There was zero customer service- it just doesn't exist with Pacific Coast coffee after MULTIPLE attempts of emails & messages via their website. We received the wrong order and there is no way to contact for correction over weeks now! I am correcting my review based on an email response Temecula coffee roasters who committed to helping me resolve this problem as the shipper/supplier of the coffee that I ordered from Pacific Coast coffee. The area around is the industrial part and seems like it would be a good place to get a pick me up if you're getting your car serviced or something. I like that they had seating even though that morning was a cold morning. I'd imagine it to be a lovely spot to have coffee and chat with a friend on a nice sunny morning. I love the coffee cart and the person who served me was very nice. I would definitely recommend and try this out again if I had the chance. I see protein cookies often but only had tried one other prior to this. It wasn't chalky as I experience with many of my protein enhanced foods. It was smooth and easy chew. It didn't crumble as soon as I bit into it or opened the package... needless to say I enjoyed it. Overall the atmosphere that Alexis creates in addition to the tasty treats I give SilverHeart 5 stars!
