It came on a perfectly toasted brioche bun with balsamic drizzle and the most generous amount of avocado and smoked salmon I've had at a restaurant--this was definitely in-house smoked too, no pre-packaged Publix slices. My boyfriend was pretty happy with the Big Boy sandwich too. I hope this place grows in popularity, you could tell the owners cared that every ingredient was well made and prepared together.
