Wild Ginger is one of the best kept secrets in Pooler. It is connected to Naan, which is also an awesome Indian restaurant. Wild Ginger is Indo Chinese with some Thai food selections. Their food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Their thai curry is delicious. Their chicken fried rice, chicken tacos, dim sum, spice lamb, mango cheesecake, ....all delicious. Can you tell I have eaten their many times? I would recommend this place for a date or for a family dinner.

Big portions food is really good. Spice levels are accurate. The beef was a bit over cooked but it softened when I reheated and allowed to tenderize at home

Ambiance: beautiful entry, bar and dining room. Comfortable seating and nice division of entry and dining/bar. Cloth napkins would really help hit the high mark. Service: wait staff asked me if table or booth preference instead of assuming. Requested not high heat and staff gave an honest answer of trying to knock it down. Food: all was tasty

This might have been some of the best Mongolian beef I've had in a really long time. Nice and crispy with a very flavorful sauce with fluffy rice. The restaurant was small and we had to wait a bit on a table even on a Monday night. But it was clean and bright. The drink was good and strong and the wait staff was nice and attentive. We also had the fire short rib which was very tender and flavorful but the Mongolian beef stole the show. Will absolutely be back again.

The service was good, took a long while to get water and the check, but they were friendly. The Crispy Wonton Tacos are a fan favorite and I see why. Very decadent, maybe a little too much sauce but it is super food. I tried the Mongolian chicken and was just not impressed with the lack of flavor. I tried mixing it around to pick up sauce on the plate but it just didn't taste like anything. I would give other dishes a try, though.

10/10 Experience! Me and my husband went to Wild Ginger in Pooler, GA for a date night and absolutely loved it! We only ordered drinks and appetizers, but everything was so good and filling that we didn't even make it to the entrées. The drinks were perfectly made -- flavorful and refreshing -- and every appetizer we tried was packed with flavor (the chili edamame and Korean BBQ ribs were our favorites!). The service was just as impressive as the food. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the rest of the staff made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for a chill night out. We'll definitely be going back soon -- Wild Ginger is officially one of our new favorite spots in Pooler!

First time at Wild Ginger and the server was very nice and welcoming. Our food came out fast, I got the Wonton Tacos as my meal because I wanted something small and they were perfect. My boyfriend got the Mongolian Chicken with white rice and said it was very good. Our server constantly kept our drinks filled and checked on us many times. would go again 10/10.

I was visiting from out of town (new york city )my bestie brought me here for my birthday. It wasn't a long wait or anything. The food and service was really good. I would definitely go back.

Sweet redemption!!!! My parents have recently gone plant based and they were in town visiting and wanted to try Wild Ginger based on the great menu items for their diet. Like last time, place was clean, people were friendly and happy, got a seat right away for a late lunch on a Saturday afternoon And had a high chair for the baby. I ordered the same dish I had last time, the Singapore street noodle and we shared edamame as an app. I asked for some simple steamed veggies for the baby and they were so kind and asked specifically what he'd like and brought him a little side of carrots and broccoli only. The edamame was off the charts delicious!! The noodles, sooooo good!!! So much flavor and curry, and loaded with veggies, shrimp, and chicken. I've been craving this whole thing all week! I'm so happy I was finally able to give this place another try, so worth it!!

I love everything about this little restaurant. Just passing through so I have no idea if it's been here long, but they have plenty of business. The decor is nice. Music just loud enough to enhance your privacy. A large menu with a number of choices, even if you have dietary restrictions, like vegan, vegetarian or even a few gluten-free dishes. Nice people!

Best Chinese food in pooler as of April 2025. Large portions, friendly and fast service. Pleasant casual atmosphere without giving strip mall Chinese store vibes. Mongolian beef was tender and savory - excellent overall , sesame chicken was great and actual chicken breast - not that mystery meat. Rice was also excellent. I'd go as far as to say this meal was better than flock to the wok downtown Savannah, which has gone downhill in both quality and quantity of food, especially for how much they charge Will definitely make this a regular stop

I got the chance to enjoy take out on Valentine's day and even with the crowds of people the food was well prepared and completed at the expected time. Unfortunately, the flavor could have been better in regards to the soup and dumplings. The sweet and sour shrimp was flavorful and yummy. I will definitely check it out again, but I would prefer to try it dining in to experience the menu first hand because sometimes bringing food home can change the caliber of how much you enjoy something.

Probably some of the best food I've ever had in Pooler. It makes you wanna go back the next day.

When I came here, the place had so many flies. It made it uncomfortable to really enjoy the food. Probably won't return.

We ordered two large teas, egg drop soup, two spring rolls, crab Rangoon, orange chicken, and beef with broccoli. The teas were ginormous but only had one tea bag in them. They were also a few dollars each. I brought them home and added two more tea bags of my own to make it have some flavor. Egg drop soup was delicious! Reminded me of the one I would have growing up at my local Chinese restaurant. It was great. The wonton strips that came with it were very stale and a bit of a put off. Crab Rangoon was good, not exactly fried to golden perfection but nothing wrong taste wise. They were on the smaller side. Spring roll was decently. More of a cabbage flavor to it than I am used to. Orange chicken looked good and had peppers in it which I was stoked about, as well as actual orange peel. However, the dish itself did not taste like orange at all. Only if you ate a direct piece of orange peel did it have any hint of orange The beef and broccoli was pretty bland and it did not look fatty, but it felt and tasted fatty in the mouth. The rice with each dish was okay. A little greasy looking for white rice. Overall, I would come back for the egg drop soup but I wouldn't come back to explore the menu. We ordered pretty basic things and found them to be less than average. I would try somewhere else next time.

The recent meal was subpar, watery dumplings, stale rice, melted sauce cups and metal in our meal. Called to rectify but was told we would be refunded for the meal which hasn't happened. The service was a little odd as each appetizer and entree came out at different times, one dish at a time and one appetizer after the entrees were all delivered. But the flavors were incredible and the service was friendly. Tom Kha Gai soup was excellent with a great coconut broth and the cup at $5.95 is huge, like a large cereal bowl. Spring rolls were great too and we loved the steamed Shrimp Rolls in a lemon teriyaki sauce. Two of us ordered the Nam Tok Beef Salad and it was amazing. My first time ordering this dish. It's similar to Laab/Larb but with beef instead of chicken. It was a tender flank steak, tossed with lettuce, cucumber, green onions and chilis. Choose your heat level, I went with spicy, just a step below the Thai spicy and it was just enough to make my nose run. You can also get it with zero spice, but that combo of hot beef, crisp cold vegetables, spicy, sweet, sour, crunchy and chewy. The pad see ew was also excellent and they bring you a few chocolates at the end of the meal. With all of the apps we were too full for dessert.

I got drunken noodles and my friend got yellow curry. Positions were pretty big. My drunken noodles were flavorful but they were a little different than what I'm used to.
