The Rusted Spoon Resturant!! As we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile. We looked around the rustic resturant and it Was warm and welcoming! Our server Nadia was great she quickly got us coffee and took our order. We order there combination breakfast with the crispy French toast. Yum!!! It was a great recommendation from Nadia. The eggs were cooked to perfection and hash browns were crispy and well cooked. The sausages were giant links with great flavor and well cooked. Over all the food Was great. The service was awesome. The crunchy French Toast was amazing!!! Who would have thought cereal and French toast would taste SO GOOD!! They are so willing to adjust orders and give you what you want!! Did not think they would be so busy on a Wednesday but forgot it was a holiday so we had to wait longer than expected but it was worth the wait! This place is awesome. This was our second time there. The first time we came we got the Montecristo sandwich. They are known for the sandwich and I can see why it was very good. We'd never been to Brigham City before so we found this place by searching other Yelp reviews. So yummy! Very clean and quaint. Food was great as well. The wait was long, but the decor and atmosphere are really very nice! The staff is really awesome! It took awhile to get the food, but on a Saturday night you'll get that anywhere! Lol! The food was actually pretty good. The servings are big and the sausage links are HUGE! My 2 year old son got the grilled cheese sandwich and fries. He ignored the sandwich and devoured the fries. I tried the sandwich to see if it was as good as it looked- it really was AND it wasn't paper thin! I got the bacon cheeseburger and the bacon was, also, thick. I mean THICK and perfectly cooked. My other kids got the breakfast dishes and loved it all. I have never seen my picky-eater step-sons eat so much food in one sitting! I have often driven past this establishment while working and never thought to stop in. Well now that I live less than a mile away and ate here a couple of times, I wish I had tried it sooner. Stopped here for lunch with my family on our way back to Salt Lake City after a vacation in Yellowstone. The Rusted Spoon is a nice little restaurant with great food and excellent service. I had the Chicken Bacon Avocado sandwich which was delicious with fresh ingredients and great portions. I'm glad we chose this place versus the other chains in the area. Do not judge a book by its cover... We weren't quite sure what to expect when we pulled up to the Rusted Spoon but our minds were blown away! With a group of 13 people, the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The hostess was kind and welcoming beyond belief. Our waitress was superb and friendly. The food was delicious- from the shakes to the monte cristo, the queso to the burgers, the French toast to the patty melts... loved it. The other reviews all say "don't let the exterior fool you," and there is some truth to that. The outside isn't far from a horror movie. Like, is it even a restaurant? The interior has some small town charm to it, and the staff was friendly and professional. The food though (which is why I go to restaurants sometimes) wasn't great. I got a Western Burger (with an onion ring and BBQ sauce on it) and the burger was dry, with the actual Patty not tasting quite right. Wife's Navajo Taco was passable, but even there the fry bread was tough and dry, topped with probably canned chili. Certainly not terrible, but I don't think we'd go here again. read more

I can't really Comment on any of the food here except the waffles. I've only eaten here once and the menu didn't seem too vegetarian friendly. Like, I wish they would take some of their specialty burgers and offer them with a veggie patty. So the same burger but with a veggie patty. But, because vegetarian choice were lacking I ended up just getting a waffle and I have to say it was seriously the best waffle I have ever eaten. And I am 68 years old! And I make some pretty good waffles myself. But this was the best! I just keep thinking about that waffle and can't wait to go back! read more

The atmosphere is cute and funky. One part has been an operating restaurant for years and has a soda-shop vibe. So disappointed! We were so looking forward for our return to Brigham, UT mainly because of this restaurant. Passing through a couple of years ago we came in for a bite to eat and LOVED it! They were a little busy, but the staff was so friendly & very attentive. Our only issue was it did take a little while for our food, but we understood because of the dinner rush. Well this visit left a lot to be desired, and it was NOT because of the food. We went for an early dinner around 4:45 on a Monday. When we got there only two other customers were there, so NOT busy at all! Our waitress (Teresa i think) was very nice and patient as I had a hard time deciding. There were TWO other young blonde girls working behind the counter. They seemed very nice but were way more interested in them talking (loudly), practicing hand jives, singing and even eating at the counter right in front of the only customer at the counter. At one point the customer was startled and turned to look at them. The thing that threw me over the top was watching one of them sit at the counter, eating a plate of tater tots with her fingers and wrapping the silverware up in napkins for the CUSTOMERS to use! Maybe it's a maturity issue or a "Millennial" one. Not sure except their behavior doesn't belong at the restaurant. This really put a huge damper on our visit here.
