Today is February 24, 2022 and it is 27 degrees this morning. This guy mentioned he thought someone possibly manipulated our unit to cause it to fail. He was the last person to work on it. I can't prove it but I'm having thoughts that maybe...? We are now having to look for a new company to come out and look at our unit at our cost so American Home Shield can process our claim. I started driving over 10 miles one-way out of my way (even though I have a laundromat in my town…read morel. This place was way better. Had better prices. It was clean and that laundry attendant was friendly and helpful and even though it was farther away my laundry time was cut in half and my clothes came out smelling and feeling great. I moved here tonight for over 4 hours having done a lot of quarters into the dryers and I still came home with wet towels and other things. Last weekend I was there when people were coming in to find and start cleaning the laundromat and there was definitely not the same. They were roomed and snobbish. A lady actually asked for help and they totally just brush her off. This today I'm going to left my house at 5:40 and just returned home. I still have what stuff. I I realized maybe the guy that used to work here doesn't anymore so I came to the guys that were cleaning the place and mind you the lint traps were so full it was disgusting. I started to say you know that I've been here so long and I have ran through about 90 minutes of dryer time and yet most messed my stuff is still pretty wet and they will just looked at me like they wouldn't care. Some things got to change I may not even go back there this coming Sunday. You spend over $50 weekly... And I've opened loyal to only this place. I'm tired of it only used to be like one or two dryers with having issues and now it's starting to feel like more dryers than not are not working properly.
