The bartenders, including Savanna, Natalie, Jack, and B-Mack, are fantastic, and everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. Pooky Jane's also hosts charity events and live entertainment, which shows how much they care about the community. The food and drinks are reasonably priced, the atmosphere is fun and safe, and you couldn't ask for a better place to spend your evenings. And the hush puppies were better the second time - less cakey and more like I remember from my youth. Will have to check them out when there is a big game.
