What a great experience having my diamond repaired. The Ring was recommended by a friend, as I had not been wearing my wedding ring for a couple of months due to recent damage by hitting it on something. The mounting was loose and just waiting to completely fall off the band, as well as having a bent prong. We were really nervous about leaving it for repair anywhere. It's an antique diamond and I just don't want it out of my sight...ever. We finally took it to The Ring in Round Rock and could not be more pleased. It ended up that I actually chipped my diamond as well (19 years of never removing it from my finger). They mapped it for us and mailed it to their diamond cutter in NY to get it re-cut, it had to be done. After all was said and done, the re-cut was so minute that it barely affected the weight or value at all. The Ring then reset it, and repaired the prong and mounting. It looks absolutely beautiful and is so secure now. Robin and Shan are just the best! Their expertise, knowledge and customer service made all the difference. They communicated with us every couple of days (only took a couple of weeks) and answered our many questions. For those looking at buying a ring...what a fun way to shop. The displays are open and not locked up (cz's), so you can just walk around and try on 20 rings if you want without someone hounding you every second. Seldom in a retail seeing have I experienced such nice, sincere, and helpful customer service. The owners of the store and their employees seem like a small tight-knit group of lovely ladies. They worked with us for many many hours designing a low-mid budget engagement ring and helped us utilize some family jewels in the design. They also buy precious metals and gems and give you market value if you put it towards a purchase at their store where the prices seem (I'm no jewelry expert) very reasonable. We will be returning there for our wedding bands as well as we are very impressed with them and feel like we found our place and are in good hands there. Cannot recommend highly enough. read more

My girlfriend and I had been looking at several different places before we came to The Ring. We heard a commercial on the radio while out and about and she asked if we could go look. Upon entered The Ring, we were very warmly created by Joey and Stephanie, they asked if we would like anything to drink and small talked while never being pushy or trying to "sale" us like we encountered at other places. Joey spent a lot of time with us and helped us find some really great rings but my girlfriend just wasn't in love with any of them. Joey then tells us we have the option to create our own if we would like, so thats what we did! We could not be ANY happier with not only the outcome of the magnificent work and detail of the ring but the atmosphere and fantastic personalities that everyone has in the store. My boyfriend took me to several ring stores looking for the "perfect" engagement ring. I liked several rings at other stores but wasn't in love with anything I saw. I am very picky. We went to The Ring after hearing radio commercials, Joey was very welcoming and spent hours with us looking at all different rings. I found two I liked but they weren't perfect either. So we sat down and designed my PERFECT custom engagement ring. Joey was very knowledgeable and patient with us. He even helped us pick out my perfect diamond. We needed to finance the ring and the bank came back and offered us less than half of what we needed to get the ring! so the owner called the bank personally, explained our situation and the bank approved us to get the ring. They quoted us one month for my ring to be ready and it was ready in way less time! We walked our yesterday with my PERFECT ring. We got my fiancés wedding band picked, my wedding band picked, and a few gifts for our moms which we will be back sometime before our wedding to get. My now fiancé went in to get my ring and Valerie helped him. He didn't have good enough credit to finance the ring, so she gave him a temporary Cubic Zirconia ring so he had something to propose with. How nice! So after he proposed we went in so my credit could get the financing and Valerie was so helpful. She even hugged me! She was so personal, kind, warm, and friendly. I have never felt so welcomed. The whole staff was incredible. The prices of the diamonds are so affordable. They have a little bar area with a TV and Netflix so if you have kids they can be occupied and not running around the store. I can't stress enough how well they take care of their clients and they are genuinely excited to help out. I think they were made to be in this business. read more
