I'm already here. Before committing to a service, I asked to use the restroom because I genuinely needed to go and wouldn't have felt comfortable starting an appointment otherwise. I was immediately told no, without any clarification about whether the restroom was for customers only or any follow-up question about whether I was planning to book a service. I wasn't given the opportunity to explain that I intended to walk in for a service. A simple question or explanation would have made a big difference. Instead, being introverted, I just said "okay, thank you" and left. Bizarre!

I had a gel manicure done by Tammy a little over a month ago for my wedding! Getting to the salon wasn't too difficult, some street parking wasn't too difficult. The salon had a cute and modern vibe to it! I was instantly seated by Tammy and she got to work. They had an iPad at each station, which really made my experience here relaxing. I had a hard gel set on, and Tammy did mention how they'd have to start clean and remove this set. I was charged for removal, which I wasn't the greatest fan of. I asked Tammy for a classic nude, white ombré with a bit of glitter on top, and she delivered! This is probably the best set of ombré nails I've ever had done!!! I've had many nail techs say how ombré nails look better on longer nails, but Tammy made things work with the nail length I was comfortable with! I was a bit skeptical of the longevity since it wasn't the hard gel I'm used to, but this set legit lasted me over FOUR WEEKS (with the exception of one nail that had gel-ex on because of some previous nail damage)! If I were in the area more often, I'd go back to Buttercup in a heartbeat!!!! They are on the pricier side, but you'll be paying for quality IMO.

The nails were not the best the painting wasn't good the application wasn't good but i was still nice and tipped her $10 even tho she charge me $60 for plain nails. Now it's only been a week and two of my nails already came off so easily and the nail polish are chipping off.
