The Baristas that work here Isabel and Destiny are super sweet and welcoming ! I come here every weekend and bring the boy I babysit. I'm baffled by the negative reviews because this is some of the best coffee we've ever had!!! We've gone three times on Saturday morning and the service has been great. We love the punchcards and get discounts when we come back. Sure the menu is small but if you don't like that go somewhere else. We love gaffle. read more

I wanted to like this spot, but something is off here. First off.. 'a cold coffee concept'. Cold brew has existed...so not sure what they think they're doing there lol. Their espresso is pretty tasty, but the drink options are limited and really expensive for what you get! During my first time in, the barista seemed deeply annoyed that I didn't understand their ordering process. It's a process that feels too pretentious for a Temecula coffee shop. I can't put my finger on it, but there's a certain energy in this business that feels unsettling. You're better off going to other local cafes! read more

When a new coffee shop opens in temecula, im all in! This new coffee concept in town is great! It is connected to Papabear's Farmstand so you can browse and shop around while you wait. The menu is pretty simple as they only have a few items but nothing to complain about. I really liked their coffee concentrate and not to mention, i LOVE their cups! I got their smaller size and there was the right amount of caffeine for me. It is a little pricy, but really excited to see if they expand their menu! Loving it so far. read more

i love trying out new coffee places & had gaffle bookmarked since it was new in the area. their menu is very simple, not a lot of options but sometimes i love that because too many options can be overwhelming. upon reading reviews, i was a little skeptic about service but looks like i came on a good day! service was friendly & helpful. came in on a saturday afternoon & it wasn't too busy. i got their ice capooch with oatmilk (bonus, they don't charge extra for alternative milks) with the "blue magic" blend - quite yummy i can say! not too sweet nor bitter. enough coldfoam on top. the cups are super cute as well. the cafe is open concept, connected to papabear's farmstand which is cool; you can browse/shop while waiting for your drink (also make sure to try their food - so good). will definitely come back to try their other drinks :) read more

I'm shocked to see any bad reviews of Gaffle because my husband and I love it! I highly recommend checking it out, I think some people assume this is a coffee shop with a classic coffee shop menu but that is not the case (we have enough of those don't we?!) this is what makes them unique and awesome! I always get the capooch half sweet and it's delish! The girls working there are always sweet and making the best drinks! I got the 16oz iced Capooch, it was delish! The cold foam and the coffee are smooth and the ice is tiny. I'd be back and definitely order the same thing. Just maybe not that often as I believe $9 for a coffee at 16oz is more than I would like to spend daily or more than once a week. I was really excited to try this place! The presentation is lovely and the branding and all however the workers weren't very friendly or welcoming. I believe that is a huge deal. Nobody wants to go anywhere to be treated poorly. On top of that the coffee just wasn't that great to make up for it. I took a few sips and tossed it. Not sure if it was just a bad day, but I will come back and give it another try. I'm hopeful my next experience will be much better. read more

When I asked them where they get their beans from they said "I don't know" a manufacturer out east. So if you like cold brew this might be your spot but on my opinion it was just okay. Such a cute spot! The cold brew coffee is amazing. Also love that there's a little market and you can get sandwiches in the same spot.

My husband came accross the add on Instagram, and since we were in the area visiting we thought we'd give it a try. Our first thought when we approached the register was, the cashier showed no enthusiasm in being at work today. The barista handed us our drinks and walked away without telling us which drink was which (both looked the same). I was already annoyed with the attitude that I didnt even bother to ask. We both agreed that the coffee was REALLY bitter, we could not taste the sweetner flavor we requested, and was just overall disappointed with the service. Guess just wasnt for us. read more

I was so excited to try Gaffle today. I workout nearby and ran over for a coffee. To my surprise, on a busy Saturday morning, there was ONE person behind the counter AND making drinks. I want to add that she did an AMAZING job keeping her composure, taking and making orders with a line to the door the entire time I was there (35 minutes from the time I got in line, ordered my two drinks, and left)! I'm astonished that a newer coffee business would be okay with leaving one person to sink or swim on weekends and establish themselves as a company that would do that to an employee. What qualifies me to make these observations? I was a supervisor at a coffee shop for 7 years! I promise you your sales would increase and customer experience would improve immediately if you invested in just one more person behind the counter. I don't know if someone called out or had en emergency but there should be a manger/owner that dropped what they were doing to help the employee that was working alone. Despite being alone... that employee made a great iced capooch and cold brew. I will continue trying this place in hopes that my next visit is better and that I can update this review to a more positive one! read more

I wanted to like it bc the aesthetic is cute. But Coffee is not good at all and the vibes there were very awkward, waited 10 minutes and no acknowledgement. $9 for a tiny 12 oz and it's just pre made coffee concentrate. I don't mind paying that for good fresh espresso, but for pre made coffee, not worth it. And my 12 oz tasted so different than my friend who got the 16 oz, no reason for that. Better off going to brim or press espresso for better coffee 100%. read more
