Overall a nice casino, no one calls it Resort at Summerlin, it's the Rampart Casino. Great variety of slots and casino bars. A recent remodel gave the place a new High Limit bar and new Food Hall. They now have 2 high limit rooms and 2 high limit bars. The bartenders in the high limit rooms usually make really good drinks. Ai Pazzi is a great new restaurant with a great new happy hour. OG restaurant Hawthorn Grill also has a decent happy hour. Another new restaurant is Wineaux, the Valley's second location. It looks like it should be at the Bellagio. A new patio adds to this lovely place's appeal. A long time restaurant, Clubhouse Deli, is closing, I was told by employees on June 4. It will house the Summerlin Room, a lounge for player's club VIPs. There are a few parking options, a garage or surface lots. I park on surface so can't evaluate the garage. I'm usually able to find a spot in the west surface lot, which is close to the Food Hall. Weekly promotions for slot players include Fri-Sat drawings for cash & slot play. Weekly gift giveaways are only until 7 pm so I rarely participate. The client base includes a lot of seniors and the casino is always changing things up to attempt to gain a younger clientele. I've not seen a change in the demographic in the 21 years I've been going here.

Slammin Jammin on a Saturday night. We came for dinner to Ai Pazzi and hung out for a little gambling and a night cap. They were pumping here with people everywhere but seemed to have a bit of a shortage of drink attendants walking the casino floor. I didn't see a one all night. For as busy as they were the casino was very clean. Craziest thing alive seen in a while was a cigarette vending machine: Dun off strip casino with lots of options.

The only thing in life that is certain is change. I had a master plan of late checkout at 2 PM and to be at the airport by 3 PM. Well I got booted out of the hotel at noon (not hard booting just the normal checkout time). Why is it that you have to checkout of a hotel at noon b and you never can check in before 4 PM? Does it really take 4 hours to clean a room. Checking out at noon meant I had 5 hours before my flight and plenty of time to kill. So I decided spend an hour in the casino. I hadn't use my free allotment for the day. That was a sore burn for a person who normally doesn't gamble. Final casino exit...

I just wrapped up my first stay at the M Resort, and I'm already looking forward to coming back!…read moreI've walked through this place a few times before and had high hopes--happy to say it lived up to my expectations. First Impressions: The hotel has one of the best scents in Vegas; if you know, you know. Whatever they're using in the vents, paired with their designated smoking areas, really keeps the air noticeably fresher than most other casino hotels. Check-In & Service: Big shoutout to Kim at the front desk for such a warm welcome. She gave us a choice between a room close to the elevator or midway down the hall, and advised going with the latter since the hotel was hosting a cheer convention (i.e., excited kids everywhere!). Her advice was spot on and her customer service was top notch. Truly a fantastic way to start our weekend. Room: Our room was gorgeous: spacious, super clean, and well maintained. We had a great pool view, loved the privacy door for the toilet, and the stone-walled shower with a bench was a nice upgrade. There was also a large soaking tub with a clear view into the bedroom, a desk, and a separate seating area with two ridiculously comfy leather chairs. Pool & Amenities: After unpacking, we went straight to the pool. The main area has two large pools separated by a walkway and cabanas, with two jacuzzis at the end near a huge outdoor screen. There's also a day club if you're looking for a party vibe, complete with its own bar, pool, cabanas, and a live DJ. We enjoyed relaxing in the sun and loved the easy access to drinks from the mid-bar or roaming servers (didn't get a chance to try the food this time, but maybe next visit!). Parking & Fees: There is plenty of parking available in the lots, which makes coming and going a breeze. A $40 or $50 daily resort fee does apply, but that's pretty typical these days and didn't feel out of the ordinary. Final Thoughts: Every detail, from the clean air to the thoughtful service and beautiful property, made this a memorable stay. M Resort is definitely a notch above most Vegas hotels. Highly recommend, and can't wait to come back!

The room accommodations were a major highlight. The bed and pillow combination was the most comfortable I have ever experienced, and I really enjoyed the bathroom, which featured excellent water pressure in both the tub and shower. Dining was also a success--the street tacos, nachos, and ramen were delicious, and our breakfast of muffins, bagels, and coffee was spot on. The staff throughout the resort were amazing, and although the pool was a bit crowded, it was kept very clean. While we had a wonderful time, there were some lapses in room service that need improvement. Unfortunately, our room was not thoroughly cleaned during our stay: the table was not cleared after our room service meal, there was some trash left on the floor, and the bathtub had not been properly scrubbed. Additionally, we had to call for a refill on basic items like napkins. Despite those housekeeping oversights, we had a great time and are already planning our return to this hotel!

Then I was given a hard time because the reservation was originally under my wife's name. She was unable to make the trip with me in the end because our babysitter was late, and instead of trying to help, the staff told me I had to deal with the booking company myself. Even after I provided them with a new reservation under my own name, they still made me wait another hour because their system supposedly hadn't updated yet. After a 7-hour drive, they basically left me sitting in the lobby with no real assistance or effort to help resolve the situation. To make things worse, I later received an email confirming I could have a late checkout until 1 PM, but they deactivated my room key at 11 AM, which prevented me from getting back into the room to pack my belongings. In the end, they also charged me for late checkout after specifically telling me they would not charge me. Overall, this was the worst service I've experienced in Las Vegas, and I visit Vegas about four times a year. We decided to try a new hotel this time, but I definitely will not return and would not recommend this place to any friends or family.

While we were here this time we indulged in some ice cream and really enjoyed the hand made ice cream. It really tasted handmade with bits of real strawberries in it. Last time we were here it was a special occasion and we went all out. We walked all though the strip just to get here to ride the gondola. Boy was that fun. No, it wasn't the same as the ones in Venice (I know because I've been in Venice and ridden one of their gondolas), but you know that going in. You're in Vegas so I didn't expect the same thing. I was looking forward to the Vegas version of this classic ride and I got it. Was it over priced? Yes. At the same time you get what you pay for. A fun ride around the camels in the Venetian Resort in Las Vegas. There was supposed to be an photographer taking our picture so we can buy at the end, but his camera malfunctioned so we didn't get the shot. This was a huge disappointment as I'm all about pictures and I really wanted the opportunity to see the glamorous shot the professional photographer took and if it captured the. Moment like i had I would have bought it. Fortunately we weren't totally relaying on him. We brought our own camera and took the perfect shot with the gondolier in the background and the bridge when you come out. It was perfect. You didn't have all the busyness of Vegas in the background. I'm overly thrilled with my photo, I got exactly what I paid for a fun ride and the perfect shot to frame and remember this day. And yes, I really did frame it and it sits on my piano. As long as you know what you're paying for, it's totally worth it. And now that you've seen my shot and know that it's taken at the end of the ride when you come out from under the bridge, you can get the same shot too. Have fun and enjoy Vegas and the Venetian. For the Hotel/Resort: The basic rooms here are better than the majority of other strip hotels. I personally think its top 3, even a small upgrade here gets you a very spacious room. I have stayed in the regular rooms and suites at both The Venetian and The Palazzo. The venetian rooms are more updated, but the Palazzo rooms are good too. The self parking has a lot of spaces but ingress/egress is easier at The Palazzo. However the valet parking here is faster compared to other resorts. The rideshare pickup/dropoff is good too. The casino floor is bright, clean, and good gaming variety. For the slots, I like that they have both old and new machines. I like the older "top dollar" and "run for your money" machines. I also like some of the new machines like KONG . They also have a great variety of video poker, blackjack, roulette, and craps! I have yet to play at the tables here but they have a good variety. The beverage service is good, but coverage/timing could be improved. I feel like some parts of the casino floor do not get as much service. They also have a great variety of food and restaurant options for all budgets. My personal favorite here is Estiatorio Milos. A close second would be SushiSamba. However, I have never had a bad meal here. I also recommend Sugarcane, Chica, Cote, and Smith/Wollensky. I still want to try the other options here! Overall great place to stay or check out. Before the interaction, I had $200 cash in a zippered compartment of my purse. Afterward, I discovered the cash was missing. I immediately filed a security report and have since provided the date, time, location, descriptions of the security officers, and even a photo of what I was wearing to help identify the interaction on surveillance footage.
