She brought me to a waiting room area to fill out some forms. While I was doing this she read a magazine. At first I thought she couldn't be bothered to stop reading when I told her I was done-but I later realized that she's hard of hearing. The massage itself- not bad except like another reviewer- I told her I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and to please focus there. But like the other reviewer-more than two thirds of the massage focused on my legs. So while the time spent on my problem areas felt fantastic- far too much time was wasted on my legs that get massaged every two-three weeks when I get a pedicure. The other thing I didn't like was that at the end-after rubbing oil and lotion on my body-including my feet-she touched my face.. And not just by accident.. She did some quasi facial massage. My skin is super sensitive, and now it's broken out two days later. despite the unwanted leg and face attention- the $65 deal if I re-booked that day sounded good, but I given the hassle of appointment scheduling, and the apparent lack of regard for client's requests- I'm not sold in going back. I went on Lira Clinical's website and saw that Infinity Aesthetics was relatively close by and also sold Lira Clinical products. The staff lady was nice and quite friendly, so I felt comfortable ordering from them again. Unfortunately the second purchase didn't go so well. I placed my order online and waited longer than two weeks for my order. The USPS shipping claimed to have picked up more order, but there was no update after that. On week three, I decided to call Infinity Aesthetics to see what was going on. A differently lady answered the phone and seemed annoyed (as if I did something wrong) that I was calling asking about my order. She said the mail person supposedly picked up the order, but she also saw that there was no update. She agreed to send out my items "again" and asked if it was OK to call me back to confirm that I received my order. I finally received my order, about a month after I placed the online order, but the woman never called or made any attempt to reach out to me. I'm assuming that she saw that USPS delivered it and said that was that. I have since then stopped ordering my Lira Clinical supplies from Infinity Aesthetics.
