I personally was in several times over the past few weeks and spent over $200 on gifts but having someone treat us as though we were bothering her is unlikely to create repeat business with newcomers. I was excited to show off the treats made with spice mixes, olives, cherries, as well as the olive oils and balsamics. Alas, no treats other than the bread and oil which was disappointing. And it was the weekend so really no excuse. Everyone still spent plenty. Negatives aside, the oils and vinegars are sublime. I'm sure I'll be back but will peek in to see who's working first.

Curtis the owner showed us around and we learnt so much, he let us taste the olives from the trees and the leaves, which surprisingly also carried the different flavors of the trees. Their oil won second price in an international olive oil competition and it is simply delicious. I have never tasted such a flavorful oil, and it gets even more flavorful when slightly heated. I ordered the shrimp scampi, but wasn't too satisfied with what I received. This scampi had more paprika than red pepper flakes, and tasted different than shrimp scampis I'm used to. The waiter brought my dish back to be re-made, and although it still came out tasting different- it was still good! Terra Mia must have their own spin on a shrimp scampi, and the staff was so kind to try to accommodate to me. My husband's dish was so good! The tortellini al granchino was full of flavor. Both dishes had huge portions, so much so that my husband had leftovers and he NEVER does. Not pictured is the Caesar salad, and it was so good! Great start to our meal. We ended with the tiramisu, and this might be the best tiramisu I've had in a long time. Amazing place, can't wait to go back.
