I was told I could request a thick steak but I don't feel that should be a request, it should be a given for a steakhouse. I also found out that my steak was cooked in a skillet, which given the thinness, I could see why being that I ordered it rare. Yet, I can cook a steak in a skillet at home much cheaper.
