And after showing her ID and bringing her account up they took her ring and said it would be about an hour and a half. When I demanded the watches back only then did they tell me it was broken. Not only that I was told some guy came in during the 35 minutes I was not in the store and broke it and then left. I'm way beyond any benefit of the doubt. I've asked around and heard some very disturbing reviews for this place.
