This is my new guilty pleasure. I visited after an intense workout and it was exactly what I needed. It's such a relaxing experience. I love that the TV was primed with a first timers video. I didn't need to watch it, but I appreciated that it was available. I also got a nice tour from a very nice employee. The studio was clean and the TV/sound system is great. I put on a YouTube music playlist and it made the time fly by. They provide you with a cold towel which definitely comes in handy. I wish there was a shower or a location closer to my house. I'd probably go a lot more often. read more

How do I feel so good?! magic! There are private spacious rooms big enough for me (plus sized) & my husband (plus sized). They provide multiple towels & you can ask for more. They have drinks available for purchase & a water bottle refill station. The sign up is super simple, but if you have any questions, the staff is so patient & willing to assist. You receive a scented cool towel as well to use once your done with your sauna. The sauna itself is so well maintained & clean. It's a clear room & there's a TV on the outside. The sound of the TV is set up inside the sauna, so you can watch & listen while you're inside. Full TV service available with lots of options. The sauna has multiple light therapy options & they provide a pamphlet explaining the benefits of each. You can adjust the heat level inside the sauna as well. If you're unsure of what level, again, the staff are very sweet to help. There is a room that has a cold shower as well as the sauna. I love it so much because I like to cook off before going back to the Florida heat, & the benefits of ice showers are also so great for your body. Such a cool, modern sauna experience! As someone who does not love being hot and has never really enjoyed a sauna before, Perspire is the only way for me to go! They have great introductory offers to test it out first as well as memberships if you get hooked and want to go regularly. The sauna rooms are all private, clean, and can accommodate up to two people. I've gone a few times now with my husband and I do enjoy the 45 minutes of sweating it out together. They suggest you wear as little clothing as possible or a bathing suit also works great. I love that you can also control the temperature to suit your needs and the different color light therapy options. The blue is always very soothing and helps me relax. Of course, the best part is that there is a TV in the room to distract you so you can stream your favorite show while you sweat. They also provide a cool eucalyptus-infused towel and a water. The last 10 minutes of the session is always the hardest for me, so it's fun to go with another person and challenge each other to stick it out until the end. I will say there's no better feeling than when you exit the sauna and that cold air hits your body. Their team is also very knowledgeable about the science behind sauna and chromotherapy and they take the time to educate you on the health benefits and lasting impacts, like how your body continues to burn calories throughout the day after a sauna session. read more

I can't help but think about Pete Schweddy when I attend my sauna sessions. I happened to score a Cyber Monday deal and joined this sauna studio. I've wanted a sauna ever since the Yelp! event at the Lake Mary location in 2021. After a sauna session, I just feel good. That's about the best I can describe it. It's a different feeling than just being Hot AF in Florida. Maybe is the red light, the infrared light, or that cool AF Eucalyptus towel at the end. Now I understand Koalas so much better. It makes the Kool-alas! I've been contemplating purchasing a sauna so I'm trying it out for a while. The one major drawback for me is that it's about 30 minutes away from my home. If there was one in the Waterford area, I would have joined a while ago. The staff is always friendly and the room is always ready when I arrive. I'm in and out in 45 minutes or so (the sessions are 40 minutes). They say hi and bye like actual normal people. I can't say for sure if I'll renew my package when I use up all of the sessions, but I will say I will return at least 15 more times! :) I feel good! read more

I enjoyed the entire experience at Perspire. It is clean and bright and the staff is friendly and helpful. I have never been to a sauna studio before and I was excited to see that you get your own private room. The room has space for you to undress and put your things and is well equipped with towels, a tv with multiple streaming apps, and of course your very own sauna. Within the sauna you can control the temperature, whether you want red light therapy, and can choose an additional color for color light therapy. I loved every minute! Not sure if this is for me but the place is great! Atmosphere: very clean, relaxing, professional. Rooms are cleaned between guests and new towels are brought in. They also provide a cold eucalyptus towel for after your sweat sesh. Staff: friendly and knowledgeable, Kiana was very nice and gave me all the info I could possibly need. Sauna: each private room has space to change and then get in the sauna. They set the temp for you and you set the timer. 40 minutes MAX! The light therapy light is above you and able to be changed for your needs. Take a big bottle for water!!! Entertainment: they have a TV in each room with Netflix, etc. And the speakers connect into the sauna. I went with music. (I should have watched something...my mind shouldn't be left alone like that ) I used a new visitor discounted rate I bought on their site so it was $20. Regularly a session is $40. Overall this is a nice studio and I'm sure many people would love this therapy. I'm still unsure for myself. I have done Bikram yoga in the heat but just being in your own space is maybe too much for me right now. I did sweat like crazy and didn't feel cool for hours. Staff was great Leah welcomed us in and explained everything to a T. Transparency is always instrumental for a first time customer. The session was amazing, needed to take a relaxing break to meditate and detox and this was exactly what I got. Normally would use the gym sauna after a workout to unwind and relax the muscles. Recently all the gyms have closed and led me to looking for a stand alone sauna option. This experience is nothing I would ever imagined. I got to Perspire Sauna Studio to unwind, detox, and like the name says, perspire. It's a spa-like experience where you can unwind for under an hour. This facility is super clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The saunas are great solo or with a friend. There is room to lie down or sit and view the tv or listen to soothing sounds. You can choose from the light ambiance which is changed with a tap on the above lamp. Each color has different benefits which is explained on a handy card at the front desk. You have full control of the temps and time. You can walk in and out of the sauna if you need some cooler air. All in full privacy. They provide a cool eucalyptus towel that is super soothing after (or during) your session. Clean towels are provided with a drop off when you're done. The front of the store has a retail to buy goodies as well as a refrigerator with cold water, juices and electrolytes you can bill through your account. Recommendations: Bring water (or buy there), electrolytes to replenish if needed, loose clothing to put on after, I also bring a odorless spray tonic for my face. read more

Love love love this studio! I am a firm believer in all the amazingness infrared saunas have to offer, from relieving inflammation, to increasing circulation and burning calories - hell, they even make me feel taller. That being said, too often I find myself at places stuck in a shoebox uncomfortably cramped, especially if the hubs joins (sauna for two my ass). Add to that the whole I forgot a book and I can't keep my phone in for too long, and what should be a relaxing time quickly turns into a timer staring contest, bored out of my mind. Or the absolute worst - when the sauna isn't preheated, and they try to play it off as if it's better that way. Nope, not fun losing your first 10 min waiting for the heat to kick in. Not at Perspire. First off, the saunas here are big and spacious - and hot! Everything is preheated and ready to go the second you walk in (in fact, at the end of your session there are instructions to set the timer and temp to keep that baby all fired up for the next client). Also, there's a big flat screen TV with the audio piped in, so you're free to enjoy their specially curated stretching and workout videos, or you can Netflix and chill. There's even chromotherapy (and they provide a helpful chart) so you can kick the healing up a notch. Better yet - if you let the staff know your temp, TV, and color preferences, it'll be set and ready to go the second you walk in. I also purchased their sweat amplifying cream cuz I'm a sucker for punishment, and I have to say - it worked well, softened my skin, and was definitely worth the splurge. You can even use it for cardio, HIIT, and swimming workouts. I've already rocked it on the Peloton and it works! Note: Big thanks to Sophia for being beyond welcoming, patiently answering all my questions, and turning me on to the sweat amplifying cream. My session was better than I could have ever expected, and I can't wait to work this into my rotation next time I visit FL. read more

I've been a member for awhile now and I'm just as HAPPY as the first day I signed up. It's total tranquility in this chaotic world we now live in. I love how I feel so much better physically and mentally and I'm obsessed with the stretching videos they have! I do them every session and I have so much more flexibility at 52 years of age. I owe it all to Perspire because I know I wouldn't do them at home, it's like having my own personal trainer 3-4 times a week, without the expense of paying for one. The STAFF is TOP NOTCH and now has my channel always set to the Yoga/stretching videos, thank goodness because they have every thing under the stars you could want to watch. Occasionally, I'll watch a favorite Netflix series or listen to the meditation videos. I always feel like a million bucks when leaving out and look forward to my next TOXIN REMOVAL SESSION. I can't stress enough how much better you'll feel after a couple weeks of sessions. So this was my first time here yesterday and it was a great experience all around ! Both Kiana & Cayla were super nice! The place was clean and organized. You have your own personal room where you were able to get to your own comfort level and enjoy the sweat! I enjoyed watching a stretching video and listening to meditation music on the TV during my session. The eucalyptus infused cool-down towel at the end was a nice touch as well. I can honestly say the lag and pain I felt when I went in definitely wasn't there when I left. I plan to go back, and would definitely recommend Perspire Sauna Studio!! read more

I think this is a great concept and wanted to try it out. The staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It's very clean as well. They offer different drinks for purchase or you can re-fill your water bottle with their complimentary "water bottle filler." The actual sauna is pretty small and only enough room for two. I love that they provide a cold towel infused with eucalyptus to wipe yourself off afterward. The only two downfalls were the door to our room would not latch in order to lock the door and the tv was not re-set to Bluetooth (which we didn't know was Bluetooth) so we couldn't hear what was playing on the tv inside our sauna. Julie, the owner apologized and said the tv should have been the-set and tested prior to us getting in the sauna but she said the next time they'll definitely make sure it's working for us. I just went to Perspire for the first time. It was great! I loved it! I booked room 10... It's a little bit bigger than the other rooms, and it has a shower. You have a private room where there's a TV and an area for you to change. The sauna is directly behind you. You can lock the door and there are no cameras. You step into the sauna and set your temperature. They said 125 to 135 for first time users. And then you set the timer for 40 minutes. They provide light therapy in the sauna as well, and you can change the color. They have a chart explaining what all the different colors mean. I chose green, which helps with headaches and allergies...a big problem of mine. Once in, you can use the remote to watch a welcome video and then go to YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, etc. After the 40 mins is over, you get out and there's a cold eucalyptus towel for you. You can just take your time getting dressed and leave when you're ready. Definitely bring a bottle of water whenever you go. I meant to grab one before I left the house, but I forgot. They do have bottled water for sale, so I purchased one instead. It's definitely a different kind of heat. It's not like standing outside in the humid Florida weather. The infrared saunas are supposed to heat you up from the inside. I got really sweaty, but not to the point of drenched. I felt really good afterward. You can shower if you want, but they recommend that you cool down naturally. It's like a cardio burn... It continues after you leave. Apparently showering will stop that process. Afterward, it was really easy at the front desk. They just confirmed the membership I signed up for online and took my credit card. After that I was set to go! Can't wait to go back next weekend! After thinking it over, I called back and upgraded my membership to the unlimited package. I think this is going to be a really great place to have in Winter Park. I've told everyone I know about it, and several of my friends have already signed up as well. Give it a try! You won't regret it! read more
