We we're excited to try this place for our son's bday party. Unfortunately we don't plan on coming back. First off it's was hot af .... I don't know if they have problems with their ac or its just the norm. It felt like 90 degrees inside. Second, the staff seemed very disorganized for the party. No one checked anything. My daughter wanted to go here for her birthday. Staff was accommodating and nice. We forgot a lighter for the cake and they helped with that as well as opening rides like the Meltdown and rock climbing just for us as we where the only people there at the time. The manger gave her a shirt when he saw it was her birthday. Bathrooms where clean as where the grounds and tables. My only complaints are some of the arcade games didn't work and we couldn't load a game card to use, as well as a fee to bring in a birthday cake. But overall we had a blast and will be back for other events. read more

I don't see this place staying open much longer the way it is being ran. The log-in for the waiver system is unnecessarily difficult. You have to really follow all the prompts taped to the wall and it's still a struggle. One man got mad and left. If you use the Groupon they charge you tax to use it and the socks are almost 5.00. It is hot, the thermostat is set to 78 degrees, if you tell them it is hot they will make an excuse why it's hot but you can see the temperature locked at 78. It's sad that the kids can't have fun because they are hot and drenched in sweat. They have special items like rock climbing, etc that are supposed to open at times but you have to ask and they will tell you they can't turn it on because they are short staffed or cleaning. Most importantly, I think sex offenders come and hang out here. Two men were sitting across from the kids slide area, one had his pants unzipped. This place was the nastiest "fun park" I've ever been to. The bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. Everything was broken. The staff sat at the front desk eating, on their phones, with airpods in. No one could be bothered to help and if you asked them to actually do their job they acted like you were bothering them.They looked downright miserable. The owner...or so he says(would NEVER think he owned an establishment by his customer service skills) is a joke And is by far one of the rudest people I have come across. We had my daughter's birthday party at the Huebner location, and it was the worst experience. No one called before the party. I had to call to ensure everything was ready. Not all services promised were provided. There were no cups. We had to go buy some from the dollar store next door. My pizza order was wrong. They never called the kids to the party room for pizza and cake. There was no toilet paper in the restroom stalls. But most importantly, we paid for a party from 10-12, and they kicked us out of the room at 11:45. Because the pizza was not there until after 11 and we had to call the kids in ourselves, the kids got maybe 30 minutes in the room. Before I would pay my bill, I asked to speak to the manager. He was extremely rude. When I tried to tell him what happened, he lied, saying he paused a conference call to speak to me. He said he gave me 90 minutes in the room and it was ok to kick us out when in reality they had a party at 12 and told them they could go into the room at 11:45. The manager said I was yelling at him, threatening him, and cutting him off. I in no way yelled, and he would not let me speak after he spoke. He blamed everything on his teenage employee, saying he would coach her and advised us to give her a lower tip. He said the employee worked at the location for 6 days. He should have never left a new teenage employee in charge of a party with 20+ kids and not knowing where to find things. This place is falling apart. There is a 10 FYI spider web in the middle of the jungle gym that is missing half of the ropes. If a small child went up alone they would fall to either their death or extreme injury. I reported it twice and they finally went and put one piece of caution tape as if that would stop a kid. Half is the areas are broken or have exposed wood or springs. If you are side line parent and did t pay to play like I did then yes it's seems fun, but if you actually walk through the activities this place is a mess and dangerous. I hope they fix the spider web area before someone gets seriously injured. read more

This place is terrible. None of the employees know what's going on. There is one guy walking with a bull horn pretending to be the boss when he can't even help you when you need it. My daughter reserved a room for my granddaughter's birthday party about 3 weeks ago. Our experience wasn't very good from the start. She came early to set up and wasn't allowed in until 10 mins before. We asked which room to set up and we're told we were in the correct room. The host shows up a few minutes later and says we're in the wrong room. We had to move everything to the correct room. When we set up in the correct party room the benches were dirty with handprints and the carpet was dirty. I asked if I could help clean and the hostess swept the carpet instead. We were very disappointed with the staff and manager and weren't compensated for the lack of cleanliness and professionalism. The place is great but needs more training with friendliness and cleanliness of the jump park. read more

Seems the rest of the bad reviews are accurate, and that's disappointing. My niece had a birthday party at this location and when we noticed we would need more pizza (we ordered 4 pies and needed 2 more) we called to place the order. This was on a Thursday and the party was on a Sunday. We were told that if we needed to make changes to call by Thursday. When we called they would not make the changes because it was after 10AM. They order the pizza from Marcos. I don't know why I never have a problem ordering more pizzas from a pizza joint 30 minutes prior to wanting to eat but somehow it's too much trouble to order two extra pizzas 3 days ahead of time...... The facilities have a lot to offer but unfortunately it's not very clean and the staff, well, let's just say the enthusiasm for the work they do is not very good. It seems as though this place is allergic to making money. The only drinks available were Sprite and Lemonade and when I asked to purchase a video card in order to play the arcade I was told they weren't going to do that because some of the games weren't working. No sign about the arcade and nothing was communicated to my sister-in-law law about them not selling game cards. Overall, the staff is unenthusiastic and acts annoyed when asked a question. If it weren't for them being on their phones constantly I would have questioned whether they were actual employees or just mannequins being used to look like someone is inside the building. Came on a Thursday and my 3 kids loved it! It was not busy and I enjoyed the massage chairs while they played. Workers were multi tasking and handling customers and also cleaning. There were lots of things for kids to do. read more

My family came to my house for Christmas 2021. This was my three nephews (ages 10, 12, and 17) first visit to Texas and I thought it would be fun if we went to a trampoline place. However, I think the Rush Fun Park should have a age limit. I believe my nephews were too old for The Rush Fun Park. They enjoyed the trampolines and the Rush Extreme Course. I purchased a two hour Groupon deal and we only ended up staying for an hour. They were ready to go after an hour. read more

So I bought the kids Groupon passes to this place. It like every other trampoline/indoor park there is no real bells and whistles, but I'm actually disappointed in it. A lot of the park has caution tape(this including the toddler area). Then when u go to the cafe aspect the pretzels were very hard and the cheese sauce was really not that great (my son didn't like it) and the manager basically stated that since we purchased food and ate a bit of it that there was no refund. When I asked can we just get one without cheese. He told me no that when at a restaurant u don't get that option. I told him that at restaurants they usually will redo the food to the way u like it if it's not to par. He still said no. Also when u go to the obstacle course the course was not all there and there were things that were broken. The other staff were actually understanding, but they are bound to their manager. We got the $20 play card which gives you unlimited play for an hr. This actually a good deal if all the machines were working. I have been to better trampoline parks. This one seems like it has been neglected and possibly a safety issue in the areas. Definitely won't be going back to this location unless this improve. read more

The Mush Boring Park. Great concept, my kids had fun, but we won't ever go back again. ALL employees standing at the front desk. Not one of them cleaning or supervising an attraction in the four hours we were there. The snack counter wasn't open, things were broken on some attractions, and there was food up at the top of slides. We were the first to arrive and there were smudges and sticky stuff on surfaces already...we just walked in, how is it that bad already? We're not even worried about COVID, it's just trashed beyond normal standards. Will not return. read more

There's dirt and trash everywhere, and the toddler area is in disrepair (bolts coming out of the merry-go-round, pieces fallen off of the busy wall). The older kids area is slightly better, though several cables have detached from the obstacle course apparatuses. Maybe it's better when it's busy? Run by toddlers for toddlers. The only equipment for older kids was closed. Was asked to fill out waivers at the check-in stand but when I said I had done it online they let us in without even checking the waivers. DO NOT purchase a punch pass until you decide this is somewhere you would like to re-visit because they will NOT RETURN them even when unused. I was told this is company policy, though the policy is not posted, printed on the receipt or on the website. BUYER BEWARE! My kids are older and all of the equipment meant for older kids was closed. My kids told me they did not have fun and didn't want to go back. The young kids running the place told me they couldn't return a punch pass even though it had not been punched. When I asked to speak to a manager I was repeatedly given excuses as to why they couldn't come out and told that he wouldn't do anything. When he finally did come out, I watched him walk to the front as slowly as humanly possible making sure to "check-in" on every piece of equipment on the way so as to be as un-accommodating as possible. While the play structures themselves are impressive, the employees are so rude and unhelpful. They yelled at my 3 year old after she got into a trampoline section that was apparently closed (with no rope blocking the section). They are also crazy about wearing their own grippy socks when their own employees wear dirt filled crocs onto the play structure. Took my grandkids to play at the park for the first time and was disappointed how dirty this place is. Not mention how expensive it was for playtime, grip socks and parent pass! The carpets haven't seen a vacuum cleaner so makes one wonder about mats, ropes and entire play areas. The woman's bathroom was so filthy and no toilet paper. It was super hot, literally 77 degrees in the facility when we visited. With socks it costed $25 for my 3 year old to play while my daughter was attending a birthday party. We currently had a party there for my daughters 2nd birthday and it was such a terrible experience. We arrived 15 min early as they said to set up. We stood there waiting to be taken to the back for 15 Min which gave us no time to set up and our guest were arriving at the same time which was embarrassing. We were upset and told the manager how unacceptable this was and he was mad and told us to calm down. We were upset and he didn't even apologize or attempt to make things right. Not even adjust our end time to 15 min. We felt rushed and it was an overall bad experience. Family members and friends complemented the place but we told them not to book here ever. Fun time every time we have been. Kids get a real workout. Not just trampolines. The staff holds random coordinated activities too like wipeout and dodge ball. They have concessions and an arcade. Most recent addition was massage chairs. Fair prices as well. read more

Booked a party and they ran out of food, they only had popcorn and they did not allow food to be brought in. My guest had no choice but to not eat anything or leave. Talked to the manager and he said it's policy. Wish I was informed that there was a possibility of running out of food before booking. I would not recommend waste of money. read more
