I stopped in for a snack after lunch in the nearby food court... I was second in line, behind a lady who was complaining about an order she made online, which the employee had no control over and I listened to the employee's great way of handling it. So, when it was my turn to order, I asked if she was making fresh pretzel bites soon, as I don't want the butter on them and she said she was about to make a batch and it would be several minutes, so I ordered some and went to another store in the meantime. I came back and she was just pulling the pretzel bites and asked if I was vegan, I said no... she asked because she didn't want to cross-contaminate mine with the salt area and the residual butter that might be in there. She definitely offered great service and the pretzel bites were fresh and very tasty - exactly how I like them! I see all the negative reviews, but can say that I had a great experience and will definitely return! I made a joke with her and thanked her for everything too... Take care of your fast food employees - it's an over-looked, thankless job. read more

I feel as if I was robbed. I purchased 2 pretzels and we waited to eat them until we got home. The short drive could not be the reason the pretzels were tough, dry, and stale tasting like they were definitely not made that day! I had to to throw them away. Never again! read more

Disgusting. Standing where the customer stands at the RPOS, it's filthy. Pieces of food, aging grease, butter, salt, the credit card machine barely works and is disgusting to touch. Staff will continue making pretzels while customers wait to be served. If corporate doesn't shut this place down, the health department should. read more

I Tend to get auntie Anne's pretzel when I'm at the mall... located inside the mall first floor.. i always have a difficult time choosing which one... mm all of the...mini dog pretzels! on no wait cinnamon sugar pretzel! oohhh wait i like sweet almond pretzel! What kinda pretzel should i pick... There's only one way to find out...what Im feeling that day! People that work there were rude...very snotty...couldn't hear my order ....so she made me repeated myself five times...maybe if your employees behind you stopped gossiping...you would of heard me better... Prices are around two-five dollars...depending what kind of pretzels.... They have different types of dipping sauce... cost separately... Lots of sweet beverages...why not grab a sweet beverage while you enjoy some salty/sweet pretzels! read more

Today on 2/ 9/2021 my friend and I really wanted to go to some pretzels so we decided to go to aunt Annie's. We went to the one at mall at the food court. I got a cinnamon pretzel and she had some salted pretzel bites well I was very disappointed I have never visited on Annie's and got a burnt pretzel or a stale one but I did today. My The pretzel was burnt there's no way that the employee did not see that and it was stale!!!!! My friends pretzel bites were very stale. I will never go to that Aunt Annie again. read more

Went here to get pretzels the other day, but come regularly. Hit or miss on freshness of the pretzel. Slow, workers often rude. We were in line for a long time, saw them take fresh pretzels out of the oven and put them in the display case. My sister asked for a fresh one, the woman said "they're all the same batch" " but i will see if I can, no promises". What does even mean? She's the one who gets them out of the case. They were not all the fresh/the same. read more

Very low quality. Ordered cinnamon and sugar pretzel bites and they were way too big, more than double the size they should be. Burnt on the bottom and missing the cinnamon and sugar. We paid full price for three of these and they were so screwed up. Never again buying from this place. read more

My husband and I went by Auntite Anne's at the Spotsylvania Mall as the way to cap off the day with a favorite treat to take home and enjoy while watching a movie. We tried to order 5 pretzels and splurge with a few over the next day on our Anniversary. All that were out were the pretzel pieces. One lady tried to flavor the pieces and when we specified again, an older worker behind her loudly said "Well I'm not making any special ones until those are gone!" We were disappointed and didn't make a scene leaving highly dissatisfied and unsure of returning. We went to a bakery for strawberry shortcake, not so sure about the 5 other people in line who left right behind us after the lady with the brown hair was so loud and rude. read more

Love the pretzels here! Service is usually quick too. Great place to get a snack while shopping.

The pretzels are good but the service is slow. They need to put on more workers on the weekends. That is when it's really busy.

I love this Auntie Anne's so much! The employees are awesome, I have been coming here for years, and seeing similar faces is always nice. They are always so friendly and understanding. There prices are little too high, they recently raised them and they now charge for a normal cup of water. But besides that they sell delicious snack foods. I heard that they have a new owner, so I think that's why policy and prices are changing. ‍ read more

At the mall this evening & went to get my free pretzel with my loyalty card. I didn't have any cash so I just asked for a cup of water since I also needed to take a pill. Was told I had to pay 1.00. NO WAY! I thought it was the Law that a food service provider had to give you free water. Especially if you needed it for medical reasons. Unreal!!! They won't be getting my business any more. I didn't write a review a few weeks ago when the employees at the Auntie Anne's at Spotsylvania Towne Center overcharged me for something on the menu and then argued with me for 15 minutes until they finally refunded me what I overpaid. Today, however I am writing a review because they crossed the line! I am writing a review because my child came to this location while at the mall with friends. He wasn't hungry but needed a drink of water so he asked for a cup of water from the staff. They insisted that he would have to pay the same price as a fountain drink for a cup of tap water. They pushed and pushed him until he finally paid the little money he had with him. There wasn't even ice in the cup. Not only is this illegal it is morally wrong! How dare you extort a child for a cup of sink water. read more
