The haddock was good - tasty & reasonably crispy even eaten 15 mins later as takeout. The chips had an authentic British crispiness, so they'd have been better when fresh. The shrimp was coconut shrimp rather than being normal battered shrimp (this isn't mentioned on the main menu, but elsewhere). It was decent, though the slightly spicy cocktail sauce did not really go with it. There was quite a bit of "shrimp" (i.e. reformed shrimp patty with a shrimp tail stuck in). Both dishes came with a small serving (sauce container) of coleslaw. It was decent - crisp & tasty, though a touch sharp.

The checkout experience (1/5) was made incredibly awkward by their POS device from Clover. The brand-new touch-screen device wasn't responding properly to the screen being tapped. No checkout experience is comfortable when the server (albeit necessarily) has to hover over the customer in case anything (which likely will here) go wrong.
