We came here for a Yelp Elite event on a Monday! This is our first time at the Domain in general so it was a pleasant surprise that we didn't realize where we were until parking for this event, lol. Check in was easy and parking alike. The donuts were readily available when ordering and the sandwich I ordered took only a couple of minutes to make. I got the chili egg and avocado sandwich, I believe it's called. It was so good! For such a simple sammie, I was surprised at the flavor they added to it. My boy got donuts vegan and not, those were great too!

Was on a morning walk through the domain looking for coffee and stumbled upon this place . I know my daughters love donuts so I decided to get a few and take them to them . Very nice place on the inside and courteous employees. I purchased the Horchata, Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake, Cafe Con Leche, brown butter and salt , and the Maple Blue Berry. They packed all together in a box where they are not touching. I took them back yo the hotel for all to try. My oldest ate the Horchata and was in love with it. Very light with a horchata filling and a semi sweet and light frosting on top. My youngest went for the Brown Butter and Salt , she said it was very salty ( more than sweet and salty), so I tested it to assess and she was right. I know the place is called salt but they should reassess the portion on this one . I tried the Cafe Con leche: this donut is delicious. Has sprinkles on the top that give a cafe smell and light sugar coating then a somewhat coffee with milk center. More like milk with a splash of coffee but still delicious. I have the rest to my youngest and she was dancing while eating it. My wife ate the Chocolate Sheet cake : she loves cake donuts and enjoyed this one . It wasn't overly sweet and not too dense as some cake donuts are. My little one and I shared the Blueberry donut later that night and was pleasantly surprised by the blueberry taste with a subtle sweetness. Overall we enjoyed the experience and I should say I forgot to get coffee. But would go back .

This was a complimentary meal, but as always, my review reflects my honest experience. I started with the Hash Brown Tots--five hand-cut russet potato bites that were perfectly crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and absolutely delicious. I paired them with the Hibiscus Lemonade, which was refreshing and the perfect balance of sweet and tart. I originally came in excited to try the Terry Black's BBQ Brisket & Cheddar Croissant, but they had unfortunately sold out of both the brisket and the croissants. Instead, I had the sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich on an onion brioche bun. It was good, just not as memorable as what I had hoped to order. A special shout-out to my server, Jayna! She was friendly, welcoming, patient, and happily answered all of my questions about the donuts and menu. Great service can elevate an experience, and Jayna definitely did that. I'll definitely be back to try that brisket croissant--and a few of those beautiful donuts.

Okay yum! This place has been amazing consistently. Bree is super sweet, and always has such a kind energy. I've been there several times now and each time I get a different flavor donut. Mind you I've never really been a donut person, but this place has made me a donut person for THIS place. So far I've gotten the Horchata donut, the mango donut, the café con Leche donut, and the Keylime donut. So far I will say my favorite one is the mango one followed by the café con Leche, their flavor, profile, as well as the cream, and glazing that is used on top, especially the topping that they put on top of most of the donuts all of it is just phenomenal and so good. I'm currently on a mission to try all the flavors and so far none have disappointed. I've also gotten two flavored Matcha so far the regular one in the banana one and they're a perfect blend of not too sweet, which is a good pair with the donut. There's seating inside and outside if you just can't wait to dig in, and is fairly spacious.

I found out through instagram that they got started in Miami, Florida! There is a cute nod to it on their food packaging. Look for the hidden details! I got the Mini Key Lime, Peach Cobbler, Brown Butter and Salt Cake (what they are known for) & Churro & Dulce de Leche.

cappucino, savory croissant with egg, cheese, Terry Black brisket, plus a horchata donut for takeaway

First off, this is no ordinary donut place. And it's in the Domain, so expect a premium product and a bit of a premium price (their Brown Butter and Salt Donut will set you back $5) in a Domain-ish ambience. It's a very short walk from the Red Parking garage. We went there for a Tuesday mid-morning excursion, and I got literally the last croissant to make an egg, cheese and Terry Black brisket sandwich. It was fabulous, the egg baked like a frittata. My partner had the churro donut stuff with dulce de leche creme, and said it was wonderful. I've also had their hearty flagship brown butter and salt cake donut, and I took home (nice box) a horchata donut for later. The cappuccino was great, but small. Seating was more than fine for a weekday mid-morning, though I bet it's packed between 7am and 9am and on weekends. Service was friendly and helpful.

Amazing environment & and greet with enthusiasm. Obviously the staff is friendly and you walk into the door. The food is amazing.! if you wake up early, this is the place you should be at!

This donut place is so good!!! I went to eat two donuts with my sisters and we split them and LOVED them. We decided to do a little shopping in the area before going back and taking some donuts Togo. Well, they will run out of donuts. It is busy during certain times and other times it is empty. They don't have a ton of seating inside or outside. The staff was very nice and friendly and was helpful to me for picking my donuts.

It seems like everyone loves these and maybe if they were really fresh, I would've enjoyed them more; however, three stars until I can try them again. I ordered through Uber Eats pretty late in the day. They just weren't all that good for me. I'm not into the salty sweet thing so maybe that's why. It just seems to me that there so many other places around for really good cheap donuts. Why settle for more expensive and mediocre. Again, I'll update this after a second try

After Haywire, we made a pit stop at The Salty Donut - a chocolate Sheet Cake donut for me and churros donut for my friend. Once we injected with a sugar rush we were prepared to explore Rock Rose a bit. We were the sole customers sitting in the restaurant while we ate our donuts...so super chill.

Sayaka S.

David took my order and helped me out a lot! We ordered 4 donuts because we couldn't resist. Got the brown butter, cafe con leche, churro, and horchata. All the donuts were amazing!! We ordered Togo but lots of seating area inside.

I've never been to the famous Soco location but I came to the new Domain spot before work and I am not disappointed. I honestly forgot what flavors I got but I know they were all amazing. One donut had a horchata churro cream which was so sugar attack inducing but tasted amazing. Another blueberry donut had a perfect texture and I'm a sucker for a blueberry donut. Overall, a great donut place.

Stay salty!

Contrary to giant block lettering, this place is sweet and savory. Bre was lovely with the recommendations, I tried her pick for my first time - the Café con Leche - sweet and crème filled, topped with sugary crumbles. Sweets are my jam and this one was pretty good, but I'm coming back for some Terry Black's kolaches or another recommendation on the salty side soon!

coconut & vanilla cloud latte. (Espresso or Matcha options).

Just to be clear, I AM somewhat of a subject matter expert. I have eaten all manner of fried dough creations from coast to coast, including Hawaii, and I have a lot to say on the topic. My favorite is still Cider Belly in Albany, NY, but I digress. The PB&J donut here is one of the best things I have ever eaten. I dragged it out for 3 days. Even semi-stale, and reheated in the microwave, it was still delicious. I put a scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream on it which definitely helped. I also ordered a Heavenly Hash (one of my favorite ice cream flavors BTW) and a Naughty and Nice because I am all about the classics. They were both outstanding. No leftovers. I bought these donuts in lieu of birthday cake this year which may become my new tradition. Honestly, I think these are my new favorite donuts in Austin now.

When we went our choices were $9-$10 donut base desserts. I say base because the toppings cover up the donut visually. Despite that, there's no covering that scrumptious taste and texture. Wowaweea. Yes, you feel your cells expand and pants tighten and it is for sure run club pre and post, but quite worth it. These divine donuts have that cakey interior I love so much. We had the Puddin': cream cheese icing, vanilla pudding, fresh bananas with nilla wafers. According to the menu. Ours didn't have any nilla wafers and the presentation was uneven, hence the four stars. I didn't miss the wafers. The icing and pudding were one goopy topping and the bananas slices were half scattered slices and half banana chunk that I had to separate. Side notes: Gourdough sits on a corner with parking spots that are not free. There's a pay via QR code so you'll need a phone or something to scan that. Boo for digital shackles. Next note- I feel like this is a low key meet up spot. Like the way they tried to make the first train cars on the MTA the singles car? There was a series of singles getting doughnuts and they were a little done up for the occasion. Who knows. With the little IG ready love seats and doughnuts made for sharing, you could walk away with extra sugar.

The audacity Story time, Today I went to the original Round Rock location, downtown Round Rock, to buy my son's birthday donuts, It's tradition. Every year on his birthday he gets a dozen half glazed and half chocolate frosted donuts. Then I get a kolache and a dozen donut holes for myself. Well when I pulled up today the line was wrapped around all the way to Mays street. So I just followed the line of cars and got in line. You'd think that a line that long would take a long time but.... Round Rock donuts has this process down to a T. It took less than 10 minutes to get through that line and get my order. And those donuts came out hot and fresh. So did my kolache. Anywho, Don't let the lines scare you away, Just jump in and know they're going to move quickly. Also, If you're planning an office event or any type of event and you want donuts and coffee or kolaches donuts and coffee, Round Rock donuts offers a great menu for large orders and also they have a cake menu for custom cake orders. If you don't want to stay in line in your car you can also park wherever you can find a spot and go to the walk-up ordering window, It's shaded and there's plenty of space to hang out while your order is being made and brought out to you. For years, I'd heard so much good about them; it was about time to sample their goods. Since it was a weekday and a bit later in the morning hours, the line wasn't too bad. Watching the vehicles flying through the drive-thru, I could see that these folks have it down to a science. Order after order is being handed to their customers with military precision. We got a cinnamon roll and a fritter for the road, plus 6 donuts to take back home with us. The fritter was OK, I've had better. My wife's cinnamon roll was too huge to manage. It was definitely Texas-sized. The six donuts we took home were two blueberry cake donuts, two regular raised donuts, and two filled. The filled donuts were our favorites, along with the cake and the traditional raised. We can now say we've been to the legendary Round Rock Donuts.

Why am I going to one in Austin? Well, it's because I am a completeist and I try to go to as many Voodoo Doughnut locations as I can. Austin has two locations but Steve was only willing to tolerate going to one location so we went here. The doughnuts are going to be about the same as any other location however I did come across one that I haven't seen before. I am not sure if it was limited edition or what but I liked it. It was kind of take on a Black Forest Cake but it wasn't cherries that were on top of the doughnut and cream. It was more like blueberries. It was good and I am glad I tried it! I was really hoping to see the Ring of Fire Doughnut as it's my favorite but I didn't see it here. I got more of a powdered doughnut too as I do like their more basic doughnuts too. Steve got something that almost was like a Dubai-esque Chocolate Doughnut. It had pistachios on it and was a chocolate cake. That one was good too! Atmosphere is weird and quirky like all of their locations try to be which I can appreciate. So if you are addicted to Voodoo Doughnuts or have been wanting to try them but don't plan any PNW trips then definitely swing by the Texas locations.
