She did this all for the price of the frame and was very kind and pleasant. This saved me so much trouble and I really appreciate it. In the past, this Michaels seemed to have a staff shortage, and the checkout was a drag. I know the self-checkout isn't new here, but it has changed everything; it's fast and efficient, leaving the staff able to focus on helping the customers. One frame 9X12 & the the other one 16X20 & 8X10. The 1st one was $12.99 & the big one was $19.99. W/out tax. I needed some beads for decorative reasons and couldn't find any that I liked. In color and in style. During their Holiday Seasons they are fully stocked and all aisles are bursting with cheerful, happy colors, flowers, brands and more.. if you are not quick to grab what you need, it will be too late. Overall, not a bad experience, but they can for sure step up to the plate and help out their customers when we need help. Not only did the staff handle everything, but they were so hands on with the kids that the parents actually got time to talk to each other while their kids had fun creating new works of art. We had plenty of room for everyone and enjoyed the standard 2 hour party which left plenty of time for food, crafts, pinata and cake. My son is still talking about his party at Froggy's and how much fun he had. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to have a party for kids of all ages.

When I saw the work, I was shocked by how sloppy, rushed, and low quality it looked. This was not professional work and not something any business should hand to a customer. I explained that I was unhappy with the quality and asked for my money back because I could not use this canvas for my client. Instead of trying to fix the problem, they refused and kept saying, "This is how we do it," and that they already spent time, labor, and materials on it. They acted like there was nothing wrong with the work at all. What made the experience even worse was the attitude and disrespect. Instead of helping or apologizing, I was told to leave the store. I also took photos of the canvas so people can judge the quality for themselves. I would not recommend this place if you expect professionalism, quality workmanship, or respectful customer service.
