Service is terrible. It took 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee and I left after waiting 45 minutes for food.

I live nearby and have been waiting for a non-dive to open up. Was super excited to come here and had AMAZING food - French dip burger, Waffle chicken tenders and dessert fries. I thought this would be a generally good brew-type place, but my expectations were exceeded. Beyond all there was Duaah! This lady is sooooo sweet and really went above and beyond to take care of us. I'll absolutely be back for the food, but only if Duaah will serve us! She sealed the deal and I'm happy to have a neighborhood place i can count on now! Cheers! read more

Went for the first time for a family Cousin's Day. It started out well and our server was very pleasant. Ordered some appetizers and drinks and waited for the rest of our party to arrive in the meantime. While waiting for the rest of our party, I placed an order of chicken fingers. 45 minutes later, I decided to cancel my order because I had lost my appetite (who wouldn't after almost an hour!!?). The next minute, the manager arrives with the order and the first thing he said was "You want to cancel these chicken fingers??" Yep, I responded and he rolls his eyes and immediately shows attitude. The EXACT way a "manager" is NOT supposed to respond. He had an attitude towards the entire table. Why did he act this way when HE'S THE MANAGER and is supposed to oversee the entire restaurant!!!?? He made us feel like we were in the wrong after it took almost an HOUR to get chicken fingers!! Yes, an HOUR. Then I tried to make sure our server was ok and she had attitude...after trying to be cool with her and make sure she didn't get in trouble. Needless to say, this was our FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. I'll continue to dine where I'm shown I'm appreciated and treated correctly. These places are opening after the pandemic with half-ass talent and work ethic, when dying to have people join them again. The Porch in Gilbert has it right. i came here with a friend to get some drinks and the server makenna? mckenna? mikayla? something like that asked for IDs so we gave them to her. she analyzed both and stared at me from the front and side for a solid 2-3 minutes standing at our table. she eventually took both IDs and not only did she not tell us to our face she thought they were fake, but she told the manager to tell us that both were fake... keep in mind, they were not fake and the manager proceeded to say she was going to take them. there could've been the possibility that the ID photos threw them off bc we were dressed in hoodies and no makeup since it was pouring rain like crazy that day. also, just cause we wore makeup in our driver's license photo doesn't mean we look like that all the time, be f*ckin for real. they told us they can't serve us alcohol and could only serve food, but bro all we wanted was a giant moscow mule. don't come here because they'll assume your real ID is fake or maybe it was racial profiling, we'll see. with this mishap, compensation through free drinks would suffice. have a good day, the porch. read more

This place is very cool and the waitresses do a good job for how packed they get. Their drinks are good but a little weak! I ordered the Nashville hot sandwich and was so disappointed. We waited about 5 min before we noticed other tables were brought waters and had attention that were sited AFTER us. We both tried to get the wait staff's attention but were totally glanced over. We waited a while but saw someone else being seated at the booth we'd requested. Then the food... my kids got chicken tenders and fries and afterwards my son was still hungry as the portions were kinda small. My girlfriend order a burger and got it medium. I am not sure the inside was actually even cooked and it was so greedy it was dripping out of the end to make the bun soggy. Again.. no server around for us to send it back so she ate it thinking the burger was maybe just a little more rare. I got the chicken nachos that were so soggy I had to use a fork to get any of the toppings. It tasted like it had just been sitting there for awhile. Since my so. Was still hungry we decided to get the churro bites to give him more food. They were so overcooked that we couldn't really eat them without soaking them in the chocolate that we were given with them. I was forced initially to take down my review- because the management staff threatened to fire the young women of color, if I did not take my post, that was shedding light on their racial profiling and lack of customer services. The management staff here feels entitled to threatened others - customers or staff to ensure things are done their way and that true reviews of ones personal experience or not written. My review was solely based on my experience and what I witnessed. I came to this establishment both on a Friday night and Saturday morning and both times the service was horrible. The place was not busy on Friday, and yet I still had to wait about 10 mins to get the bar / mgrs attention to get an initial drink- when there was literally maybe like 2 other people at the bar. The staff constantly walked past several times and had to ask the bar back for water and a way for me to order food. The food 2nd day, had a party of 6 and the server did not bring waters out, had to ask, after another 15 mins of sitting there. Didn't bring plates when ordered appetizers or silverware. Was extremely slow on anything I asked to order. The food was so bland and I could have gotten a better meal at zips. The staff here is more concerned with trying to look cute then actually serve. The managers are self righteous assholes that don't even try to rectify a situation. I tipped the server what she deserved for the lack of service she provided. As a customer I should not have to ask for water- I should not have to ask for silverware so we can eat. I should not have had to ask for napkins, when clearly not given any. I should not have to ask for refills of water. The server was not friendly, she was slow, inattentive and she was lucky I gave her $20 tip in the first place. But instead of management reaching out to me. They decided to text another server who we know work there and complain and send her a pic of my bill to show only the partial tip- since I am the one who took care of both checks at the table, I split the tip on both bills. This place is a joke the owners and management are pure jokes. I worked in the serving industry for over a decade in my 20's and the level of service I always provided is the same level of services I expect. It's not high maintenance- it's actually basic serving 101.. Even though I took my initial review down, they still fired the employee, that had nothing to do with me and my experience. Shitty place. I can only speak to the food since we ordered take out. The front of the restaurant lady is very good at customer service. The food was ready on time. She had it behind the counter so it got a little cool. The food was fresh and well prepared. The poke bowl didn't quite live up to traditional bowl flavors but not terrible. The shrimp tacos were flavorful. The pork stew with black rice is good. The quesadilla with a little guacamole was good as well. We would go again if the opportunity presented itself. read more

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. My boyfriend and I came here for brunch and we were seated at a booth. It took about ten minutes for our waitress to finally show up. We ordered and made sure to ask for our appetizers to come first. Thirty minutes later, our appetizer showed up along with both of our meals. Our waitress checked up on us only once during our whole stay. We waited for a while for her to show up to bring us our check, but she never showed so we ended up asking of the other waitresses walking by to bring it to us. The food was mediocre. The breakfast burrito was ok and the tuna poke bowl was way overpriced for tasting less than mediocre.
