So I've been coming to this location for the last 3-4 years. I've enjoyed mostly everyone that has come and gone and worked there... I had an appointment later in the evening..... The host which I found out later on that she was the one waxing me didn't give me a very nice welcome once I walked in the door.. once we were about to start she asked if I would like to have it all clean or leave some patches.. I normally have mine cleaned.. which I told her. She ended up sighing and she seemed like she didn't want to be there.. I can usually take some pain since I have some high pain tolerance but the whole 15 mins I was in alot out pain and when I left I was throbbing.. she went over and over the same spots repeadly and she couldn't rip the wax fast enough to where she ended up bruising my whole back side, everything is purple and red, it seemed very rushed as well... im very disappointed and it was definitely a rough 15 mins since I was in pain.. by the time I was done.. I had wax everywhere!!!! The paper ended up becoming stuck to where I just couldn't get it off with the oil she gave me... I had to go home and spend a little over an hour trying to get everything off... VERY disappointed today... read more

I was in the area and thought I'd stop in for a visit. It was a weekday, no one was there. Despite that the service seemed rushed. This is not my first time getting a waxing but it is my first time experiencing bleeding after one. The technician that helped me was very rough and moved very quickly. My skin was actually torn and with a small amount of blood after the treatment. Luckily they had wipes in the room that I took advantage of before leaving. This was not a good experience. There was a Yelp coupon at the time which I told myself the lower price would compensate for the experience, but I won't be returning Everyone was friendly and nice. Was not too impressed. After reading other reviews before mine it's my belief that this place really does "rush" the whole waxing experience to be able to offer that quick "we specialize in waxing" environment. . . yet what I was left with was my face being very irritated afterwards and noticeably manipulated in the sense that you could tell I had been waxed. My issue is that I have been facially waxed many, many times before, just not at this location... and have not come away with the same degree of redness and irritation previously. I will give the staff props for getting me in as a walk-in without an appointment and for the spa experience surrounding the location. I love the decor, pink, the name of the business and so forth...but for the actual experience itself. It was not pleasant either during or after. read more

First all this place needs more reviews because is great. If you have never had a Brazilian wax I totally recommend this place. It sucks I don't remember the girls name who did my wax but she was extremely nice very professional and made me feel super comfortable. When I came in The place is super clean the girl in the front was nice and they took me right in, I did have an appointment so I think is best to make one I do believe they take walk in not sure but is best just to call in ahead to make sure. I've been to this location as well as two others and they're great. I love the decor and I love that they always have same day appointments and are open fairly late (till 7 most days) since I am a procrastinator. Every one I've had do my wax has been friendly and thorough. I only gave four stars because I do feel like they're a little on the pricey side. I haven't been to any other places in Vegas for comparison but in California the maintenance wax was $40-45 since I'm generally in and out in 15 minutes. Here I get charged $55 every time. It's not a huge difference but if you're going in every month those $10-15 extra dollars add up (especially since I always tip well). I'll still always keep coming here though because at the end of the day, the convenience of same day appointments and how late they're open makes it worth it read more

Really bad service. I went in for a leg wax and the waxed missed a couple of spots on the upper part of my leg where there is still hair just not as much. She said it was because I had shaved (I didn't) and didn't exfoliate (I did) and that the hairs were under the skin (they weren't). She had just missed them because there isn't as much hair and it is lighter. Then when she left she went up to the receptionist and complains that I asked her fix the areas with hair and that I wanted "every little hair waxed". Yes when I pay to get my legs waxed I want them waxed. I cannot believe how unprofessional she was. That is much worse than missing a spot while waxing. I don't really understand why it upset her so much go over an area where she missed. Do not get your legs waxed by Ana-Maria. She does not do a good job and is very unprofessional. read more

I have been coming here for many months to have my unwanted hair removed. By far this place is the best in Las Vegas. First of all they use high quality wax and linen strips and there is such a major difference when it comes to the hair removal quality and decreased pain factor. Kirstey is my go to waxer and is fast and efficient but friendly. I've used other waxers in the past and they are good as well. The decor here is geared towards women but I suspected that based of the establishment name. Guys don't be intimidated by this place they have many hair removal services for men. read more

This location has very nice staff and I was in and out of the room in 8 minutes. Beauty is pain and I am glad my brazilian only lasted 8 minutes. I had made an appointment for earlier in the week that I could not keep so I stopped by after work and was able to get right in. The price was moderate compared to other places I was reading about. I have been coming here for a couple of years now because this is the best Brazilian wax I ever had. I should have wrote a review a while ago but I just recently started to yelp. I always get waxed by Jeannie because she does a great job and she's really nice too. Brazilian waxes are going to hurt because well.... it's happening in a sensitive area. I've been to places where they say their Brazilian waxes hurt less but it takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and it still hurts! At the Pretty Kitty, it only takes 10 minutes!! Just take a pain reliever such as Advil 30 minutes before your appointment and it'll help a little with the pain. Just trust me on this one.. a Brazilian wax is worth it! You will love how you look and feel after. I recommend getting it done at least once and you have to come here! read more
