She was to talk to, which made the whole process of planning a wedding less stressful. The florist industry was and is still going through a flower shortage, but they did their magic to get me the exact color and flower choices we wanted. We're very thankful and appreciative of their work, so we gave them gratuity to hopefully make up for some inflation. I highly highly recommend these ladies for your wedding flowers. I know I will going back to her for all of my flower needs in the future.

I'm sure being in the business for so long she's dealt with a ton of bridezillas but she remained professional throughout the whole process and only wanted the best for me and my husband. For my florals, I really wanted white dried leaves and knew they were limited and hard to get but she went out of her way to make sure I got them for my floral arrangements! Ven was just so very easy to work with and was always available to us when we had questions. Our wedding wouldn't have looked beautiful the way it was without her stunning work. Although…read moreHeather communicated very well, there were a couple of incidents that I found slightly unprofessional: 1. I signed a contract with one of her staff as my wedding planner. Unfortunately, from my understanding, there were unexpected changes in the company, so Heather had to take over. However, Heather responded that she would make an exception for me and not charge me an additional $1000 for this change. With all due respect, I should not be financially penalized for changes that an owner experiences; especially since I already signed the contract that I financially agreed to. 2. I encountered a lot of life changes that disrupted my ability to move forward with a wedding that my brothers were supposed to be in. For instance, I had a depressed, suicidal brother, I had another brother leave for Japan for the Marines, and I had an uncle pass away. All vendors except for Heather were so kind to fully refund my deposits due to the situation. Unfortunately, Heather responded that she was still a businesswoman and was financially hurting, so she was in no place to offer a full refund. I basically paid Heather almost $500 to establish a simple contract. I already had all the vendors in place and organized, so this deposit was for nothing. Heather should not be held responsible for unexpected circumstances, but this wedding meant a lot to me. As a business owner, you should be able to compromise with your clients based on their situation. I could have easily used that deposit to help my family for the funeral. I find this situation absurd because I never wanted a wedding planner to begin with. Our wedding list was only 32 guests, but my fiancé insisted that we hire a planner because he did not want me to stress out. I admire him for caring, but this wedding was going to be a private and intimate event with very little management. I blame myself for hiring a wedding planner when I did not need one. It is unfortunate that Heather was thinking like a businesswoman and not a human being with empathy. Nonetheless, please make sure to ask about the refund policy for emergencies such as death, health, etc. Two stars are for her communication, but I can only evaluate Heather based on my experience with her before the wedding date. Therefore, I am unable to provide feedback for her day service since my wedding never happened. Has it ever occurred to you, Heather, that you had not heard from me in a year because I was busy dealing with other important things like planning a funeral? My wedding was the last thing on my mind. Also, I was not complaining about the charge that never happened, I am complaining about your response to your changes. There was no need to comment on that you are more expensive and won't be charging me. We could have proceeded forward with whatever it was we were doing. You contacted ONE venue and that is because they had YOU sign a contract with them. FYI, my pre-engagement photos were scheduled with the photographer I hired for my wedding and I was still refunded the full amount. This vendor did not work for free either and still managed to prioritize customer service over money. You are a business owner and have the liberty to do as you please, but you must have needed the money more than I did, so I hope my contributions helped your business. Nonetheless, well done on your communication. If you have a family member with a life-threatening illness or you have a medical condition that may require potential hospitalization, please do not hire Heather as your wedding planner as she will not refund you the deposit because not make exceptions for your situation simply because she does not "work for free." We gave 3 Petals team a large task of 270 guests, a moody romantic theme, picky eaters, quality drinks, amazing food, and a floral chandelier that made us gasp. Not only did the team understood the assignment, they handled all of it without missing a beat. We can't talk about 3 Petals without talking about the staff. And we have to start with Ashley, because she deserves every thank you we could give. As our POC for the entire year leading up to the wedding, she was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. Every email answered promptly, every question, no matter how small, was met with patience and clarity. It felt like planning a wedding with a friend who genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. Ashley truly set the tone for what the entire 3 Petals experience would feel like, and that standard carried through every single interaction with their team. The venue staff as a whole are warm, genuine, and flexible. You can tell they actually love what they do. The venue itself is a true blank canvas. We wanted a moody, romantic theme and 3 Petals team suggested maroon draping. Game changer. It completely transformed the space and gave the room a warm and intimate atmosphere. The team provided extra lighting to balance the moodiness of the room and made sure our linen choices tied everything together perfectly. Their in-house rentals are fairly priced, their florist team is incredibly talented, and the floral chandelier they created was honestly more stunning in person than anything we had imagined. This was the highlight of the wedding for us. We went with Signature Menu 2 and swapped the first course for cocktail hour bites, and that decision alone was worth it. We had tried the cocktail food at our tasting and knew immediately it was going to be a hit, but the actual wedding night confirmed it. Every single item was amazing. The curry shrimp was juicy and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of curry flavor, served on a crispy bite that had the most satisfying crunch. The halibut ceviche was a fresh, beautifully executed Asian fusion take. And the filet beef cubes were tender, soft, and seasoned so perfectly that every single bite felt intentional. And those were just the appetizers. Dinner raised the bar even higher. Our front runners from the moment we tried them were the twice cooked short ribs and the steamed sea bass, and they delivered on the wedding night exactly as promised. Ashley was our go-to person once we booked this place for our wedding, and she helped us bring our vision to life. We went with the Western menu, and the tasting day was fun and personalized. Zach, the bar manager/bartender, is the MVP and made sure our specialty drinks came out exactly the way we wanted and was there on our wedding day as well. A huge plus about this venue is that they do not have an endless list of rules like the other venues we toured. And yes, they pour real, actual shots in a shot glass for our guests and us for the wedding. Venue checked off all our boxes for what we were looking for, and they have a great sound system as well. Our guests had so much fun, and we did not want the night to end. The area is spacious, and we did not even use the entire available space for our guest count. They arrived right on time at the park where we had our event, and set up everything up quickly. The bounce house we got with the slide was large and spacious, a great deal for the price. Pickup was just a few minutes after the window they gave (not a big deal), but the guys who did the drop off and pick up were very polite and friendly. Would definitely work with them again.

On delivery day, they took meticulous car in leaf blowing the area under the bouncer before putting it down, inflating and setting it up, securing it, and then even wiping down every surface of the bouncer to leave it pristine and clean for us to use. I was very impressed and highly recommend them.

Luckily, the sun came out and the party went on as planned. He showed up right on time, was friendly, professional, and made the whole process seamless. Very professional and great service!…read more The owner was prompt at answering all my questions about the size of the bounce house, if we needed a tarp under the jumper, and if it was large enough to house children who are around 8 years old and around 10 of them. He was also not only on time but was early too. The bounce house that I rented had an area that was a ball pit and the owner and his employee were very helpful in figuring out what to do concerning a safety issue. They were very professional and calm concerning my concerns with children possibly getting hurt with how the ball pit section wasn't cushioned. After trying to figure out what to do he even gave me a discount due to my concerns which was very kind. Overall I would rent from them again!

When I initially reached out to inquire if the rentals I needed for my daughters party were available he let me know they were. He even helped answer dimension questions based off the space I had and what I needed. I am so glad I used this company. Delivery: I let Pedro know that our house was ready and available for delivery whenever he wanted. It was Super Bowl weekend so I know lots of rentals needed to be dropped off. He brought the tent and chairs Thursday and the jumper and tables early Saturday. Everything was a big hit with our guest the entire weekend ! I highly recommend this company and will be definitely using them again !

Where to begin, First, I have to thank my aunt who recommended this place to me when we began to plan for my daughters 15. We actually started planning back on December 2025 and our party was for January 2026. This was our best decision. I have to thank the venue owner Tom for his quick response when we first wanted to check out the venue to see if it was a good fit for us or not. I'm pleased to say it was. Everything that we asked for was executed to perfection. From having full access to the bartender for his recommendations for drinks to give at our party, all the way down to the DJ that also did his job in finding all the right songs we wanted to hear and dance to. But I have to say that Cecilia the party decorator was the cherry on top!! she was absolutely wonderful!! she fully executed and came through on all my decorating suggestions and needs. Her and her team were awsome to work with and did an incredible job. She was 100% reliable anytime i have a question she answered it in a timely manner and was completely accessible the date of our party. She understood what i wanted how i wanted it and did a fantastic job at it. As soon as we stepped on the venue floor she was right there with any questions i had or concerns i had. I had to have our flowers delivered and she took care of the delivery driver, and she and her team put all the floral arrangements on each table how i asked. She took the initiative to put up my photo banners up and our custom welcome sign and out thank you cards on each table. She really took our vision and brought it to life. I couldn't have asked for a better decorator for that date. She was attentive, very nice and welcoming and always with such professionalism. Having a sweet 15 is stressful enough but she was a great help and a great person to work with. her and her staff were amazing the entire night. If i had to do it again i would 100% do it with Cecilia without a question. Thank you QD venue for this incredible night. Anthony was also a great person to work with, always ready to answer any and all questions we had, out favorite part without a doubt was my daughters father/daughter dance. The QD Venue, I just wanted to say thank you again for everything this past Saturday. Your crew was truly wonderful--Anthony did an amazing job coordinating the event and made everything run smoothly, and Cecy is just amazing. She decorated the tables exactly how we envisioned and went above and beyond. Sandra was also great and was the go-to person for the servers, making sure everything stayed organized and on track. Liz, the bartender, was fantastic and made so many delicious drinks--our guests loved her! The servers were also great, always making sure everyone was taken care of with drinks, food, and cake, and that everything was flowing smoothly throughout the night. The food and cake were absolutely delicious, and we received so many compliments from our guests. They all did an awesome job. We truly appreciate all the effort, professionalism, and attention to detail that went into making the day so special for us. It meant a lot, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Let's start by saying this wasn't the typical event. It was a delayed after-wedding gathering. Although it wasn't a cookie cutter type event, Johnny was very good at helping us get everything set up. We had plenty of concerns and questions, and he made it very easy for us. We were going to have our own catering for the event, but after shopping around, Johnny suggested one of the restaurants who the venue works with....and it was absolutely the right choice. Everyone loved the dinner! The venue was the perfect size for our event, the setup was gorgeous, and they made it very easy for us to get our dj and dessert vendor in to get their stations setup and ready. The setup and kitchen staff made sure everything was ready on time and there were no issues at all throughout the evening. Big thanks to them. Let's not forget one of the most important people...Anthony! He took care of everything and everyone during the event. My cousin's quince was honestly so fun. You could tell a lot of work got put into it because everything looked really nice, from the decorations to the dances and the music. The whole night just had a good vibe and everyone was having a good time. My favorite part was probably the dancing, especially when everyone started getting hyped and going all out. The food was good, the music was good, and there was always something going on so it never got boring. My cousin did really good and looked amazing the whole night, so it made the party feel even more special. I'm really glad I got to go because it's definitely a night I'm gonna remember for a long time. Hopefully next time I come I can have a party over here again wirh all the new people I met. read more

From the start, everyone was super nice. Yanel and Jovan were super helpful and accommodating to our budget, we're very grateful that they worked with us to help make this possible. Our Day of Coordinator, Sarah, was on top of her game. From the moment we met her and we did the final layout walkthrough with her, we knew we were in good hands. Because of her, we were able to enjoy our big day knowing that whatever we needed she had under control. We did not lift one finger at all. We just had to focus on having a good time. The entire white house staff were all very professional as well. They took care of cleaning up around the venue beforehand, setting up, and cleaning up afterwards. Anything we needed, they were all on top of right away. The food was also very delicious. We've gotten all sorts of positive feedback from guests that they loved the food. We did the short rib, mashed potatoes, shrimp, and fettuccini alfredo, which all were a big hit. During the dinner service, the DJ kept the vibes going. He kept this on through the rest of the night as well, keeping a close eye on the dance floor and mixing it up to keep the energy flowing. We 100% would recommend booking the White House if you're looking for a seamless perfect day not just for yourself but also for guests to enjoy.

WHEC was a convenient venue that had everything we needed…read more My husband is Vietnamese, so we were looking for a pretty outdoor ceremony only venue with the intention of going a Vietnamese reception venue later. Visually, the White House didn't catch my eye, but their sister location The Estate did, and they informed me that they work with Paracel Catering (Chinese-Vietnamese wedding banquet) so this drew us in. While The Estate was beautiful, it didn't quite fit our needs (higher guest count and indoor space) so we went to check out the White House with low expectations but open minds. The White House has 4 spaces: the first floor of the White House will host the entrance and cocktail hour, upstairs is the bridal/groom getting ready suites, courtyard, and reception hall. It was so spacious and felt like we were getting multiple venues in one. It had the outdoor ceremony space that I wanted and the Vietnamese reception that he wanted and was 10-20k cheaper than other places that had that. And it would be so convenient for us and our guests that we were only at one location all day. The upstairs was so nice. Only some places we toured had bridal suites but it's even more rare for a grooms suite and the morning of it was a little tricky not having him see me, but overall it was really nice that we were all together. And when family came and they felt like they could go upstairs, it wasn't such a big deal because the area was so spacious. The courtyard was beautiful, once it was transformed it was everything I had imagined. The only problem was that the men were all in the shade and the bridesmaids and I were all in the sun. Nothing they could do about that except maybe plant another tree for more shade. We were taking pictures, but the cocktail hour was indoor and outdoor, so that was nice that our guests had the option. The reception hall was a little tricky because it was LONG and because we had filled it with 31 tables it was really tight, but I think it looked really beautiful all filled up. Also, other venues we toured the ceilings were high so it felt like you had to decorate the ceiling, thankfully, theirs is already draped and low so there's nothing you have to do about it. I didn't eat much but we heard the food was good!! And I LOVED the LED dance floor, soooo fun!! The staff was great. The venue provides a day of coordinator so that is amazing! Unfortunately the first salesperson coordinator we were originally working with left before our wedding, but Sarah came in and did an amazing job!! The venue is BYOB so we got to save money there and the bartender gave us recommendations of how much to buy based on our bar menu. They also offer in house photography, DJ and florals if you're looking for convenient options! CONS/Things to be aware of: 1. There are two "White House"s in Anaheim so be very clear to your guests which one, two of our groomsmen went to the other one the night of our rehearsal. 2. They share the parking lot with Adventure City so the ceremony can't start until 5, which is probably great for your guests, but I would have loved to start earlier. Also, because of this, there is an overflow lot that closes at 8, so just make sure your guests move their cars before 8. 3. The reception hall is very LONG, thankfully our DJ came with us to check it out so he could be prepared. Overall, we were so happy with our experience and would absolutely recommend it!

Can't bring in liquor....since they sell it there....weak. we unfortunately ran out out beer.....it happens....they don't allow you to bring more....they don't sell beer either so hint bring a grip load of beer. They ran out of water. No wine for you wine drinkers. Oh if you pay with credit card then there is a 30 min :) 0 tolerance for underage drinking. Hall is nice and plenty of room. They broke down the wall that separated two rooms. So now there is a large dance floor. We got it for 250 people so that was nice. Here's where it gets interesting. If more people come....you need to pay for extra tables.... 140 each....we got 5 more. Then they started charging at the door like if it was a damn club(should of got my cut). Then they stopped letting people in even when people were leaving. Some people get out of work late you know and their responds will be "and" Just so you know. I would skip this place guys....real talk..sorry it's long but I wish I knew these things before.
