Ridiculously great staff, so nice and really ready to assist with any questions or direction you need! Cute and quaint ambiance that's quiet and no pressure. One of the highest quality at the best prices I've seen on this beach. Got a prime filet Mignon and a lobster tail, I cannot wait to try more of their items!!! 10's across the board.

Staff recommended these NY strip steaks.

That was one of the best experiences. First of all, the butcher starts cutting our rib-eyes. My friend keeps saying, hey, they look too thick. They look too big. They did this. Anyway, we got like eight of them. The guy cuts all eight of them exactly 12 ounces. And then he hands it to us. I gave the butcher but gave in five air fist bumps y buddy said they were too big, he weighed them. They were dead on. I gave him like 5 air fist bumps. Then when you turn around, they have all the vegetables, we got macaroni chesse all the fii and cheese, just all of the fixings for the dinner. Comming in here feels like you're having a private butcher. One more thing. Their daily specials like pot roast and brisket. If I lived in Myrtle Beach, I would come there twice a week for the weekly special. Great service and high quality meats. I am here for all of it.

They were thick, so we cut them in two lengthwise and they grilled up fantastic! We also got two different types of hamburger meat, Certified Black Angus and their own blend of hamburger called Beach Blend. If you're camping and want some great meat for the grill, this is the place.

I had an absolutely terrible checkout experience at this store tonight, although the woman at the…read morebakery counter was delightful, helpful, and professional. (The photos show just how tense and unnecessarily escalated this situation became over a simple cake purchase. Three employees were essentially tag-teaming me over an incorrect charge that could have been addressed when I first pointed out the repeated scans--before Gary charged me and forced me to leave, examine the receipt, and come back inside. Instead, it took three employees about ten minutes to address a basic checkout mistake that should have been corrected in less than a minute. I started recording a video after a few minutes of them telling me I was wrong and them being rude, then suddenly they started being fake nice when I put my camera on, classic.) I had just gotten out of work and had hot takeout food waiting for me. I stopped briefly to purchase three cakes for a special occasion, advertised as three for $12. Gary, the cashier, rang in more cakes than I actually had, leaving the receipt full of confusing entries and corrections. I heard the repeated scans and immediately asked him, calmly and politely, to check. He would not scroll back to let me see all of the charges on the screen. Instead, he repeatedly assured me that I had not been overcharged, so I had to complete the transaction and wait for the receipt to print. Outside, I checked it and discovered that I was right. Despite all the corrections, I had still been charged $17.97 for three cakes advertised as three for $12. I went back inside and deliberately approached another cashier because I did not want to deal with Gary again, but he came over and continued insisting the receipt was correct. The second cashier also repeatedly told me I was wrong and claimed this was simply "how the receipt looks." She underlined different entries with a pencil and tried to explain that the $17.97 represented only one cake, which made no mathematical sense. I finally had to pull out my own calculator and walk two employees who handle money through the charges before they began recognizing the problem. The second cashier then rudely told me, "You're going to have to wait," dismissed me, and looked away. The way she spoke to and disregarded me was what started making me genuinely angry. When the manager arrived, he barely acknowledged me, side-eyed me, and acted irritated rather than concerned. By then, the cakes had been tossed around and shaken up during the ordeal, and I was too upset to want them, so I returned all three. At one point, Gary remarked that "life is too short." I replied, "Yeah, it is too short, and I don't have time for this s***." The manager focused entirely on that statement, threatened to have me removed and banned from the store, and shooed me away. I acknowledge exactly what I said after the situation escalated, but I began calmly and politely. One frustrated statement does not excuse ringing in more cakes than I had, refusing to check the transaction, repeatedly insisting I was wrong, dismissing me when I asked for help, or threatening to ban me. This ruined my evening. The hot food I had ordered was cold by the time I arrived to pick it up, and I left without the cakes I needed for a special occasion. I regularly shop here, but after this treatment and being threatened with a ban, I am uncomfortable to return and will tell my family and friends how I was treated. Gary has made mistakes on my previous transactions that I chose to let go. This time, I simply did not want to be overcharged. The employees escalated the situation through their dismissive and arrogant treatment, then acted as though I was the problem for questioning an incorrect charge. The manager's mafia-wannabe approach felt more like intimidation than customer service. The woman at the bakery counter was the only person who treated me with genuine kindness and professionalism. Frankly, she demonstrated better management qualities than the manager and should have his job. Corporate should review the register transaction, my receipt, and the complete camera footage. Mistakes happen. What made this unacceptable was the refusal to check, repeated arguing and dismissal, lack of accountability, wasted time, and threatening treatment from management.

It is not a Super Center, but it does have a nice selection of quality meats, fish and poultry. If you want a special cut, the butchers are happy to help. Their produce department. is sizable for a grocery store this size and offers some organic produce. There is also a bakery that produces a decent amount of cakes, cookies and breads, for its small size. There is a beer bar in there, with select beers and bar stools. I don't drink so I have not imbibed. The star of this store is they have Boars Head cold cuts, as well as NY style potato salad. If you're from the north, you know how important these delicacies are to us. My husband also enjoys their Knishes and he's from Brooklyn. A large bar height table is there for those who prefer to eat in the store, but I hardly see anyone use it. Lowes Foods has a decent selection of dry goods, frozen, health and dairy products. If you're a senior over 60 years of age, on Wednesday they offer a .05% discount on your foods. I have visited several chains and they are very much the same. I've been to Myrtle Beach, Murrells Inlet and Pawleys Island. This is a very clean store, the employees are always friendly and helpful and I do appreciate supporting the locals.

I saw a video on it and the grocery store a month ago or so. The store is pretty cool with a bar where you can get a flight of beers , a coffee shop not a Starbucks , dry aged beef in the butcher shop , nice produce , and everything in between. The employees are very nice and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. They also have a gas station on the premises as well as other shops and restaurants in the shopping plaza. My only complaint is it's in Carolina Forest. After getting groceries and gas I went to the exit with stop light to make a left turn and I was in a huge line that wasn't moving. The traffic light would only cycle to the Yellow Turn Signal so only one car at a time was getting through. It was super busy with traffic. I changed lanes and made a right to go down to another light and turn around to make a left at that light which did do the Green Left Turn Signal. I made it the 3rd cycle. I heard about traffic here , but didn't know it was this bad. So I won't be returning here for this reason. Food Lion is only about a mile or 2 away from where I'm staying and unfortunately the ribs I came to get were not even that good ! Dang.

They do have beer to go with the crabs too! Didn't wait long. They were good. However, I don't think they were #1 level. At the most maybe mediums. We had several that were paper thin and no meat. They were full. Very watery and not seasoned nearly enough. We weren't expecting Maryland style crabs as we are in South Carolina, but weee hopeful they would be steamed and seasoned a little more. They do need those little food fans on the tables as the flies were annoying (we sat inside). Had to put napkins on top of our cups. The service here is lovely! Just super friendly and welcoming. Shoutout to Justin?? Might have been Nick - ugh, can't remember. Young kid, dark hair. They were so busy, and they were for sure stretched thin. He did his best and even checked on us once while also bussing tables, taking orders, sweeping, delivering food, etc. Was debating between a 3 or 4, but realized that shouldn't hold them responsible for replicating a different style of steaming crabs and seasoning them. The service and atmosphere were great. Their food in general is delicious,
