First, we started with an appetizer of sweet potato fries. They come with beet ketchup and garlic aioli sauce. Admittedly, I hate beets, so I didn't try that, but the aioli sauce was very good. The fries were cooked to perfection. I ordered the KC Strip (12 oz!) and hubs had prime rib. Both were so juicy and just melt in your mouth.
