It was not particularly busy when we were there. It is not really a restaurant for families for small kids. The menu is not kid-friendly. If they don't like sushi, you are out of luck. Our original intent was to have drinks but we ended up ordering food as well. At the beginning, our server was not very friendly when she thought we were just there for drinks, She warmed up after we ordered some food. We ordered the land and sea sushi, which came with wagyu beef and stone crab. It was very good. Eight pieces for $25. We also ordered shrimp tempura sushi, eight pieces for $21. The wife got edamame, a big bowl for $9. Drinks were good, but beers came from a can and not draft. For $10 a can, that is expensive. We had a pleasant experience and enjoyed the food. The 4 stars is because service was slow. We waited a really long time for our sushi to arrive, to the point where we had to ask when it would be served.

Since Korals is a cocktail lobby bar I assume this is why it was so loud around 7pm. I sat at the sushi bar and Lesia was my server. She was an absolute pleasure! She addressed me by my name every time she talked to me. She was kind, sweet and always smiling. For appetizers, I ordered the edamame and seaweed salad. I asked for a side of salt with my edamame. The seaweed salad had bits of cucumber in it which I thought was was a nice touch. It was extremely fresh. For my main course, I ordered the Red Dragon which consisted of spicy tuna on top, avocado, cucumber, spicy mayo, eel sauce, shrimp tempura and tobiko on top. This roll was phenomenal! Again, the presentation was lovely and the spicy tuna as well as shrimp tempura were fresh and NOT fishy tasting at all. For dessert, I ordered the strawberry gelato which came in a beautifully rounded scoop in a metal cup. It didn't melt at all and stayed firm while eating it! It was so yummy. Overall, really great experience here at Korals! Definitely recommend.

Tough place to locate because there is very little signage. We were able to find it after driving around a bit. We found a nice parking spot in the rear of the hotel that it sits beside. Upon entering the area where the music stage is set up, we noticed a decent crowd with everyone sitting and enjoying the music. The bar is inside where everyone goes to get a drink. The service was good...a couple of bartenders ready to help, if needed. The crowd was mainly older adults....ages 40-65 would be my guess. The music was good....all the hits from the Eagles to Nirvana to James Taylor. As a first timer, it was kind of confusing where to order food. However, I did not notice food being served. I did notice a small restaurant set up in a small seperate building but there was no one eating in there. I guess the bartenders take the order and then deliver the food. Would I go back? Not sure...not much happening that would attract me Vibe: laid back....easy going Drink Price: very reasonable Parking: for me, it was great but I could see people having issues Dress: key west casual 4 stars
