The Rain Gutter Specialists were true pros. I selected them to replace an existing gutter and then add a new one complete with a downspout. Scheduling was friendly on the phone. They came out and gave me a free estimate and let me know they were booked solid for 5 weeks. I looked around online but didn't find anyone I liked, so I booked them and decided to wait. In the interim, we decided to replace an existing gutter. They told me to send them a photo of it and they would revise the estimate. Easy peasy. As they explained, they wold call me the day before the appointment and let me know their window of arrival. They arrived the next morning- 5 minutes early, after giving me a heads up text. When the two-man crew arrived, they were very polite. They immediately got to work. Two hours later they were done and walked me through it. I had one small tweak I wanted and they did it without hesitation. They cleaned up the area like they were never there. Wow - just called this company for an estimate on new gutters and the woman who answered kept asking me if I needed the whole house replaced or just partial? I told her I didn't know bc I have not gone on top of my roof and I have only lived in this home for 3 yrs but that the person who cleaned them recently told me I needed to get new gutters and also possibly re-route them (a service he did not do - he just cleaned them) She kept asking me which one I needed...and I told her I didn't really know which is why I wanted an estimate and then she said well they are only giving estimates for people who need a whole house replacement (which maybe I do?) And she seemed really annoyed by my ignorance of the nature of my problem and said they have over 200 people calling them and they are busy.
