Stopped in for a coffee but it was a whole experience. Walking in from the street, it doesn't seem like much. But you walk along a hallway that lines their coffee roasting production. So you can see everything going on, and it's not a small production either. The line was semi long but went quickly. Service was fantastic, nice, easy to read menu. I just got a cortado to go. It took a few minutes, but I used those minutes to admire their open layout, the coffee roasting, and all the people enjoying food, working from this spacious location, and just hanging out. This is hands down one of my favorite coffee shops of all time. Not only is the space charming and inviting, but the food is exceptional. The menu offers a great selection without being overwhelming, and everything always tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared. What really sets this place apart is the staff. Everyone is genuinely friendly, and I love that there isn't a constant turnover of employees. Seeing familiar faces each visit creates a welcoming, community feel that's hard to find these days. I'm admittedly a little picky with my order--I customize my sandwich, adjust the number of eggs, remove the aioli, and make a few other changes. Yet I've never been met with anything but kindness and patience. At this point, they practically know my order by heart. One of my favorite features is that part of the café where you can see their coffee roasting operation. Watching the beans being roasted in-house adds such a unique touch and creates an amazing ambiance. It gives the space character and makes the experience feel even more authentic. And the turkey sandwich? Easily one of the best sandwiches I've had anywhere in town. It's one of those meals I genuinely crave. I would rate this place 100 stars if i could! First of all, how cool is it that you can literally see the machines used to roast the coffee when you walk in. The vibe is so good in here! You can sit at a table or sit at the little bar facing the coffee warehouse. When we came there was even a pano player! The barista was nice and patient with me as i decided what to order.I had a vanilla iced latte and it was AMAZING. The perfect amount of ice, the perfect amount of sweetness, and delicious beans. Went for the first time and I am obsessed! I got a 16 oz iced latte with an extra shot. I also added their brown sugar syrup (homemade!) and it was so good. You can really tell they care about what they're doing/the product. I asked a few questions since it was my first time here and the barista was so kind and explained that they always pull two shots (small = 1 shot but still pulled as two, medium = 2, etc.). Super helpful and welcoming energy all around. The space itself is also beautiful with a cool warehouse vibe. You can look out at where they roast the beans, sit at the actual bar (which I personally love), or choose from lots of cute tables. There's even a private space you can rent. It is definitely a place you could comfortably spend time in. Didn't try the food, but it looked great. Street parking was parallel and free. If I could some up the coffee and food in this place in one word: DELIGHTFUL. I drive up from Miami regularly just to come to pump house. I'll literally look for any excuse and make a day of WPB just to be able to get coffee. My all time favorite which I usually drive an hour and a half for is The Florida Man latte. As a Florida girl those orange notes speak to the deepest part of me. But today, sad to see Florida man gone for the summer, but I was consoled by the Back to School Latte with its housemade blueberry syrup. Wow. It's like a blueberry muffin in a cup--and as a gluten-free person this was a joy as I can't typically find GF blueberry muffins. Their Mexican taco with blue tortilla was also superb: the jicama added a refreshing twist, it was chock full of chicken and good sauce. And was that banana?! A surprise but it actually worked to balanced out the kick. Well done. And then I couldn't leave without trying the Golden Hour Matcha for the road. I was skeptical: mango with cinnamon bourbon sauce? Could this work? But it did! The subtle flavors blend beautifully. Again, everything here is so well planned and intentional--I love it! This place is consistently good although more on the expensive side. I got a regular sized drink for $9ish and replaced regular milk with oat-milk. I tried the croissant and smoothie as well which were very tasty. I wish there was more cream cheese stuffed in the croissant. I'm not sure if they make it here or if they buy it from someplace else. I was in town and in need a midday pick me up. Per the reviews on Yelp, this place was a great spot for lattes, food, and remote work. I stopped in around 2pm and found street parking easily. When walking in, this spot is immaculate. Not only is it a coffee shop, it serves beer and wine. When glancing at their menu, I immediately spotted their seasonal matcha latte - a carrot cake matcha. I got it with oat milk and also ordered a M&M cookie to go. The service was friendly and helpful. The matcha is made with a homemade carrot cake syrup, which literally taste like a carrot cake in liquid form. For me it's a bit sweet, however, the matcha is top notch here. I love Pumphouse! I love that their drink and food options are fairly priced and lean toward the healthy side. I have been here twice so far and the workers are always really friendly and efficient. The times I've been it has been busy but not overly packed. It can get loud depending on the people and the noises from the coffee machines etc. but I think it is a perfect place to get some work done if needed. There are also fun seating arrangements with couches by a window that overlooks the railroad tracks, tables and a bar. Only downside is parking can be a pain. There is a parking lot and street parking but if the area is busy it can be hard to find a spot. read more

The avocado toast was creamy and the bread wasn't too hard where it was impossible to eat. The breakfast sammie was deemed "the best he's ever had." I don't know how they got the eggs so soft!! The log cabin latte was smooth and the perfect balance of maple and coffee. The second time we came for breakfast before our flight. We both got iced log cabin lattes again. I got the breakfast tacos and hubby got the brisket & egg breakfast sammie. The breakfast tacos had the same soft eggs as the sammie and were perfect. Not too many toppings to overpower the eggs. The brisket was unfortunately too clunky for the sammie but it was still delicious. Seating was abundant and they brought our items to our little couch where we were sitting, which was a nice touch. This place is a bit spendy but pretty much on par for what we're used to back home near DC. But the quality definitely matches the pricing. A definite return when we are back in WPB. read more

I like this spot, it's pretty cool with hipster vibe, kind of hidden in warehouse district area which isn't far from Grandview Market. Parking is mainly on the street, so good luck with that. There's a lot next to the VFW Lodge. Walk into the warehouse building, go down the hall and it's in the back. Cool looking decor when you walk in, good amount of seating, nice drink rail to sit at, tables and a study lounge type area in the back. They also have some merch and a cold area to buy drinks from. Friendly greetings as you walk up to the counter. I like the coffee offerings, but I keep my drinks pretty simple. Tasty iced sugar free vanilla latte, definitely been getting that lately. Depending on what you get, it will fall under $10. They also do non-coffee drinks, smoothies, tea, and even beer & wine. Food is also served with of course avocado toast, sandwiches and tacos. Over 5 years, spending roughly $10-12 a day, 5 days a week, as a regular customer I easily spent between $13,000 and $15,000 at PumpHouse. That's before referrals, word of mouth, and loyalty. So when I forgot my wallet on Mother's Day and asked if I could simply pay the next morning for a cappuccino -- a $5 charge plus tip, maybe $6-7 total -- the answer from management at Pumphouse was "No." Not because I was unknown. Not because I had never been there. But because showing a regular customer a little trust apparently wasn't worth the risk of one cappuccino. That moment said a lot about how they value loyalty and relationships. I reached out to the owner. He called, apologized, and promised to follow up -- but never did. Message received. Meanwhile, over at Sunday Motor Company, they showed simple human compassion over a forgotten wallet. That matters. So I'll gladly spend my money where relationships still count -- and I've stopped referring clients to Pumphouse as well. Sometimes businesses don't lose customers over money. Had a terrible experience here. I will not be returning. Drinks that were supposed to be hot were cold. had to stand in line of 15 people just to get a black coffee refill. When my friend asked for her cold "hot" chocolate to be heated up the barista literally pored the barely warm drink on her own writer as if testing a baby bottle then finally remade her hot chocolate. i've never paid so much to get treated so poorly in my life. the only reason i'm giving it 2 stars is for the food that was actually good. Just moved to Florida and have been on the hunt for a good matcha spot--so glad I found this place. We tried their specialty dragon fruit and lavender matcha with almond milk. It was super delicious--not overpowering at all. You don't really taste the dragon fruit strongly, but that's what gives it such a nice balance. Definitely coming back to try more. Also, the setup is really cool--they have their own coffee lab on-site, which you can actually see in action. They even offer classes, which I'm definitely interested in checking out. No 2%. Service: 5 stars. Place order at center counter bar. They give you a number. They run the food to you. They offered good service considering how busy rush. (Note: Parking on a rainy Sunday was challenging. The city needs better street parking signs.) Ambiance: 5 star. The place is pretty cool. It's 1/2 coffee roaster warehouse, and 1/2 coffee house and restaurant. Large center bar ("Cheers" big!) for cashiers, baristas/bar tenders, and padded seating with short back bar stools for maybe 10-12. Sofas, large chairs, tables with chairs, bench seating and stools throughout. Many peeps working for laptops. A sweet couple at the bar were playing cards. The guy on the other side of us ordered a burrito, and it looked muy grande y delicioso! (My better half and I could have shared it.) I came to West Palm Beach for a girls trip and carefully sought out each coffee and dining spot carefully. I was really excited to try Pumphouse after reading the great reviews. Upon arriving it was very packed, even though there were a lot of seating areas there weren't a lot of "seats." I ordered the Florida man which is a latte with orange and cardamom. The flavor was subtle and I wish I could've really enjoyed it but it wasn't very hot, and when I thought about going to ask for it to be warmed the line was super long. My daughter and sister got iced drinks and both felt like it tasted more like milk than anything else. It is a cool spot to hangout with friends but not to work. It is super loud and I love dogs as much as anyone else but the amount of dogs and dog hair everywhere was way too much for me. Most places have outdoor dining areas for fur babies which makes it a bit more tolerable but that man dogs indoors just made me want to hurry up and go before hair ended up in my drink. Again, I wanted to love this place but it fell a bit flat for us. If you want to check them out make sure you ask them to give your milk an extra long steam so it's truly hot. read more

This spot is so cool! It's by far the largest coffee shop I've ever been to, and the space is different and fun. The manufacturing of the coffee itself is done here, and it is pretty cool to see the mechanisms of this through the windows as you walk up to the space. Inside, the coffee shop part overlooks the open floor of the coffee making warehouse. They have made a bar along this side, with stools, and there are lots of other places to sit, including couches and a little alcove with a screen with a couple of semi-circle tables reserved for parties of 2 or more. There is also a glass-walled kitchen and table that is fairly empty and I asked the person at the counter what this was for and she said it was for training, so glad I didn't try to go in! My iced latte was great and stayed cold for a long time. Tried the everything croissant, which had a dab of cream cheese in the middle and wonderful layers of crunch and flakiness. The blueberry muffin was not overly sweet and had some earthiness to it (maybe the grain?) which made it excellent! I had time before my haircut down the street to grab a coffee and breakfast sandwich. However, I discovered my intended vendor to visit was closed on Tuesdays. Fortunately, I realized Pumphouse was down the street and took advantage of their bacon and egg Sammie, caramel apple latte, and a nitro cold brew. All of those brought me to a place of spiritual purity and strength; strength and spiritual purity. Located on Claire Avenue, just down the street from Grandview, but part of the same building as Little Strikers and Crosstown Crossfit that sits alongside the train tracks, Pumphouse roasts their own beans, brewing coffee that is quite magical and mystical; mystical and magical. When you enter, you see the production facility through the windows as you walk up the ramp towards the entrance to the actual tasting room that comprises booth, bar, counter, and lounge seating. The island bar has a front counter where you take your order, and then if you are staying, receive a number so the baristas know where to bring your order. Both the caramel apple latte and the nitro cold brew were very refreshing. The caramel apple latte I literally downed within 30 seconds because it was so refreshing and tasty. The nitro cold brew I nursed a little more so I wouldn't blast off into out of space, but that too was very good. The bacon and egg Sammie was golden. The bacon was perfection, absolute perfection that was the right balance of savory and saltiness against the creaminess of the egg on a bun that was magical; very magical.
