At that point, I knew I wouldn't be able to get my brows done and still make it to pick up my daughter, so I had to leave. What bothered me most was the lack of communication -- a quick message to let me know she was running behind would've saved me the trip and the frustration.

Simone made the experience non-intimidating, comfortable, and enjoyable. Her professionalism throughout the process will have me coming back for another service. The warmed table is a nice touch as well. Her questions and suggestions guided me throughout the process. Since it was my first time, I decided to keep it simple and follow my natural brow shape.
