Loved this gem so much! We were passing through Temecula and wanted to try a local coffee spot. This one did not disappoint. The flower & bee latte and macaroons were so good. My hubby enjoyed his nitro cold brew which I tried and although I don't like cold brew, it was pretty hood! The staff was very nice and patient with all me questions regarding the menu. Coffee is good. A bit over priced. My biggest complaint would be that we ordered at the counter and applied a 15% tip for our two coffees and avocado toast. We were the only two people in the restaurant and there were three employees behind the counter discussing social media and still couldn't bring our order to our table. They looked at us and said "your coffee is ready". When we went up to get our coffee we noticed our toast had popped up from the toaster yet the staff continued socializing. We would have been much more forgiving had they been busy but again, we were the only customers there at that time. I would suggest, if there is a way, to tip AFTER you eat to have the opportunity to tip based on service. Ps, we also "bussed" our own table. It is a shame that service is no longer a priority, especially when asking for a minimum of 15% service gratuity. read more

I typically go to the Murrieta location but came to this one after shopping at Trader Joe's. If this would've been my first time, I probably wouldn't be returning based on the staff. The drinks are excellent and perfectly made, not too sweet. However, the vibe of a place makes all the difference. The two young girls working the morning of 1/24 cared more about chatting with each other then providing any sense of warmth or welcoming attitude. When I walked in, one of the girls literally looked at me when I walked in, then went back to making her drink lol. A couple mins later she walked up to the register but there was no acknowledgment or greeting whatsoever. When the two drinks I ordered were done, they put them on the counter and didn't call out once that they were ready. I finally noticed they were just sitting on the counter and legit had no clue how long they were sitting there since neither girl had called them out. They were too busy chatting it up. They honestly gave off "I'm related to the boss" vibes and it seemed as if we the customers were inconveniencing them by coming in. Very disappointing. read more

I never write review on any places because I wouldn't ever want to tarnish someone's reputation! I must say I was shocked and appalled on the customers service at the establishment! I believe this was a coffee place that mainly makes coffee, well I assumed that considering there was a huge coffee sign outside on the building! So if it is not please disregard this message! I personally do not drink coffee, apparently my taste buds haven't matured yet! My wife loves coffee and we found this spot on yelp. We arrived at 11:20am to get a cup of coffee for her! I was waiting outside because I assumed it was a fast transaction! Then to my surprise my wife comes out jokingly saying they ran out of coffee so I laughed and she proceeded to grab my hand and walk away. I was still trying to process this that a coffee shop on a Sunday morning would be out of coffee! So I went inside and the three barista's were chatting in a circle and I asked: " is it true you guys ran out of coffee?" I'm assuming the lady who responded was a manager she then replied "yes we are out". So I asked is this a bakery? So I could understand how they would be out of coffee which would make sense! She then replied we actually stop selling coffee at 1pm I said it's 11:30am. Which she suggested if she (meaning my wife) really wants a cup we can brew a batch for her . At this point I wanted to start going off but being a 6'3 African American male I'm sure it would somehow get turned around! So instead I left!!! I just want the lady who suggested to my that if my wife wants a cup she would gladly brew a batch. Needs to understand that's why she was there in the first place ‍. I know it must be very strenuous to make a cup of coffee or brew a batch what ever the process may be! But the correct answer would have been to tell my wife yes I can make you a cup, it will just be a few minutes. So yes the whole experience was awful and I advice "The Press" to retrain that barista on some customer service. It just sucks that this younger generation doesn't ever go above and beyond for their customers anymore it's sad. read more

My wife came in yesterday morning 8/20/23 around 9am when they first opened, in hopes to grab two coffees on our way to church. I waited a while in the car thinking that they must've had an early morning rush and were busier than usual, but instead when she came out she told me that there was only one other person in the shop already enjoying their drink, and the two girls working the bar had just been chatting for 5 minutes before taking her order. She let it slide and just went ahead and ordered, but then waited another 5-10 minutes because they were still chatting and both went over to the register to take the next persons order instead of starting on the drinks we had already paid for. I get talking with coworkers and having an enjoyable time, but when it gets in the way of serving paying customers in a reasonable manner it's unacceptable. Ordered a batch brew from Murrieta at 11:45 and it was just warm, they made an americano for me, drove away and on tasting, it didnt taste very good and I normally love their espresso, was right by the Winchester location so went in to see about exchanging it for just an espresso, and the girl said we cant do that between stores, I only was asking for 18 grams of coffee, hardly going to make a difference in the profit margin.
