It was sooo soft with still a nice crisp outer rim (and maybe somewhat "undercooked" but in a good way especially in the middle to the pretzel. Yum!) Icing and cinnamon sugar were delicious and well coated the pretzel. Only complaint is that the workers seemed very disjointed, always having to go back and ask each other what the order was. They're served in a styrofoam cup. If I had to place a texture to them, they're what I would imagine if a cinnamon roll had a love child with a cinnamon sugar pretzel. They're a touch softer than a normal pretzel but definitely have that pretzely feeling to them. They're fairly filling too; we both ate about half of the cup and were adequately satiated. We didn't try any, but they also have your fair share of large soft pretzels too. (Although why would you want them when you can have delicious pretzel bites?! I kid.) --Cost: $3 for a medium sized styrofoam cup of cinnamon sugary goodness. Goodness! --Service: I'm not sure exactly how fresh the pretzels were as they were in a little heating area when we got there, but they tasted fresh. So when I finished, I went by the Mr. Pretzel stand to see if they had seen anything which was dropped on the floor. The owner quickly showed it to me and it was my item. I thanked him of course. This says a lot about the honesty and integrity of this Owner. He could have waited until I had left and gone into the store and been able to get the item on the Free Gift Card I had. As I mentioned, this place is SLAMMED so I don't think the owner was able to quality control the warming and topping of the pretzels well. I recommend getting little containers so you can top and toast up at home. If you eat at the market, your pretzel won't have that super fresh, buttery flavor that makes homemade pretzels so delicious.
