You just have to communicate, open up a working dialogue, and hear out all the options. Neil found me a refurbished Lenovo ThinkPad with all the right features and software. He could have also sourced me a new gaming laptop with the best speeds and processing power but of course- out of my budget. If you get to know Neil, you realize he does care about his clients and wants to make things right. So far I am satisfied with my laptop computer and if I run into an issue I can always call him and he'll do his best to help - obviously within reason.

Eventually that computer died and I had issues with getting the same full software functions running on the new computer. Some of the upgrades that came with my new computer actually severely limited my productivity. In around 30 minutes Calvin had my full functions back and tweaked the UI to my liking. I used to do this work myself but as I get older I am happy to have Calvin save me the time. For me the time savings is a great value for what I pay Calvin.
