I have wanted rain gutters for years and 2023 was finally the year I moved forward. I called several companies and nearly all of them don't answer their phones. You leave a message and get no return calls. The Rain Gutters Specialists is the exception. Keep in mind that I called at the busiest time of the year, but I had Angel out in a few days to give me a no pressure estimate to replace my old seamed gutters that were leaking everywhere. Angel was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference in the gutters available. After signing on, I worked with Tania on the administrative part. Tania was great. She helped me pick out my colors and set a date for the installations. Alfredo was the main installer assigned to my house. It took most of the day, but he got the job done. I had ordered rain barrels in advance and Alfredo had no problems directing the downspouts into the barrels. See picture included. I had a minor issue. There was minor damage done. The owner, Guy, was very concerned with the issue and even came out to the house to inspect the damage. Guy offered to pay, but him coming out to talk it out with me was good enough for me. Guy cares about the quality of his product and will bend over backwards to make any problem right. I can't say enough good things about The Rain Gutters Specialists. I had requested new rain gutters around the outside of my house after recently completing a new roof and outside painting. The 2 man team arrived on time. We walked the project and determined where the downspouts should go. The entire project took 4 hours and everything was placed where I requested it. Guy, the owner came by and made a special adjustment so the gutter would hit my existing wall perfectly. The gutter is heavy aluminum and high quality. I reached out to The Rain Gutter Specialist for an estimate and Beverly, the Office Manager keeps going back and forth about providing immediate reply or she won't be able to schedule anything. I work from home and have a busy schedule and cannot respond back right away and I even responded with time available the following week and I still get the back and forth. This is frustrating. I work in customer service and make it easy for my clients to reach me. This experience has taught me that you are not willing to read my emails to look at a possible client job. If make it so difficult to even get an estimate scheduled, you seem to not want my business. You may have 4 to 5 stars but I will take my business elsewhere. Thank you but no thank you. read more

We did not appreciate the hard sell Johnny gave us when stopping by for an estimate. Sure, he recommended a premium product and the company seems very together, but there were some red flags on the estimate appointment. Johnny gives you an estimate and then says he's gonna call the owner and see if he can get a discount. Then, he's able to get a small discount but only if we put in a deposit right away. It's to secure our place in their installation queue. That way, he can guarantee they can install sometime in the next 4-6 weeks. They are so busy, he said, that if we decide to go ahead and contact with them and make a deposit, say in the next week, he couldn't guarantee they could do our installation within 2 months. Just kept pressing and pressing for the sale. Absolutely a major red flag. For their high end product, we thought their prices were fair and really wanted to go ahead with them but were so turned off by the hard sell approach, we just couldn't do it. There's so many reputable gutter installers out there with average and superior products... it doesn't have to be with a company that pushes for an immediate deposit - to secure an install within six weeks?! Most installers can do it within 2-3 weeks and can get premium profit if you wish. Too bad for us/s. read more

Andy came over to look at my gutters. Upon meeting me at my front door, he glanced at my gutters for a few seconds and immediately said that the project was "bigger than I expected" and spoke really quickly about why it would be difficult. I tried to follow along with what he was saying and when I asked a question, he said that this was "turning into a consult", that I needed a general contractor, shook my hand, and left. He spent probably less than 2 minutes talking to me and I wasn't able to get a single word in. I'm giving this company 1 star for lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Maybe Andy has good expertise but as a customer, he came across as arrogant and dismissive. He clearly didn't want my business but to not allow me to even ask one question after I cleared my morning to meet him left me stunned and was a waste of my time. read more

We priced three companies and competitor products and feel grateful that we went with Rain Gutter Specialists. The quality and thickness of the aluminum is as good or better than the others, even though their prices were literally 2x and 3x as much. Owner Amir will proudly share how he designed his own fleet of seamless gutter-forming machines, how they're better than the others', and how much they cost him to make. "I'm the Michaelangelo of gutters!" Amir doesn't do the installation, but I can attest to his impressive forming machines ~ fast and beautiful output. As for his crew, they were friendly and efficient, and everything was formed on-site and installed in a day. Amir said the half-round gutters I requested would be mounted with long nails every 4 feet. I pressed him and his installer to ensure long-term strength, and they generously agreed to use brackets and even mount them at 3 feet, no squabbling, no extra charge. And at our final walkthru I noticed a segment that didn't seem to align and they quickly adjusted it, no questions. That's great customer service! read more

I had a mostly great experience with the Rain Gutter Specialists. They were quick to reply to my initial ask for a quote and were even able to come by within the week for the quote. Andy came and provided the quote and was very nice and professional. He helped me plan out how the gutters would be installed on our home. He was very helpful with telling me how/what additional work would need to be done on my home prior to gutter installs. After some time going over the amount of work that would need to be done, we changed the scope of the project and ended up only installing gutters on one side of the home. When the time came for the one gutter to be installed, Alfredo and one other person came by at the estimated time and he was very quick with the install. He was done in about one hour. He was a very nice and I appreciated the work he did. I have only one issue with the install. The old gutter that was removed had a lot of junk and debris in it. There was a lot of dirt, nails, other metal pieces from when my house had been updated I assume. They dumped all of that out on the front patch of grass along the street prior to leaving. I understand it is not their job to take any additional junk with them, but had I known there was going to be that much junk inside of the gutter, I would have been happy to bring the garbage bin out for them to dump it all in to. Because they dumped it on the grass I had to sift through the grass picking up the pieces of debris and nails and other attachment pieces when I was doing my lawn care. Overall I had a good experience with the Rain Gutter Specialists. I would use them again when the time comes to install more gutters along my house. It was just the one part mentioned that I wish they would have disposed of the debris in a better way. read more
