As I did research, I found out rug cleanings vary from having someone clean it in your home and to let it dry to bringing it in and having it hand or machine cleaned and drying it over a period of many days. I got a very competitive price which other companies would not match. They came and picked up my rug the very next day. After a week or two i got a call to deliver my rug. I wasn't ready because i needed my carpets cleaned first. After my carpets got cleaned I contacted the company to deliver my rug. They delivered it the next morning on time. Used The Rug Finder to clean a distressed rug and am ecstatic about the results! A young child threw up on my large wool rug. Despite my best efforts at cleaning and airing out the rug over a couple days there was staining and worst of all a putrid stench. I called a highly rated rug cleaning company (with a lot more positive yelp reviews) and was told due to the acidity of puke I may be left with stains after their cleaning. Honestly I was okay with that as long as the smell was gone. I then called Aryan at Rug Finder and he promised it would be no issue. The cleaning prices at both companies were the same but I would have had to pay more for pickup and delivery with the other company and wait 2 weeks for their earliest pickup date. Aryan said pickup and delivery was free and was he was available to pick it up that afternoon! Aryan estimated 7-10 days and he was correct on that promise. I was nervous upon receiving the rug but true to Aryan's word it was as good as new - no staining and most importantly no wretched smell. Even more amazing, there was no smell at all to the rug! I expected there to be some cleaner scent or a perfume kind of smell but neither my husband or I could pick up on anything. Which is icing on the cake since I am sensitive to smells and have a baby with eczema so I do my best to not have any perfumed scents around the house what so ever. I am highly impressed and will definitely use The Rug Finder again in the future for cleaning my other rugs. I cannot attest to purchasing a rug through them but once I do need a rug I will not hesitate to trust Aryan for this job as well. read more
