Ball pit course

If I could put zero stars I would! This place is so rundown. First of all you can't find any employees at the cafe register ever! No water bottles for sale, the water fountains are both down. The restroom lights are off and on flickering the whole time with foam blocks inside the stalls. Extremely dirty , most games do not even working. The employees kids running around, doing whatever they please. They need to fix this place or it's not going to stay open long! They even raised the prices recently and I understand why , it's worse than what it used to be.

Sadly, half of the arcade games are either turned off or have a out of order sign on them.

After reading the reviews, we reluctantly took 3 kids to The Rush Fun Park today. This place could be awesome. There is plenty of room to explore. PLAY CLIMB SLIDE DODGE SWING

This place is absolutely gross. My daughter said she found something smashed in one of the slides. She said it was either a cockroach or feces. All of the garbage cans were overflowing with trash. This is while the staff was just goofing off. The guy in the front getting waivers signed was watching YouTube quite loudl However no one could be bothered to throw out the trash. The place was very muggy inside with no A/C that seemed to be running which did not help the swampy smell.

We love Rush for our three boys ages 4-9. They enjoy the trampolines, the ninja like course, the slide, the jump and duck game, the rockwall and the climbing section. We can spend hours in here with no complaints of boredom. The customer service is hit or miss; sometimes absolutely amazing and other times not so much. We bought the membership and it's worth the money for endless hours of indoor play. Remember to bring Rush park socks as those are the only ones allowed. Great area for parents to hang out and work while kids play; table and chairs or massage chairs to rent.

I disagree with most ratings here. My kids ages 11 and 13 have fun here. There's a 2-hour pay to play price but it's reasonable. It's also not super crowded and the staff is nice. If you care about your kids and want them to be active on a day away from school, then I recommend this place. Tip: go when they open. Take a book (remember those?) or your mobile phone to keep yourself entertained. After, they are tired and you can do what you want with a lot of time left in the day - a parents dream. Either nap time, lunch, or shopping.

I mean I really have nothing to complain about. We took the kiddos here due to the birthday boy request. The staff was friendly the place was clean. The fact my 9 month old enjoyed herself at an outing means a lot to me. I think the total was about $94 for 4 people to jump for 2 hours. It can be a little cleaner as far as the balls/jumping area & people should wear mask. Not one mask in sight.

Video game "broken"

DO NOT PLAY VIDEO GAMES. Half are broken and very expensive to play on video games. The ninja course with the wood swings are dangerous, I saw a little girl fall off and when she picked up her head the swing hit her in the face. Also half the staff is just sitting around catching up with friends and not helpful at all. Not to mention the waiver you have to fill out before entering on the iPad is not user friendly and it takes about 30 minutes to fill out.

They should change the name to The Rush Rundown Park. Maintenance isn't kept up at this place. Some improvements have been made since our last visit but still nowhere near it should be. For it being kid oriented they need to do a better job in regards to safety.

Plenty of room and friendly service…read more If you come here in the morning, you will be able to have the whole place to yourself. It's cleaned regularly and the staff are happy to help. I asked for assistance in the climbing corner, and they came over shortly to harness Noemi up and tie her into the auto-belays. Super kind. We had a birthday party for Noah and our host Stella was prepared and all set to take care of us. The kids didn't need for anything whether it be pizza, cake, or icee refills. The kids enjoyed their time bouncing off the walls, literally. They really just loves getting together in the summer, and this place provides the space and trampolines to do just that. We had a great time. If anything, I might add to close some areas until sufficient staff can cover all areas. If you have had parties there before, discounts are available for repeat offenders. We would definitely come back to this location in the morning. Tip: Be patient with the morning staff as some of the folks in the morning are the newest team members.

The downside to this place is that the employees are all teenagers. Not that they are rude or disrespectful, but they're teenagers....you walk up to the counter and they just look at you (both at the front and at the snack bar). Overall the kids enjoy running around so it's nice for a break and to get their energy out.

We have not been to this park in a few years. We arrived and were surprised to see all the waiver…read moretablets taken down. There was one young lady working the front desk alone and maybe 5-7 guests in front of me. We waited almost 25 minutes to be helped. There was a fast pass lane for guests who purchased tickets on their phone or have memberships, but there was no one to help them and no kiosk to DIY. The young lady helped the guests as they entered the establishment, not based on what line they stood in. The entire place was filthy. You can see visibly soiled pads all over. The trampoline pads were discoloured from being so dirty. I did not notice broken trampolines, so that was a positive. We went to the ball pit. Many of the balls were broken, deflated, and outright filthy. You can tell this area has not been cleaned in years. The white balls appeared dark gray and even black. I will say the actual equipment the kids played on was intact, so that was the one good thing. The jungle gym for 7 and under was even more disgusting. The floors are visibly soiled and had literal debris on them. You can tell this is not from a single day of crazy kids, but rather an accumulation of lack of maintenance over a long period. The floor tiles were moved, missing or torn. And incredibly filthy... So if a child were to fall, he or she would surely be injured on the concrete floor. An obstacle on the course was missing, but the hole in the floor was still present with the metal pole area exposed. The entire gym had discoloured pads from not being cleaned, ever. Some items had torn pads or graffitis pads (what kids ages 7 below write graffiti?) there was trash scattered inside. You can tell there is zero sanitation. The perimeter of the jungle gym area, where staff stores supplies/equipment was filthy and not maintenance. Floors were visibly soiled with dust balls and debris everywhere. Some items were just thrown in places with no order. The foam cube pit with the knock down things looks like it's too, needs TLC. The bean was duct taped in the middle (not sure if this was to help fix a flaw or to show the middle of the beam), and the foam cubes are very torn and obviously have not been changed in years. The metal gate at the jungle gym, to access the gravity area, was opened and not guarded. There was a single staff member present at the top at all times, but this still seemed unsafe. I saw at least 15 employees, who all looked to be teenagers or early twenties. One gentleman who seemed to be in his twenties. I assume he was the manager. Some of the teen employees were often grouped together messing around. I did like that they all wore matching shirts to identify themselves, but the bottoms were all different colours and styles. I feel they should make this lore uniform and say "black bottoms, any style" instead of "whatever bottoms you want". I noticed some of their shoe choices were black slides. Not sure if they have a closed toe or no shoe policy, seeing as how all guests need to have only socks on. There were no staff members monitoring the attractions. The only one I noticed was the gravity line because they had to harness the kids and the Rock wall. Thankfully I did not see the kitchen area because I feel I would have been equally disappointed and even more disgusted since its food and drink were dealing with. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FACILITY. We paid almost $70 to visit this day, it was a waste and I will not be returning until the place is sanitised and maintained clean.
