The food is absolutely great. Just stopped by and got another bowl that was perfection. The salmon was fresh. Also, the edamame, onions, hijiki seaweed, jalapenos, Company sauce and all of the toppings were perfect too. I left very satisfied. However it's getting to the point of not really being worth it, value wise. I just realized they are now charging over $17.95 for a regular which is insane. Two years ago it was $14.95 for a regular and 4 years ago it was $11.95. I obviously understand that costs go up but 50% is out there. My go-to sushi place did not raise their prices by 50% over the last 4 years, in fact it's basically the same. At Poke Company, my young son used soy sauce from a bottle left on the table. After he had already eaten some of his food, we discovered the bottle was full of fruit flies..... an alarming number of them. This is not a minor oversight. This is a serious failure of basic sanitation. While the staff did remake the food, their reaction was completely inappropriate. Instead of treating the situation with urgency or concern, (they literally didn't even anpologize) employees were joking about it and playing around with the contaminated bottle behind the counter. I heard them laughing and saying "oh my god that's nasty there's are so many of them" and then were chasing each other with it behind the counter. I mean wtf... Leaving visibly contaminated food items on tables is unacceptable. Responding with carelessness and humor makes it worse. I have been a regular customer for years, but this experience completely destroyed my trust. I will not be returning, and I strongly urge management to take a hard look at both their hygiene practices and staff training. read more

This is a great place for a lunch pick up when you don't have a ton of time but cannot stomach the thought of fast food. I have eaten here a few times now and have found the quality to be very consistent. I order on the app and pick it up without any issues. The seaweed salad is easily big enough for 2. The ahi tuna always tastes fresh. The service is spot on. You get to customize your bowl and include only the ingredients you want in it. The staff will help you with questions you may have about each item while utilizing the assembly line process. A small regular bowl is usually perfect for me for lunch or dinner. It includes one protein and I like to add a few extras such as krab salad on top of the small bowl price. I tried the Poke Company shortly after they opened. They have a ton of options to choose from. You get a base which was rice, salad or they have a riced cauliflower option which is what I ordered. You can order salmon , tuna, shrimp or chicken. Then on to the mix ins which was veggies and seaweed salad. Last but not least the yummy sauces. I got the company sauce and avocado lime sauce. I ordered the large bowl and there was way too much of the base. Next time I will get the small bowl as I didn't like it as leftovers the next day. Kevin helped me. Such a nice man. Poke still amazing. But I'm still left just as confused about the "assembly line" as I was when I first visited this place two years ago. For example: if ten people walk in, then instead of finishing one order at a time, they will get the base for every person in line, then start at the first person again and get the mix ins one person at a time, and then finally they'll get the toppings for each person in line. So if you came in first then you'd have wait for the tenth person to finish order before you can finally leave. This makes no sense, and every single person in line is beyond confused. On top of that, sometimes there's only one person fulfilling the orders for each person in line while other people are walking around in the back seemingly doing nothing. It's great and I'll continue going, but please find a way to make this make more sense! Because it's painful to watch. But place is clean food is great and I highly recommend. The small is good for a person and I would even say the regular is good for two people. The regular comes with two proteins. They have a ton of sauces you can mix in with the proteins and then put on top. They also have a lot of mix in options including seaweed, edamame, cucumber, mango (extra), cream cheese (extra), avocado (extra). The topping are nice too, with options such as crispy onions and tempura. I love their white rice and the poke (I've had both the salmon and tuna) always taste very fresh. The chilly cold feel of the place just made you think the fish was fresh and at the right temperature. Environment was clean and tidy. There was also a vegan choice with tofu.
