We were lucky to get Kaitlyn assisting us today! She's very pleasant and super knowledgeable about all of the products they carry in the store. She helped us with dimensions and what items would go well together with the metal and different sets that might fit on our patio the best. She stayed 10 minutes past when she could have closed because she wanted us to be able to make a purchase and order since we drove so far to get there. She is such an asset at your store and an excellent employee and person! We'll definitely come back to shop with Kaitlyn again for other things we need for our new house.

I call Maria and she said to send a photo of the broken part and in minutes she had a replacement in a different color - but saved the day. She shipped and I had it in two days! Perfect service. Also- years ago I was remodeling a bathroom and the tub was delivered from another company and installed. We kept some plastic covering on the outside so it would not get "dinged" during carrying it and installing it. So after it was completely in we removed it only to find a 2" gash in the side. I was so sad because it was too late and I thought the person we bought it from would just say we did it- I thought I would just live with it. Iovino's came out and repair it and you can't tell there was ever a problem. That's TWO times they saved the day! Both times customer service was outstanding!

The liner leaked around the light almost immediately, and little folds or ribs developed on the liner on the bottom of the pool. We had to remove the liner they installed drain our pool and reinstall it ourselves as rays pools was no help, offered no help, offered no refund, ray just stood by his half assed work that a group of 4 years olds could've done better. The workers were loud noisy pigs too, left their cigarettes and trash all over our enclosed porch seating area. Again stay away this company is a headache and the owner incompetent. Only go here if you enjoy wasting money!
