All the birds are in good sized cages, they're opening up aviaries so their bigger birds have room to fly! While we were there we visited their "bonding room" which was a nice little place upstairs with couches for potential owners so they can bond with their bird anytime they want while they pay it off! I can tell all of the birds are loved and cared for, and they frequently take the birds out to socialize with people to ensure they are calm and safe. Sal the owner is a pos all he cares about is making money and doesn't care about the health of the animals as he let ours die while in their care because he wouldn't get actual vet attention because it would eat into his profits for the baby bird, I will always tell the truth from what I've seen and experienced with this Sal POs, no matter what and always speak ill of this place to everyone and anyone, thankfully I've pointed many people in the right direction staying away from here thankfully We have multiple vets and rescues that blame this store alone for the issues with shelters being at capacity from people not understanding what's involved with having a bird, so they give them up or let them go, this store doesn't educate and will sell animals to anyone long as they pay, $$$ money is all they care about and not placing animals in homes that will actually be able to care for them, We talked to several past employees who told us they left because Sal was horrible and would hide things from people if their bird died they would just swap bands and not tell the owners, their breeding location which is not at the store is horrible conditions, multiple people have field complaints to the aspca, but Sal always sets up a time which gives him the ability to hide what he doesn't want seen instead of having pop up visits, We witnessed 1st hand during Covid how they treated the animals and the workers always cowered in the upstairs office meanwhile "volunteers" that brought their children would run and cry and freak out which is completely un professional, Our vet has told us themselves that they see many birds from this guy and they always have medical issues due to the breeding and the initial raising them, we have rescues that despise this place,

The reaction had opened up various lesions and sores on her back. These lesions had since scabbed over, and those scabs began to peel, causing a ton of dandruff and fur loss. This was causing major itching and discomfort for Coco. Our vet gave us a medicated shampoo to use for grooming, we just needed to find a groomer! After speaking with a couple different groomers, we landed on Hounds of Love! We explained the situation to them and asked for thorough yet gentle grooming due to her sensitive skin. They were GREAT listeners, and they were able to accommodate our special requests with absolutely no hassle. When we picked Coco up after about an hour and a half, she was calm, relaxed, and happy. But more importantly, she looked GREAT! Her fur is clean, and her skin is looking healthy and healing! The groomer even gave us some useful pointers on ways we could groom her at home without worrying about damaging her skin. I wish I remembered the particular groomer's name so I could give her credit, but the entire team at Hounds of Love is very nice and professional, and they do an INCREDIBLE job! We have found our regular groomer, and I cannot wait to bring Coco back once her skin heals completely! Thank you Hounds of Love!

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!! Our sweet kitty, Emmy has suffered from Stomatitis (if you are unsure, Google…read moreit) for years. Our primary vet has treated Emmy for the last 3-4 years from Stomatitis and recommended that we begin thinking about extracting all her teeth in an effort to combat the Stomatitis. Unfortunately, at the time, our Vet did not have the resources for a full extraction and recommended that we find a cat dentist who could provide us the dental services we needed. About 2 weeks ago, Emmy began another Stomatitis infection; we decided that enough was enough and we'd bare the expense of the full extraction. With that, we contacted All Cats Care Center as their ad stated that they could provide full dental services. We made an appointment (05/05/2025) and had our current vet forward Emmy's records over (these 3 years of records obviously shows that we have been aggressively treating her for years, certainly not neglecting her health). When my fiance brought Emmy to her appointment, he was spoken to like he was the worst pet owner in the World (to be fair, Emmy was very sick and looked it as well). However, if they'd bother to have read her medical record, they would have seen the exact opposite. He was spoken to in such a condescending, demeaning way. When Dr. Peggy finally "examined" our Emmy, she stated that Emmy had a tumor under her tongue that was more than likely malignant. When my fiancé asked what made her think that, he was told: "my years of experience and expertise". Dr. Peggy further stated that the only way to know would be to do a biopsy; however, she encouraged euthanizing Emmy. Dr. Peggy then stated that Emmy had an ear infection (which she'd showed no signs of at home) and provided us with a $130 antibiotic. Stunned, my finance took the medication and Emmy home. That night, after many tears and sobs, we decided that we would bring Emmy back to our regular vet with the information that All Cats Care Provided us. When we called our regular vet on Tuesday, 05/06/2025, we were told to bring her in immediately. Our vet performed a FULL examination, drew blood, and looked at the "tumor" in her mouth. We decided that we would have Emmy biopsied on Thursday, 05/09/2025. She was put through a lot of tests to make sure that she was healthy enough for sedation and provided her with an antibiotic shot and a steroid shot. After, in the 10 minutes it took us to bring her home, our Emmy was back to her normal self. And, by the way, she was also swabbed for an ear infection that came back negative!!!!! Long story, now short, Emmy's "tumor" was removed on 05/09/25 and was not in fact a tumor at all, just an additional pocket infection from the Stomatitis (Important Note: our vet was kind enough to groom and wash her after the biopsy, so she came home looking beautiful with a new scarf on - that's called CLASS!) To be sure, we sent the biopsy out to histology so we would know 100%. Last night, our amazing vet called to provided us with the best news ever......Emmy does not have a tumor, nor does she have cancer, and the pocket infection has been completely eradicated!!!!! Thanks, All Cats Care for making us spend a week thinking our kitty was about to cross the rainbow bridge causing us heartbreak that we did not need to go through. The only good thing I can say here is that we donated the antibiotic for the fake ear infection to our Vet for another person whose cat actually has an ear infection and may not have the funds to purchase the medicine. Good on us, if we'd listened to Dr. Peggy, our sweet Emmy would be gone from this World for nothing!!!!!
