Always one to support a local brewery and after a long day on the road towards FtWorth, yelp reviews brought us here. It is relatively new and a great idea, on a hill next to the Silver Spur, an nice RV resort. The taco tuesday special with chopped brisket was tasty and a good deal! Maybe we caught them on an off night: they were out of two of the brews of interest and the one I ordered never made it to the table before the food was nearly gone. It was bit chilly inside so next time we will try sit outside with the view overlooking the camp. read more

Very nice restaurant with great food and service. Always enjoy going to places where there is craft beer. I had the Texan which was yummy and got to try their own brew which was a cream ale which was great. It was my favorite out of the other beer I picked on flight. What?? A restaurant in Canton that's open 7 days a week?! That ALONE gets a thumbs up from me. I went to Q&B a couple of weeks ago on a Sunday afternoon. It was after the rush and the Lee were only two other tables besides ours. We were a party of five there for a belated birthday meal for my niece. The place is very clean and well-appointed. They don't spend a lot of money on kitschy decor--they clearly focus on the food. HINT HINT for other Canton restaurants. The seating is comfortable and the temperature in the dining room was perfect. I neither sweated nor shivered, which is another departure from typical Canton establishments. The food was EXCELLENT!! Everything was perfectly seasoned, well cooked, and hot when it came to the table in about ten minutes. The complimentary beans and cornbread (HINT HINT again) were amazing! I had the grilled chicken sandwich which was fantastic. Regrettably, I can't remember how what the others had, but they were all sharing and raving about it, so it was obviously good! The prices are in line with what I'd expect from a restaurant like this in this area. I didn't think anything was overpriced. Great food! Nice surprise when seated beans and cornbread were provided. The beans were very flavorful and cornbread muffin was super moist. We both had the meat platters .. everything was delicious and plenty of food! Tried this place about 2 weeks ago and the service was slow but I think the guy working the register was new. When the manager realized he was slow he stepped in and immediately helped us. This restaurant was a lovely surprise when we stayed at the Canton KOA during a recent road trip. All the BBQ staples you can think of, smoked on-site, plus craft beer and excellent service! We had dinner takeout the first night we were here. The burger was well done, brisket sandwich was hugely stuffed, and the truffle fries were crispy and delicious. They offered a pint of beans (tasty if you're a bean fan! Not too sweet, just a hint of spicy and bacon-y!) and two cornbread muffins on the side, included with the price. We were impressed enough to dine in for lunch the next day, and the service was even better than expected! Our waitress was attentive, friendly, and had some excellent recommendations. I had the brisket tacos (on special on Tuesdays) from the stater menu, and my husband had the skillet mac'n'cheese. Both were delicious and large enough portions that we brought back leftovers. Crispy fried okra and more truffle fries were excellent! Plus the wheat peach craft beer!! Can't say enough good thing about this restaurant! If you're traveling on I-20 and need some sustenance, go! While visiting the KOA we walked over for a craft beer and enjoyed a flight. The Mexican stout was very good! Went again for lunch the next day and we all enjoyed our food. My husband and I split a sausage sandwich and a pulled pork sandwich. We both agreed the pulled pork was our favorite. Their homemade kettle chips are fantastic! WOW! Ok so first the negative... they didn't have their house brewed root beer, and due to a freezer malfunction, they didn't have ice cream for the Texas Delight... The complimentary beans and corn bread were so good! The beans... so flavorful! I am really sensitive to spicy foods, so I asked our server how spicy the brisket chili was, so he brought me a sample to try... full of flavor but not spicy! Fried pickle spears were perfect, not soggy at all, usually they are limp, but these still had that dill pickle pop. Hubby got the 2 meat dinner with brisket and turkey, side salad and truffle fries. The meat was a little on the dry side, but the bar-b-que sauce was yummy. I also got the 2 meat dinner with turkey and the brisket chili, with rustic potato salad and Mac n cheese. The potato salad was ok, but I am REALLY picky about potato salad. The Mac and cheese sauce was a bit runny, but had a great flavor. Then came dessert. When I said the Texas Delight was amazing, I am not exaggerating at all! So good! We are in town for a week, and I think we will be back.
