I'm not to proud to admit, I'm a Tech Moron. I had heard about Jeannie when I had asked a few other business owners who they use. I thought that they must be good, but I had truly hoped I'd never need them. Then, our internet connection went down and I freaked out. I called a friend over and had them try to fix it, but they took one look at our mess and didn't have the time to fix it. Luckily, I had saved Jeannie's business card and emailed her at 10pm. Got a response in less than an hour...very good sign and there was someone in my office by 9:30 am. Kevin was great. Turns out that the VPN was the reason for our slow internet connection and it had been reset. Oops, didn't know I wasn't supposed to hit that button on the VPN. The best thing about the whole horrible experience is that I not only got back up after losing a day of business, but I now understand the changes that we need to make. The suggestions that Kevin made were sent in a few days and after he finished, he wrote down what he did. They came to my house and got my computer and took it to their magic workshop and performed a kind of an exorcism on my seriously mal-adjusted computer. This must have been a nightmare for them but for me, a breeze. My computer did something different everytime I logged in and they saved it minutes before its final crash and managed to save my data and backed it up for me and gave me the back-up drive (now I can have a double back-up). Now my computer is lightning fast again. No viruses and no strange poltergeists. Seriously, my computer was sooo messed up the mouse even got bogged down. I have a new computer with a completely new operating system download and they did all of the service pack updates and even gave me two really cool tools so that this will never happen to me again. I cant be more plesesd at the outcome or the professionalism. In the past I went to *ry's Electronics and they really had no clue. This is actually the first time back on the internet for 3 weeks and this is the first place I went to tell everybody how happy I am. Bay to Bay is the best. read more

As a small business owner, it is sometimes challenging when you are stuck with a computer issue or trying to make a decision on fixing a computer vs. buying a new one. I had Jeanie look into the antivirus software I was about to purchase. She first examined my computer and type of work I was doing with it. Then she advised me to go with software that was suitable for my line of work. I also had Jeanie look into an issue I had with one of my laptops. I wasn't sure if it was worth fixing. As a high tech executive, having a well working computer is critical to my success. So, when I was attacked by a virus that locked me out of my computer, I began to panic. Last time I had a similar virus it took me 10 hours of my valuable time to rid my computer of the virus. In the process, I lost many of my files. Simply awesome. Not only did Kevin do what was expected (fixing my computer) in a expedient, professional, and thorough manner, but the follow up was excellent. Kevin had a laundry list of suggestions to keep my computer healthy and also suggested back-up solutions so I wouldn't lose my precious data. To go above and beyond, Kevin was a resource for me when I was dealing with Comcast to resolve a router issue (he also acted as a pseudo-therapist when venting my frustration with Comcast). I met Jeannie Shea from another business owner that I trust. She was raving about how Jeannie and Kevin totally took care of them and saved their butt. Being a former Police Sergeant, I'm a bit skeptical of most people. I decided to give them a try, based on my "instinct" and the recommendation of my friend. What a breath of fresh air!!
