Our pool cover fell in, during the "off season"...it looked like a lake in April. I didn't think…read morethere was any chance of us opening up the pool in June, let alone mid May. The staff at Alpine Pools, in Bethel Park, recommended the exact chemicals needed, recommended the correct time to let the chemicals work and most importantly, recommended when it would be safe to use. ALL of the "in store" staff has been understanding, helpful and informative. One employee that went "above and beyond" was Kloe. She followed up with phone calls and made sure we were satisfied with our service and the status of our pool. Now, the kids are swimming, pool is ready for the Memorial Day weekend and all is good with the pool. Thank you again, Dan and family, staff and Kloe

In Spring of 2025 we had moved into our new home in Cranberry. Knowing very little about pools and…read morewhat was needed we asked Alpine Pools to "open" our pool. The water was low and so much algae that the green water looked like slime. The guy from Alpine pools came, tinkered a bit then left and sent a bill. They basically drained the antifreeze, primed the pump and heft. We were so naive as to to think they would "open" the pool. You know, clear up three Water, or empty pool and get new water. But instead they. Just took advantage of new people leaving us a real nightmare of algae. No I would not. Actually could nit recommend anybody who would take advantage of customers,

I waited an entire year to write this review, thinking that if we lived with the pool, the issues…read morewould seem less important than they were in the beginning. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The manager and salesperson were nice enough, and the process of choosing the pool went fairly well. The installation nightmare that followed was the issue. I almost thought to return the entire purchase, but was talked out of that by the manager. We waited over 3 months to even have the installer reach out. He was always too busy to stop by, and was light on communication. He even sent a few very inappropriate messages, refused to do the work at all, he later apologized, saying he was under stress. Everyone said he was the "best" for an oval pool. If that is the best we have in this area, additional training is a absolute must moving forward. Addiitonal weeks go by and the day finally arrives when he and his crew ar to set up the pool. The marks have been made, the measurements are accurate, ground is level, and then I leave for work. When I get home the pool is over 12 inches away from where it was originally supposed to be. Add to the fact that he threw away paperwork for our filter system, glued some pieces that should not have been glued together, and generally "rigged" the connections. His crew member sat on our porch, broke our chair, and used our fan without permission. Overall, we can use the pool. Had it been a couple thousand dollar investment, the issues may have been less important. But it was a huge pool, with a huge investment, that is still sitting in the wrong location. I would NOT recommend and will be going elswhere for my hot tub!

Bought a very expensive pool last Oct. Paid in full by April 1st. Pool delivered April 9, 2026…read more Was told that I was 1st on list for install. NEVER received a call from installer. I learned there was NEVER an installer for my size pool. EVER!!! NICOLE, HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER, iffered me a $200 refund on a $16,000 pool and told me to call their "sister company" Brad installer. Brad was great said pool city is NOT their sister company and if I bought the pool from his pool store install would be done. He laughed at pool city's contract price of $1,350 to install a 15x33 oval. He said his price starts at $6,000, for outside sales. I found no one to install. Then PC said I can watch a youtube video and DIY. Absolutely have never been treated so terribly by a company. Thank God they finally came to pick up the pool along with 3 other pools, per the driver. Pool City will screw you. BEWARE. THEY ARE A -100 IN MY BOOK. NICOLE NEEDS TO BE FIRED! SHAME ON YOU
