I got the mac & cheese and pickled beets. The ribs were fall off the bone tender and had good flavor. They give you a side of BBQ sauce in case you wanted some. The mac & cheese seemed like it was baked which is a plus for me. The only drawback is that it needed a little more flavor. Maybe a sharper, more flavorful cheese would help. I just put some salt and pepper on it and that helped a ton. The pickled beets were as expected - and I love beets! The platter also comes with a mini cornbread LOAF!
