough but then cooled. With three of the showers being used at the same time on the men's side, I'm guessing we drained the water heater pretty well. The only other complaint I have is there isn't a shelf in the shower. No one likes putting their stuff on the floor, least of all me. It's a large parking lot and there were two very obvious RV campervans parked. Not me, today. I live here in Charlotte! Unfortunately they did not have pricing information online however I was able to submit a request and Steve texted me 1st thing Saturday morning to book a tour the same day. The GYM is just amazing! It's clean, with a ton of equipment and space for a stress feee workout. The locker rooms are upgraded and include both a sauna, and a steam room! I am so glad that I made the pivot to this gym! Sweet method takes a lot of precautions to ensure we are safe. Working out 6ft apart, mats and weights sanitized after every use, makes me feel very safe while getting that much needed burn.
