My wife and I are visiting from Colorado. We wanted good pizza. We tried Jimmys in Dudley, not my style of pizza. Our friends recommended Quarterback club. Very first thing I noticed was that the sign was absolutely ridiculously faded. We actually drove right by it the first time trying to find the place. If the owners trying to hide his establishment from customers, he's doing an excellent job with that sign. We sat down, the waitress didn't seem very enthused to help us on a Labor Day. I think that my pizza crust had more personality than our waitress did. She kind of warmed up towards the end, when it was time to get the bill, and we needed to decide what to tip. When it comes to the actual pizza... I think it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS PIZZA. Some of the best pizza I've had in a long time. This being said, after i ate, I walked into the bathroom to wash my hands, it was an absolute nightmare. This bathroom had clearly not been cleaned in a while. Gross toilet seat, with fecal matter and toilet paper stuck to it. The sight of this makes me a little worried, because this will probably be the similar condition of the kitchen. This place would probably get five stars from more people if they did a couple things: 1. Employ staff that seems enthusiastic about their job and makes the customers feel welcome. 2. Clean your damn bathrooms. 3. Invest in a sign out front that people can actually see from the street. 4. (This one probably doesn't matter) but I think the whole quarterback theme for a pizza place is really stupid. And the name is pretty stupid as well. This being said, I probably will return and bring some other people. And we will give it a second chance. Don't let me down Quarterback Sneak Club or whatever the hell you're called. read more

After trying to call and getting hung up on, at least 20 times, I still proceeded on going over here to see if they had late night menu. I sat down and was welcomed after waiting for the bartenders to do a shot first. Finally order a drink from owner, and got menu. Ordered Chilli and a Cobb salad, should be easy. Chilli was very good and a lot. Cobb than came out, and was exceptionally huge! As eating it, I came across a raw hard boiled egg. Than started watching chef as he put in other people's pizza. Wiped his nose, wiped it on his floured / booger covered smock. And continued working without gloves or washing his hands. He's not only the chef, he's the bar back too! Never once washing his hands, but is a hard worker. As the bartenders did 2 more shots behind the bar. They did credit me a glass of wine for my raw eggs. I paid my bill and still tipped generously. Decided to give the pizza here another try, after seeing all of the positive reviews from the past year or two. Not a fan. I'm a fat guy, and if someone offered to buy me a pizza from here, I'd refuse. That should tell you everything you need to know. The cheese and pepperoni were both fine. The sauce wasn't bad, either. The problem with their pizza is the crust. Terrible crust. They call it Neapolitan, but the crust is tough and chewy, not light and airy. My jaw actually got sore from chewing it. Also, this crust doesn't char, it burns. If they fixed whatever is going on with their crust (maybe use more/warmer water?), this place would easily jump up to four or five stars. As it is, it's bad enough to drag it down to two stars. read more

This is a cool place with music in the back a lot of nights, a bar up front and tables all around. Shout out to the vegan peeps that they have vegan cheese and their pizza is excellent. Only down side I would say is that the music is very very loud. That's fine if your by the stage primarily to listen to music only but even the speakers way upfront away from the stage blast the music so loud that it's hard to talk while eating etc. and the place can really get packed (if your not a fan of that). But not to knock this place you just need to choose it for the night your looking for or (not as fun) but you can order out. We had take out for the first time here and it was pretty good. We'll go back! I had a large chicken parm sandwich and I mean large. I could only eat half. Not a big fan of the sauce so probably won't get it again chicken and roll were good. I also ordered the Garlic Parm boneless wings and I had one which was very tasty. I'll probably get those next time as my meal. My son had the Mac&Cheese burger and he loved it. We weren't big fans of the fries though they looked good. He also ordered the Korean BBQ wings large order ($20) and enjoyed those. My wife had her usual order at most places; Chicken Broccoli Alfredo which was very big. Overall, we enjoyed it. Don't get the pizza. The sauce is too sweet, and they always manage to burn the cheese. It was soggy, too. Too much sauce.

My husband has been telling me about this place and he heard they had good wings. Which in our local towns there arent many places for good wings. Well now there is!! Allison was our server and was wonderful. Bar manager Dawn stopped by our table to check how things were. Wings are delicious, meaty, flavoring on point. We had buffalo, garlic parmesan & asian ginger. All were great. We also enjoyed the nachos. They were loaded , layered with cheese. Every bite you have cheese among with the other goidies they had on there. We will definitely be back. Next time to try the burgers and have more wings and nachos. Eat in or take out. Waited 35 min for fried potato wedges "joe joes" and 3 slices of cheese pizza Togo. Pizza was cold and not even heated up and I got "loaded" Joe joes which looked like a pile of dog shit! Should've listened to the reviews. Went in against my better judgement and Man they don't disappoint with being garbage. Ordered two slices and my son ordered two slices. We intentionally ordered from the slice pies so it would be quick. Not only did it take twenty minutes to get them but when we did she had apparently had put them in the oven to reheat for the whole twenty minutes. I recently had better pizza at a truck stop. We did not eat more then a bite eat before we left. Dry garbage. I wish they would go out of business and sell the ovens to someone who cares. Never again. read more

I don't like giving out just 1 Star but unfortunately it's all I could muster up for this place. The old Palmeris was much better. We walked in at 6pm and sat at the bar. We were greeted relatively quickly and ordered drinks. 15 mins later they arrived... now please keep in mind there were only maybe 8 people in the restaurant. After about a half hour later our dinner order was taken. My friend and I split a pizza.... by far the worst pizza I've ever had! It took so long to get our food we ended up having to take it to go. 50 minutes for a buffalo chicken wrap and a chix parm sub...unacceptable. The waitstaff didnt even have the courtesy to come approach us until after we received the food. The obvious thing would have been to recognize the fact that we waited so long during the 50 minute wait, and offered us something?? If this was a legit restaurant they at least would have given us something to at least tempt us to return. The place was pretty dead. Staff was very nice but food took forever to come out. We had to follow up and ask for refills on our drinks. Table next to us had dirty plates on it, the people who had been sitting there walked out when a dog started barking from inside the restaurant. $9 for a small portion of coconut shrimp that I'm pretty sure came straight from BJs. After 40 minutes we are still waiting on our pizza. We were also only given one set of silverware for two people. The pizza finally came out and was over cooked. Burnt cheese is gross. Used to be very good food, went last week, first time since pandemic, and was very disappointed. Pizza was soggy and mostly dough and sauce. food there is inconsistent quality. servers are kind of stuck up, they only prefer 'regulars' any outsiders it seems like a chore to help. if you are feeling lucky and decide to ignore all the bad reviews I suggest you get take out. if you plan to hang around there the owner will be sweating all over the place, white powder on his nose, singing karaoke and drinking liquor from the bottles. really unprofessional, certainly not a place to bring kids. its like he didn't get the chance to go to college so he uses the bar as his own private dorm room frat house or something. its a shame because the location is great and they used to make good pizza back when it was palmaris. now its rubbish read more

We have been to the Quarterback Club a few times since it opened. We like it for the drinks and the sports vibe (and pretzels) but not for the bar food. Decent vibe. Decent and friendly service. Nice, informal decor. CLEAN. But not a place to go for much more than bar snacks while watching a game on one of their several large screen displays. With an upgrade in the food this place could compete with the other quality eateries in Putnam. It's in the Riverside Commons strip mall, parking is a heck of a lot easier than fighting for a spot downtown. But until the kitchen improves, this is a place for a beer and snacks, not a restaurant destination. read more

This bar sucks! Service is awful, bartender is in the kitchen then the floor then the bar. Always on the phone. Takes 25/45 minutes to get one drink. There is never a huge crowd so I'm not sure why it takes forever. The food is alright however be prepared to wait an hour or longer. Customer service is non existent. Walked in and tripped over a platform in the middle of the floor for a band, twisted my knee and no one even asked if I was alright. Asked for a take out menu and was told we don't have any. Well could we still see A menu? Shouldn't have wasted our time. Italian grinder was horrible. Our first and last visit as the service was terrible with unapologetic wait staff. We waited 45 minutes for our order which was delivered to our table 15 minutes apart, leaving one of us eating while the other watched and waited. Only reason I gave even one star was because you have to put a rating in order to submit a review. 9 tables , 2 had food and literally everyone else was waiting to just have their order taken. Waitresses kept messing up orders and bills. Took over an hour to just get the two salads we ordere. Had to ask for silverware and waitress had a ton of attitude when asked. Staff was rude to customers at other tables, lost their checks, seemed so disorganized. WHile tables were waiting to either have their orders taken or for their food, waitresses were often just standing around at the cash register eating or talking. Not sure how something as basic as potato skins can be screwed up. They were dried out to the point where I had to throw out most of them. The bacon which was copious, was about one step away from being burnt, had to scrape it off as it was not edible.
